We used the guys at Credible A/C to install a new system in our residence a few months ago. From start to finish everything was quick and easy! I received exceptional customer service from the office coordinator, the owner, and the guys who installed the system. They offered very competitive pricing which ultimately made me decide to choose them, and I still received a quality A/C system and quality work.

When I called for an appointment, they were able to send a technician out the next day. (One place I called didn't even return my call for 3 days.) He came out, looked at everything and gave me an estimate. I had a heat pump installed and both of the technicians were friendly & respectful of my property & home. I had to call the next morning because there was a problem, but it wasn't their fault. (The drain pipe previously replaced before I bought the home was not properly glued together.) Even so, the technician repaired the issue at no charge to me. The woman on the phone was always pleasant & helpful. I would definitely use them again.

If you’re in need of professional and punctual A/C work done, these are your guys! Too many “handyman” types in Florida and this company is not one of them!

Best experience ever with regards to buying/installing a major product. I saw the reviews and I was a bit skeptical. They exceeded all expectations. From having someone show up to give an estimate to having my TWO ac’s installed was literally 24 hours. They were professional and very friendly. Their work was top notch. 5 stars isn’t enough.

got ac service and since them calling and no response. The ac has 3 leaks and its been only a month. No response so far and would advise for any one not to use them. They are basically fraud and dont honor even their warranty for NEW AC unit.

Was able to install and replace my old window unit with a beautiful mini-split. Best prices and service I’ve experienced from calling multiple competitors to receive quotes. Will be referring them to all of my friends, family and clients.

Update: 5/8/24. The system I bought worked well all winter but runs 5 or 6 degrees above the set air condition temperature in the spring/summer. I called to get relief from a leaking return unit and was charged +300+ dollars to clear the clog. It took 5 minutes at best. They then proceeded to do maintenance check and determined there was a defective txv valve on the compressor causing air conditioner to not cool properly. This should have been found when I called them last summer about cooling problem. This part is under warranty and I should not be charged, especially since I reported it last year. They, however, want to charge an enormous rate for labor.

My Central Heat/AC refused to provide heat last week and I was told by another company it would cost over $3000 to repair. I then called Credible Ac/heat. They came the next day and was able to replace the whole unit the next day before it really got cold. The price was reasonable and personnel were knowledgeable, courteous, and on time.

Had them come give me a quote for AC, on time and professional did not end up choosing them for the job.

Fantastic experience, very friendly, came out late evening on Friday and made sure everything was fixed and working before leaving. Eugene was very honest and told me what was wrong with my system (out of freon), and why. Gave me multiple options and left with an estimate if I wanted my system changed.

I do not normally leave a review , however I went with this company to replace my ac system based on the reviews I read . To my surprise this company is exactly as described in prior reviews . The owner is a great guy , honest and wants to be fair and do the right thing . With him it is not just about how much money he can make . He came to the house at 11:30 in the morning , for inspection . At 2;00 his installer arrived with the new unit and at 9 that same night we had ac again . Very impressive installer , was very knowledgeable and he was on autopilot working . He knew exactly what to do and did it right the first time . These were the best people to do the job and I will hire them to do the maintenance twice a year . Try this company , you will be as impressed as I was

Run away from this company! They will not adhere to their warranty,I had them repair my ac,they only fixed it temporarily it broke three more times!! They have deceptive billing and will add charges.I could not I could not communicate with the technician as he does not speak the same language as I so therefore services were not rendered as needed when I called the office I tried wholeheartedly to explain the services that I needed and that what I wanted I did not get the service that I that I needed or that I asked for I sincerely believe the technician did not truly know what the problem was so therefore they sent technicians out that do not really know what what they're doing . AC broken down 3 more additional times! With a true reputable AC company technicians would come out fix the problem and be done not with this company! After dealing with his company for months on end do not believe the positive reviews,they were paid for.

Credible AC came out right away for our broken unit and did a full replacement even though it was late. The prices are unbeatable, service is amazing. Our unit was installed 2 months ago. We even forgot to change a filter which created a weird noise, a technician came out and was very understanding, nice, and patient!!
