After not being able to fix my AC the first night with a temperature of 88 degrees and a 2 year old in the house, they failed to correct the issue the following night because the temperature had dropped to 80 because it had rained that day and it was no longer an "emergency". The man I spoke with (Bill, I believe) was only concerned with making himself not sound incompetent as opposed to actually resolving the issue. THIS COMPANY IS ABSOLUTE GARBAGE DO NOT USE IF YOU ARE COMING OUT OF POCKET!!! I am so pissed that this is the service my leasing agency chose as their go to option, especially when he said there are techs but he doesn't want to send them out because "it's not hot enough".

I have used One Tough Heating and Cooling for years. Shawn and his crew provide prompt, efficient, and top quality work. One touch has repaired, replaced, done yearly A/C check on our system for the past 7 or 8 years. Highly recommend them. Most recently I texted him on a Sunday night about what I thought was a leaking condenser. It turned out to be a broken water main. Shawn was gracious enough to do the repair which was very labor intensive and included a trip to Home Depot to get the necessary materials for the repair. This attention to detail and willingness to do what needs to be done is why I will continue to use One Touch.
