These guys were great. They got me exactly the system I wanted within a few days after another contractor told me nobody could get it within at least two weeks. The techs were polite, efficient, and wore masks the whole time. Everything went perfectly except for one little glitch that the tech came by at 8am the following morning and corrected within a few minutes. The outfit that usually handled my AC repairs never even returned my call after the old system quit, and the second "backup" outfit I called lied to me and tried to sell me a less efficient unit for a similar price. Chiller Medic wasn't the cheapest we spoke to, but I absolutely think I got my money's worth.

We heard loud noises coming from outside unit and the home wasn’t cooling as it previously did, so I called Chiller Medic since their install info was on the unit, and spoke to the lady in the office. She was helpful, looked up the warranty info and said it was likely a compressor issue. She scheduled someone for that afternoon, so I took off work and waited. The technician was two hours late and no call to advise they would be. He came in and stated he was the one that installed it originally and that he told the prior owner that a damper needed to be fixed in the attic. He said that nothing else was wrong with the unit and said it will not cause any issues to not fix it. He didn’t even look at the outside unit, although I again told him that it had been making noise. He collected my service call fee and left. Two weeks later my outside unit stopped working. I called the after hours line and left a voicemail asking for service asap. No call back at all. I ended up having to call another company out, who diagnosed and fixed the problem in less than 30 minutes. It was within the outside unit! This company is a scam. Do not use! Took my money, did no work, and left me high and dry when it finally broke.

I want to give credit where credit is due. Our AC went out this week with temps in the mid to high 90's. The unit was installed by Total Air another local company. So we called them first since the system was under warranty for 10 years and we installed it in March 2015. After four calls to Total Air and on hold for 30 minutes at a time and NO one answering. Back to Chiller Medic they answered on the first call at 4:55 pm on Thursday, I provided Faye some info on my unit, and today Friday at 11:30 am they called saying they had the compressor and could install at 2 pm. At 1:39 pm the two techs were at our door with parts and had us back up by 4:30 pm. Chiller Medic ROCKS!!!! Very professional service, very informative on what they found and what was being done to repair. They now have my business and will be sending referrals their way. Thank you for doing the job you do so well.

The technician came out and immediately diagnosed the problem and fixed it promptly. It was a painless experience.

Used this company to try to repair an exhaust system to my chiller. First off, the guy was on my property for 43 minutes and charged me for four hours. I had to call and get it fixed. Not only that, during the 43 minutes he was here, at no point did he open up my equipment and troubleshoot anything, and I can prove it from my security footage. He then came to me and told me the module on the motor is bad and he will try to order just that, but, if he cant, he will order the full motor. He wanted to charge me almost $3000 for a rush delivery motor and installing it. Upon calling the exhaust system manufacturer and speaking with their technical support, I was told that there is no module on this motor, that it is only a vfd and a three-phase motor. Once I opened up the equipment it was very clear that there was no power coming out of the vfd. Once I bypassed the vfd and put power directly to the motor, everything worked. This Chiller Medic are nothing but scam artists who are trying to steal your money in these hard times. DO NOT USE THEM. THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY!

5 Start service consistently. Chiller Medic has been wonderful to work with. They completed a complicated job when we moved into our house and subsequently replaced two units. They are professional, responsive, courteous and experienced. I very much appreciate knowing that they always respond in a timely manner to all requests, large or small. The office manager is very helpful and the service guys are great. I am grateful to have a reliable HVAC company to call! We moved from the Midwest and they have been extremely patient with answering all of my questions and explaining our new system. I believe they also offer specials for Veterans which is greatly appreciated!

I never take time to write reviews for bad service. But I'm making an exception. I have used Chiller Medic to Install 4 new AC units on 2 different houses. I've used them for service multiple times annually and have never had an issue. I have always recommended them to anyone looking for a good HVAC company. That's over now. Way back in June of 2023 the mini-split at our rental property quit working so I hired them to replace it. After the new unit was hung we had new tenants move in so I never actually heard anything about the install besides they came and it was in. Flash forward to Nov/Dec I get a call from our new tenants that the mini split doesn't turn on. I tell them that I'm sure it's a simple fix as the unit is brand new. I call and text the same line I always called or texted to schedule and hear nothing back. I then go to my email to see my invoice and get a number to call. I realize I never got an invoice and this job was never paid for or even billed. When I continued to get no answers I had a second company go out to assess it and tell me they didn't feel comfortable taking the job because the units installed do not even match each other and no reputable company would make that mistake. After another call/text and email I finally got a response and some answers. The technician installed an outside unit that didn't match the inside unit, he apologized and said it was "on his to do list but he forgot about it". After they finally completed the job 4 months after being hired I received an invoice and was shocked that they didn't offer a single concession on my price. A week after this the unit started leaking. I finally paid the invoice this morning after being threatened with a lien on my house. The owner tells me "I've already paid for the equipment and labor so this needs to be settled". Funny how this equipment hung in my house for 90 days without so much as a peep from you guys until I brought it to your attention. If I had never said anything it would still be hanging there. Now you're threatening me with a lien? If I had time to fight a legal battle right now I wouldn't have paid this invoice. This needed to be paid before they would send a tech back out to address the leak. Maybe this seems like the way to handle the situation but it doesn't sit right with me and I'd caution you to pick a different company for your job.

Quick response and great service. Repaired our A/C unit quickly and professionally..and for very reasonable cost! Highly recommend for any residential HVAC needs!

The unit in our house needed to be serviced. The technical prowess and professionalism exerted was remarkable. Will be contacting to enroll in their annual maintenance plan for such a reasonable price.

Outstanding service and a job well done by David's team and especially Deklin Casey, the service technician. He showed up early, was very professional and courtious. Deklin figured out my issue, and had it fixed in no time. He was very knowledgeable and explained in detail what he was going to do each step of the way. I absolutely highly recommend Chiller Medic for any AC issue you may have. This was an issue another company could not fix, and Deklin had me up and running in less than 30 minutes! What a pro and what a great company!!!

This is one of the best companies I have ever dealt with. From owner David to his sons Matthew and cadence as well as Deklin, Greg and Ethan, they do not quit until it’s done no matter how long it takes. I wish there were more stars - 5 isn’t nearly enough! If you need someone to help with HVAC services - do not look any further than Chiller Medic! They give a little homeowner as much time and service as they do their big business accounts. I wish all businesses served their clients as professionally, thoroughly, compassionately and knowledgeably as Chiller Medic. They are a gold medal company! lm sure your service quality is as bad as your driving skills. Because of your reckless driving skills, today at 4PM June 29, 2023 by the 333 exit, almost whole family could have died if I would not react promtly and moved my car to the shoulder in highway! Shame on you! What you have gained? 30 seconds by cutting me with no turn signal and literally forcing me to stop my car to die or to move my car to the left shoulder which saved our lives? Your 30 seconds could have cause death of 5 people! I hope this message will reach you well dear driver and teach you to be considerate to others and finally learn how to drive. It is good that I was able to come close to you and took a picture. Enjoy your day!

Yesterday, the Chiller medic team installed a new A/C condenser and air handler. I could not be more pleased how the Chiller Medic team worked. Everything was installed to the specifications we agreed upon. Thank you Cadence, Greg and the rest of the team for their hard work and professionalism.

They helped me with my leaky ac for a very reasonable price! Ac Designs tried to sell me a new ac unit telling that my unit was not fixable! Chiller Medic came to my rescue!

Greg came by to check on my bonus room unit. The humidity keeps increasing, so I got a professional opinion. As always, he was on point and quickly solved my problem. I highly recommend any of the tech's at Chiller Medic.
