The I am very much satisfied with the Customer Service experience I received with this company. Upon the few times I had to contact this company. They were very prompt to schedule a technician to come out and do a maintenance check. Matthew was very professional and knowledgeable to answer any questions I may have and was quick to give me a call back. The equipment service installation rendered was of good quality.

Arrived home 28 Dec after a 5 day visit at family home, to a non working A/C. My son in law contacted Avalon 29 Dec, which he found to be reliable and very good. An appt was set for 30 Dec 10 am. Ivan A. arrived on time, professional, and thorough. Had my A/C up and running perfect. Checked my entire system after diagnosting and verifying inner fan of handler was failing. Ivan replaced and retested the system for cool and heat. We are were lucky because the coolest two days were upon us. Ivan worked through the cold and made our home whole again. Bernaldo Noa done a Great job in fixing everything that was not fix properly. He walked me through everything that he has done and tested. Also showed pictures of everything he has done. Aaron from Avalon was incredibly honest, professional, and easy to work with. He specifically worked with me on quotes for new systems and they had very fair and reasonable pricing, as well as offering some of the higher end systems on the market (which you don't find with everyone these days).

There are a million and one AC companies to choose from; but they're not all made equally. You need folks who are timely and honest and willing to shoot straight and these guys are it.
