The AC technicians were very good at explaining what they were doing. Recommended a $900 purifier or $500 UV light for bacteria starting in unit which was a little high for me had to sign for the decline. Found cheaper options but don’t know if I can install without voiding the warranty.

Technicians are always knowledgeable, friendly, efficient and professional! The communicate and make sure you understand everything about their visit and your unit. I 100% recommend them!!!

From the moment I reached out, the process was seamless: a sales rep (Jason) came out within hours the same day to assess the issue and provide a clear, honest estimate, and the very next morning the install crew (Omar and Matt, along with their supervisor Eric briefly to oversee) arrived and completed a full system replacement in under three hours.

What impressed me even more was the follow-through. When my air wasn’t heating or cooling properly afterward, they sent a tech out (Cory) first thing the next morning to troubleshoot and Jason later followed up again just to make sure everything was running perfectly. That level of care is rare these days.

Our technician was very polite. Explained everything he was doing. Answered all my questions. Did not try to oversell me anything. It was a great experience. We were impressed how long he spent cleaning and checking our system. Others I have used are in and out in twenty minutes. Will continue to use this company.

AC Design has always maintained, serviced and, when necessary, repaired our AC system. Their technicians are always very well prepared. They know what they are doing, and they are efficient in doing whatever needs to be done. In addition to that, they are very good at explaining to us what is happening with our system. It may be possible to find somebody cheaper, but they will certainly not be better.

Great company! Jason was quick to come out and thoroughly explain his estimate for our new HVAC system. He has extensive knowledge in this field and found the best solution for us! The following day, Jesse and Desmire completed the installation and removed our old HVAC. They were very professional, experienced and provided top-notch service! They were also super great guys and worked hard to make everything perfect. We truly appreciate all these guys and how they treated us as though we were part of their own family. FIVE STARS!!!

Corey wth AC Design was a consummate professional from the time he arrived until the job was done. It was an absolute pleasure working with him to find the issues with our new ac/heat pump on our newly constructed home. He immediately found a high side leak at the drier to the outside unit. He recovered the old refrigerant and repaired the leak. He recharged the system and had us back up in no time at all. If I could give Corey some advice is keep doing things exactly the way your doing them. AC Design is lucky to have Corey on their team. I've been in appliance refrigeration for 41 years and I know a great tech when I see one. AC Design responded to our repair within minutes from us reaching out to our builder had us booked and showed up right on time. It was a truly pleasure to work with a company that values customer service like AC Design and because of call center scheduling and prompt competent service I look forward to using AC design in the future.

This makes twice now that the tech has forgotten a filter an mine takes the big filter u can’t buy at my local hardware store or Walmart or I would, my complaints is this to the supervisors , how about let’s putting the filters on the trucks and also my technician said that our compasitor is not up to standard i said well the unit is under warranty and let’s nip it and fix it his words was i think it will do till August come on, i know this company is better than this , management u need to have a team meeting an be more prepared and when issues are found tell the homeowner there’s a problem not at time of payment an act like it’s not a big deal. Luckily i called and there bringing a filter tommrow and change the compasiter, call center needs to be more aware of what’s going as well. My point is need to be better prepared!

Jackson was an amazing tech. He didn’t mind me watching and asking questions. He was very professional a really nice person. He went over everything and gave me information about my equipment.

The Technition was very skilled. He did an excellent thorough job. I have two systems so it was more than the usual. He communicated clearly and paid a lot of attention to the details of each system.

The people at AC Designs are great. Always friendly and courteous. They keep my heating and air conditioning system running reliably. I would recommend them to anyone looking for AC or heating service work.

The A/C Tech was polite and friendly. He greeted us kindly. Placed his shoe covers on and came in. After a few questions he zeroed in on the cause of the malfunction of the unit. Water was not draining properly. The Tech informed us that he could fix it relatively quick. He went back to his truck and retrieved a few tools and picked pipping. He replaced all of interior draining. And he was done.

A/C Designs did a fantastic job serving my A/C unit. They responded to my calls quickly. Tyler Spears and Brady Thompson were both excellent and extremely professional getting my unit back up and running. I highly recommend.

Sha completed routine maintenance and was very informative. I appreciated his professional approach, as he explained each step.
We have been using AC Designs for 5 years and we are happy with the service they provide.
Initial annual maintenance cost (covers 2 visits per year and a 10% discount on broken parts discovered during service) was approx $190 but has increased to $249.
Overall, I am very pleased with their service.

Tyler did a very thorough cleaning and maintenance job on our AC units. He was very courteous & polite and apologized for getting mud on my wife’s wood floors; after which he used booties on his boots.

Jeff was a godsend to us today! These few days of cold weather left us in despair when our heat didn’t work. He was able to explain to us what was going on and explained our thermostat to my mom, which wasn’t done before. We are grateful for his great care and heat to keep us warm!

Had a minor issue with our condenser unit and AC Designs was able to get a tech out same day to get the issue diagnosed and up and running. Unit did need an additional part and was able to get back out to us quickly and worked around my schedule. Both techs were professional and courteous. 5 out of 5!

After normal business hours on a Friday night. Fan would not stop running after compressor turned off. Tyler did a great job of diagnosing a wiring issue and correcting it.

I don’t normally leave reviews but this particular Technician “Joey” impressed me. He was intelligent, knowledgeable, soft spoken and polite. Did not push any products just educated me. I ended up upgrade to a UV light at my own choosing. I must say AC designs has been very reliable.
