My opinion of Vons Heating and air.
I called on Saturday,May 24th and spoke to Tonya. She was very kind, very helpful and very professional. She was able to schedule a technician to come out to check out my unit that day. The technician Eric called me and asked if he could come earlier than I was actually scheduled and I said of course he could come. He removed the panel off of unit and we could see where it had caught on fire and burned all the electrical components. Eric did not have to say a word I knew right away it would mean a new system. He was able to get me some quotes on three different units in just a few minutes-that afternoon. Eric left me with the Quotes. I told him I had to pray about it and get all the information I could to make a good decision. He was OK with that. I called them back later that afternoon and told them my decision. Eric said that they would check and see if they had everything they needed to install me the new unit the next morning. I got a call back early Saturday evening, saying they would be here at 8 o’clock Sunday morning.
Chris and Austin arrived a little before 8 o’clock Sunday May 25, They got started right away, worked very efficiently and professionally were very courteous, kind and considerate of me and my property. Austin seemed to anticipate all of Chris’s moves and when he would be needed to Help. In return Chris also knew when Austin needed help all at the same time each worked on their part of the job. A few minutes after 11 A.m. they were finished with the install cleaned up and ready to go. I would like to say thank you for the entire staff at Vons. I could not ask to be treated any better. besides being a weekend, it was also a holiday weekend. I would say five stars are well deserved. Thank you again BJ Taylor.

Matt was outstanding. He is very knowledgeable and his customer service skills are excellent. I was fairly sure that I would need to replace my unit And he showed me the cost of fixing the old unit and the benefits and cost of replacing it.

I will never stop recommending Von’s heating and air. This is how a company should be ran, they’re honest, quick and so helpful! Jonathan was at the house quicker than he was scheduled and I couldn’t be more thankful. They have always gone above and beyond for us! We’re a client for life! A huge Thank you to the Von’s team!

I called Vons heat and air twice to come check out why my unit wasn’t blowing cold, their tech came out first time and said we may have a leak and it could be in the thousands to find and fix so as I was on the road working my wife paid the service call and sent them away so I called again next day and ask can they come and charge it anyway and lady said yes so they send a tech again and he came never checked why the compressor in the outside unit not coming and he insisted that we replaced the outside unit which is $1500. Today I came home off the road and went on YouTube and did some google searches and find out it only needed a $40 part which was the compressor backup battery in the outside unit that went bad. To me Vons heat and air is a failure and not knowing how many poor people they done got to spend thousands of dollars they don’t need too

It's never fun to have to call a repair person but i honestly couldn't be more pleased with the thoroughness and kindness shown by Tyler! He was prompt and helped explain the issue as well as showed me how to prevent future mistakes. As a first time home owner- I very much appreciate this kind of advice! I will definitely be recommending to anyone that needs any kind of assistance with AC.

My a c unit was leaking all over my floor last night . I called Vons about seven p m and a guy named Tyler came out within the hour. He said my lines were clogged and called me over to witness it before cleaning it out. Im very pleased with them .

I had an A/C emergency recently and called Von's before 9am. I was immediately scheduled for a visit at 2 pm the same day. Tyler, the technician, was on time, very professional and knowledgeable regarding my A/C issues. He took the time to thoroughly test and diagnose my system, explained to me in terms I could easily understand what my options and costs were, and then proceeded to expertly complete all repairs we agreed on. The cost was within a few dollars of his estimate, and the system is back to working like new!! I would highly recommend Von's and Tyler to anyone for any A/C repair or service needs. Tyler was very professional. He gave me information on what was happening to my unit. It was running 86 in my house when the temp was set at 76. Von's Heating and Air was very quick on response time and contacting me. I will be signing up for the family plan which is a great deal. Thank you for saving my household in this heat.

Vons never has failed to impress with their professional staff, this time my tech was Johnathan. He was doing my bi-annual inspection (which I would highly recommend purchasing) and discovered
I had a bad breaker in my electrical panel that was causing some issues. I am very handy so felt confident in replacing the bad breaker. Johnathan was professional to the point he actually called after hours to make sure I was able to find the correct replacement breaker, and if I hadn't he offered to do some research on his end to help. I found the breaker and made the repair. All was good, but I'm telling you the it is this very thing that sets Von's apart from pretty much all businesses, but most definitely among Mechanical/HVAC companies they are without question your go to choice.

Von's was here today to service our AC. Eric was very friendly and knowledgeable and extremely efficient. On a scale of 1 to 10, we give Eric a 10+!

I was told at my last maintenance checkup that a Hard Start Assist would be beneficial to my 10 yr old a/c unit. Tyler had explained it to me and I decided to hold off till early next year. Wrong! A few days later, I was outside and happen to be near my a/c unit when it shut off. It made a noise that wasn’t good. I called for an appt to put the Hard Start Assist in and Tyler came out. After putting the new part in he turned the a/c off and the noise was GONE! Fingers crossed this saved my unit additional years. Thank you Tyler for your understanding, patience, professionalism and your incredible knowledge. I appreciate it very much!

Vitality did a fantastic job, very thorough and polite! I’m very grateful to him as he found a clog and was able to clean it and prevent further damage from happening to the AC system. Avalon and Vitali are incredible, I highly recommend!

These guys were absolutely exceptional. Bernaldo came early and stayed all the way until the job was done. Even provided a space heater until our heat was repaired to keep the house warm. Couldn’t be happier. USE THESE GUYS WHEN AN EMERGENCY HAPPENS. Bernaldo is the best!
