Brian Buckner is the Best! If you check my reviews i have select contractors ive used over the years throughout my real estate career. For Hvac there's no other than Buckner Heating & Air. Brian handled all my rentals and my direct family because he's a true professional and the best in the business. My sister called me to Thank me when he left. She Thanked Brian also but wanted to say "He was Great!"... Call him, You'll be glad you did!

Eric was very pleasant to work with and I would definitely recommend him in the future.

Work was good, but owner charged me for permit, and was not licensed with Marion County, and lied by saying he submitted it. County attested he did not.

After receiving several outrageous estimate to replace and install a new heat and air heat pump here and Waycross Georgia I found these guys on Facebook, him in his dad came up, very nice people looked everything over gave me a very reasonable estimate with the same warranty I'll let you know how the rest of it goes but so far so good,, Update Awesome Job there installer Dewayne got a late start cause he went and picked up a part that lat shipping but then drove up here to Waycross and stayed till 1 am to finish the job, stellar performance, would effeminately commend, they also beat the competitions price by like 2000.

I had a 5 ton system installed 5 years ago and it's been great. I recently had an issue with the system short cycling and Eric and his team were right out to make the repair.

I spoke to Brandy (I hope I spelled her name right)... She was AMAZING! She knew exactly what was wring OVER THE PHONE y'all! Then she talked me through a simple fix and didn't even charge me for it!!

I will only work with Atlantic Heating and Cooling for all of my air conditioning needs (and we have 5 rental properties)... #LifetimeCustomer!

NOT TRUSTWORTHY. I paid for a permit for a new system and Atlantic Air decided not to get one. I called the owner several times and was put off always with promises, but no results. Many excuses, but no permits. I told him I would get the permit and he asked me not to. Still no results. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY! I wish I never bought the unit from them.

After paying for extended coverage and twice a year maintenance checkup, 3 yrs into a 6 yr contract, they have not returned my calls, after calling for past 2 months, to schedule for winter check up. No return calls, no way to leave messages, no nothing. BUYER BEWARE!

The tech Paul was awesome! He came in and completely replaced my entire system in a couple hours. Company followed up right away and made sure everything was right. I'll definitely be using them in the future.

Very friendly and professional to do business with, and got our new AC installed within a day of ordering, fitting us in four days ahead of schedule once they learned our old system was completely down. And the pricing was much more reasonable than other companies we contacted.
