A truly excellent experience with this company. Gerry is a courteous, knowledgeable professional. He and his partner installed our HVAC system in half a day. The price was very reasonable too, compared to quotes from four other local companies. I highly recommend Superior Heating.

Superior Heating and Cooling of NE FL, LLC did an OUTSTANDING job on replacing my broken AC with a new one! Customer service, communication, knowledge of what is and isn’t needed for your home, very professional, and answered all questions and concerns without any doubt about what I wanted and needed…absolutely superb! I called Mr. Jerry 13 May 2024 and he was at my house 14 May 2024 that morning installing my new air conditioner for half the price the other big AC companies had quoted me! If you need your AC replaced or fixed I highly recommend getting in touch with this company; and yes they are licensed and certified!

Everyone involved with Superior AC was very competent and respectful. My nephew Mike Fountain recommended Superior as he and the owner Jerry are business associates. Jerry’s company has installed many air conditioners for Mike Fountain’s electrical business.
Eli came out first to assess the unit. He was very kind and informative. Jerry was the first to arrive at my home on the day of installation and was very hands on. He was so knowledgeable about his work and gave great recommendations on how to care for my new AC. Eli and Jose finished the work and my AC is keeping my home more comfortable than the previous unit.
Also, the price I paid was much more affordable than the price quoted to me by Snyder electric.
Even talking with Erica was very pleasant. She has excellent customer service skills.

Eli did a fantastic job! He communicated often and well, there was never any question on when he was going to show up. When he arrived, he was very polite and got right to work. It’s been several weeks and I’ve had no issues!

Gerry , Eli and Jose took care of us today! We had to replace our upstairs unit. They were the most professional and polite young men I’ve encountered in a long time!
They explained how to operate the new unit and explained in detail all the work they completed . Shook my hand and said to call them if we had any issues.

Eli fully explained every step of the process in great detail. Polite, efficient and on time. My unit was under warranty so Superior obtained my evaporator core at no cost to me. Great service and awesome to work with. Came to my office today and the heat was not working in the 100 year building. The temperature had dropped inside the office into the 50s. Superior Heating was onsite within 3 hours. Diagnosis the issue quickly and fixed it. The price was incredibly fair and reasonable. I will definite use them again in the future. Yesterday I called Superior, because for more than 2 weeks my heat wasn't working, within an hour, they had someone at my home! He arrived at my home before I even got home, and he waited for me! Service was great, very knowledgeable ! Professional, honest and respectful , my heat is now working! and the price is lower than most companies in the area! We used another company to put the AC/Heat unit in. I always felt that we overpaid the other company for it.

Now, we have called Superior AC on both units that we have in our home for repair. We paid minimum cost to get both fixed. We weren't overcharged at all. I would recommend Superior to EVERYONE!

Awesome experience! Called about my A/C not cooling. They had a technician at my house within a couple of hours. Eli was very nice and very knowledgeable. He quickly figured out the problem and had it back up and running. He explained what the issue was and didn’t try to upsell a new unit. He was very honest and professional.
