To sum up my experience in a few words - Exceptional customer service! Everyone I dealt with from the owner to the front office staff to the HVAC installation team was very friendly, professional and responsive. Steve was the standout among this already wonderful team as he personally fabricated and installed not one, but two, HVAC units in my home. Steve truly went the extra mile to make sure everything worked perfectly and was designed to my liking. He put in some long hours over a few days to get this challenging job done right - all the while with a friendly and professional approach. He did not rush the job and stayed late to address every last detail. It is evident that he takes great pride in his work and is an expert in his field. This team, especially Steve, made what had the potential to be an agonizing experience very pleasant. Thank you all for your professionalism and attention to detail!

I have been doing business with David Taylor for over 20 years. My AC went out Tuesday, Paul and Jac had a new AC installed the next day before lunch. The guys were extremely friendly and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Technician was excellent. Very thorough, discussed equipment condition and recommendations as he worked.

I had an annual servicing of my HVAC system today. Jared was my technician. He's been here before, and is thorough, knowledgeable, and knows how to build relationships with customers. He found a capacitor on the verge of failing during the service and replaced it, averting what would be a hot summer disaster. I am very impressed with everyone I have met from David Taylor Heating and Air, and have never felt like I was manipulated, up-charged or taken advantage of!

I won't have anyone else come out to my home for my A/C services but David A. Taylor.
The A/C unit in my home, when I purchased it, was from D,A, Taylor - I believe it was approximately 8 years old at the time.
When I needed it checked and maintained it was all by them.

When I finally needed a new one, I called and it was installed within a day or two by D.A Taylor. Again, after many happy "cool" and successful years, I needed another one and of course, I called the BEST company out there.

David A Taylor is now retired but a really smart man. He got to know his customers. We got to know him and his family. It was more than the minimal customer service you see today. He personally came and spoke w/ you and you know you were in good hands. His team had been with him for years. They were always nice and professional and cleaned up after themselves. They were so helpful in explaining things.

Now, that Mr. Taylor is relaxing and enjoying his retirement, I am happy to say the WONDERFUL and personalized service still continues. His son now runs the business.
I am happy to report that I had a recent maintenance check on my unit and met a newer member of the D.A Taylor company. Elliott came to my home and introduced himself and spoke with me in the same personalized manner of Mr. D.A Taylor. He was very kind, professional and again, cleaned up after himself.

I look forward to the next visit and hope to see Mr. Elliott again. His service was FANTASTIC.

They sent someone out when we called last minute after we had already called a couple of other big companies that couldn't get to us until the next afternoon. They were really quick and efficient. The guy was really nice and friendly. I was glad we called as some of it had to electrical issues. They had it fixed in no time which im.super thankful for since we have a toddler in the house. I will definitely be using them again in the future! Definitely recommend them for all your ac/heating and electrical needs!

Jarod did an awesome job with our AC maintenance. We signed up for annual spring and fall check ups. Our system is only a year old. But he was able to show me some shoddy workmanship the original installer did. We are going to get this resolved. But I wouldn’t have noticed if he didn’t do such a through job. Very thankful

The audacity of you to place your sign on my property without my permission and after actually charging me for your “service call” Shame on you. I actually paid you for a “sales call” as you were unwilling to search for the leak and were unwilling to get me up and running. Instead you spent your time trying to convince me I needed to give you 12 grand for a new system.

I called someone else who checked my outside condenser, found the leak, charged my system back up. They didn’t try to sell me a new system. The zeroed in on the problem and got me up and running. I’ll be using him from now on and when it comes time to replace my unit it will be him who gets the money not you. bTW I removed your yard sign and chucked it in the garbage. You can’t place signs in HOA’s nor did I give you permission. I was NOT your HAPPY CUSTOMER.

Phenomenal experience. We got 4 different quotes to replace two AC units at our house. We felt that David and his crew were the ones who provided the clearest breakdown. Throughout the process of installation, both Jarod and Steve did great work, efficient and thorough with David supervising. We did have one additional wire that needed replacing but they didn’t upcharge us a crazy amount. Overall very genuine, thorough, cost effective and efficient at what they do. Treated us like family. Would definitely recommend! Not to mention other quotes we received recommend lower end units. After the experience with had with previous units, we wanted something that was quality and also high tech. Now we can control the ac from our phone!

David Taylor runs a side business of rental properties, you pay your rent to the HVAC office. When we moved out David was rude and lied about the state of the home and accused us of stealing a cook top. He refused to return our security deposit. I took him to small claims court with photos as proof and WON the case, now he has a lien against the company because he refuses to pay the court order. I would never do business with him ever again, rather live under a bridge.

We scheduled routine maintenance on an 3-year-old system. Our tech, Jared showed up on time, was friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He also let us know what to look for in the future, and made a small improvement in the system. We’ll call David Taylor Air again.

I can’t express enough gratitude towards David Taylor Air for their outstanding service with our AC repair! On a late Saturday evening, we found ourselves in desperate need of an AC fix. Despite it being after hours, David personally took our call. His efficiency and expertise had our house feeling cool and comfortable incredibly fast. It’s rare to receive such prompt and effective service, especially outside regular business hours. We highly recommend David and his company to anyone in need of AC services. I had a problem with my older AC unit not putting out heat. I called David Taylor Air and they sent out Jarod. He explained what was going on, parts needed etc. I eventually received a call from David Taylor himself who spent about 45 minutes on the phone with me discussing all my options including a new unit. I opted for a new unit. They came out the next day. Jarod and Steve and a few others I can’t remember their names all worked on the installation of my new unit. I chose David Taylor because of his personal interaction. These days it’s all these giant companies with massive advertising that just want your money with no personal connection.

Best A/C repair shop in town!! David explained to me my situation with my old unit gave me many options!! We worked out a deal that was perfect for me and his tech’s got me back up running again!!
