Charged me $1000.00 exactly to replace my motor in my A/C that I was told was completely dead. Although a few months before that a very different person came out for a routine maintenance check who told me that because of the way I maintain the upkeep on my unit, it should last me for another 10 yrs. I could tell I was had by this last guy they sent out knowing my unit was off for a couple of days. I originally called this small company giving them a chance although they were more then other companies. They left an advertisement on my door. The second guy that they had sent out was a Totally different kind of person then the First Gentleman they had sent out for the check. NO ONE! Charges exactly $1000.00 for the motor and the call. I only wish he would have left me my motor so I could have taken it to work and tested it!!!! Do not call this company!!!!!!!

Jarod was amazing! We have utilized David & Taylor's services for three properties and we always ask for Jarod. He is informative, helpful, fair, and he gives us options on what we should do. We even got a call from Me.David himself with some options we can explore. To be frank... If we got a lower quote from another company, I would STILL CALL David & Taylor and ask for JAROD!

I called David’s business almost a year ago to get a quote on putting a new AC system in our new home. He quickly gave me a quote and we planned on getting it installed as soon as we got to the point of the building process and then Hurricane Helene hit and destroyed our home. It took us 8 months to get back to the point where we were ready for the new system to be installed. I called David on Tuesday and he was here the following Friday and spent two days installing our new system. I was out of town and when I came home I had ice cold AC that was professionally installed. Everything looked great and no mess was left behind 👏 David and his team did a FANTASTIC job and I highly recommend him and his guys to make your home ice cold 😊

The ac in our home went out in the middle of last night. Contacted David taylor and they had a tech out there and the ac back up and cooling within 2 hours. This is my grandfather's home we are taking care of and have 2 babies. The house was back down to a comfortable temp before anyone could wake up cranky. His system is 16 years old and we plan on using David to eventually replace it. There was no excessive pressure to buy buy buy. Just professional warnings about the direction this system is heading. I highly recommend this company for any emergency or day time ac need. Thank yall for all of your help!

I called David Taylor Air Conditioning on a Sunday, and they were able to get it fixed the same day. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and polite. He explained the problem to me along with other aspects of the air conditioner. Next time, they will be my first call..

I have used David Taylor Heating and Air for years and I could not be more pleased! I had an issue with my heat during the frigid cold spell during the winter and I was taken care of immediately. Then, last Friday afternoon ,my air conditioning was not working properly and I panicked. How can I get any help at 6:00 on a Friday afternoon? Matt arrived and calmed me down and stayed with me until the house started to cool down. Matt and his brother, Jarod, are polite and respectful young men and definitely know the business! Highly recommend this company!

My HVAC system failed suddenly on one of the hottest nights of the year. Mr. Taylor sent his technician Jared out immediately, even though it was after 6pm. Jared was very professional and explained everything as he worked, and had my system back up and running within an hour!

Our AC wasn’t working right today on the hottest day of the year so far and going into the hottest weekend as well. They wee recommended by a life long friend of mine and they did not disappoint! The tech Matt was here within 20 minutes log me reaching out to them. He checked the system and fixed the problem right away! These guys are legit and we will recommend them to anyone who need AC work.

First they answered the phone!!! No machine, no annoying robot voice with endless options, no hold music...just an old-fashioned pick up on the and answer it Soooo great

Turns out I needed a new system, David the owner called me with the bad news( broke it to me very gently). I was in the AC business for many years. He recommended exactly what I would of recommended to my customers and gave me a very very fair deal.
I agreed to his proposal.
I had equipment dropped off at my house with in a couple of hours from my phone call to David it was staged there so the installer could hit the ground running the next morning.
My installer Steve was excellent. He called me to let me know what time he would be there. His communication skill were as good as his installation skills. I had a couple of minor improvements I wanted done from the original installation. He took care of them easily.
I'm so pleased with my experience with David Taylor Air.....they are like a small town business in a big city.
The entire team was great. Can't wait to recommended you guys!!

Great experience from the beginning to the end!! David makes you feel like family! Providing a quote over the phone with a few simple questions really saved time. Explained the entire process from financing, ac units, and affordable pricing. The tech was diligent and professional, explaining the process as he went along. Well done!!

My AC went out in the middle of the night. At 4am I called David Taylor AC planning on leaving a message - instead, David Taylor himself answered the phone!!!! By 8am he let me know that the service guy was picking up the parts and by 11am my AC was working! Now THIS is customer service at its finest!!
This company is located in Jacksonville, but they service Palm Coast!! Grateful!

Jarod with David Taylor was great! Friendly, knowledgeable, honest and respectful in our home. I established an annual maintenance plan with David Taylor for this service. They did have to push back my appointment 2.5 hours, which wasn’t ideal for my schedule today (another customer was experiencing a complete outage, so I understood), but thankfully the service outweighed that inconvenience with work. I’ll gladly use them again.

Wow! When our AC died and it was 95 degrees outside we were worried. Thankfully we found David Taylor AC and they were out here the same day. Unfortunately, our compressor was dead and we weren't going to put anymore money in to the 20 year old system so David took the time to discuss all of our options. Once we picked out the new system it only took Steve and Matt a day to install it and get us cool again. They did a great job, were thorough, professional and cleaned up like they were never here. Great company, great service, great people and a great price. We couldn't be happier and a big shout out to the David Taylor team! Thanks so much!

I had a great experience with David A Taylor Air Conditioning & Heating. I called after hours and was pleasantly surprised to get a callback immediately. Michelle was very helpful and confirmed a convenient time for the technician to come the next day. Jarod arrived right on time, quickly assessed the problem, and efficiently fixed the issue. Thanks to him, we had cold air again in no time! Jarod was kind, friendly, and professional throughout the visit. I’ll definitely use their services again, especially with these hot summer months ahead. Highly recommend — thanks for the excellent service!

What a wonderful experience! From the start, Kristen and Michelle were terrific, communicative and accommodating. Then came Jared, a warm, personable, and knowledgeable tech, very thorough, respectful and clean. Installation prep, Jacory came to measure and drop off equipment, again, respectful, clean and thorough. Installation day, I had FIVE guys in and out of the house all day and it was absolutely stress free! Paul, Matt, Jacory, and Steven worked together beautifully, quietly even. They respected the property and me, Paul made a point to ask me how I was doing throughout the day. Meanwhile, they're up and down out of the attic in the heat of the day. Matt had to be folded up in a small hot space all day! And each one so pleasant. David Taylor, himself, came to inspect the job and reallocate staff as needed. Matt finished up on his own and cleaned up behind them, my house... like they were never even here. Truly a pleasure to do business with this company!

I can't say enough good things about David Taylor and his technicians Matt, Cory, and crew. David is very knowledgeable. He spoke to me and my husband on the phone and answered all our questions. He also explained a couple of things to us that we weren't aware of and we've replaced several air-conditioners in our time. His technicians were very polite and professional. They moved at lightning speed and did quality work. Cleaned up when they were done. We had been jerked around by another company for 2 and a half days when we got a call back from David with a better price and time that he was available to get the work done (same day) our minds were made up. We just had Josh and Matt from David Taylor AC in our home to replace our panel box, and they did an amazing job! They were an absolute pleasure to have in our house — extremely professional and polite. They worked quickly and efficiently, and the results are outstanding! They also cleaned up thoroughly when they were done, and left everything in great condition (keep in mind some additional cleaning is always needed after work like this, these guys are qualified technicians, not a cleaning service!). In addition, we feel a whole lot safer with this new panel box, because that old one definitely had some issues. They also worked with us to get the work done over the weekend, which was a tremendous help. We're immensely grateful and pleased with the service we received from David Taylor AC - thank you!!

Jacori and Matt were my techs that came to install a new unit in one of my investment properties and WOW! These guys were so professional and courteous. They got to work right away and I am truly amazed by what they have done. This is quality work with great customer service! I don’t see any reason to call any other company! You guys ROCK!
