We found this wonderful company through a promotion with Lowes. A hidden Gem. Chris came to our home and treated it as if it was his own. We were planning a floor install too and offered recommendations  as to how / if to install flooring underneath the indoor unit.  He explained in detail in regular terms of the two step  Tirane systems we were getting  and reassured us of our great choice.  Plus got a great deal with the financing through Lowes. Made it a no brainier to jump in when we did. Then Sherry in the office  called to set up a time.  Perfect to a tee made sure we were informed days and times etc.   Also had the chance to chat with Lois  who is also well qualified to explain an issues we had or might have as well as scheduling information we might need.
Then Dan the man and the crew showed up and got our system installed in excellent time. Taking care not to trample any of my plants .
Our old Tranes were on their last legs , original to our home about 36 yrs old.  Out with the old /ancient and in with the new more efficient. Saved us  quite a bit of money the first summer we had it installed, and cool as the artic too.   Not to mention added value to the house and runs well.   From Consult to installation  to learning about our system to keep it better maintained and now   present day  we are so happy with this well coordinated Team. They listen understand and follow through . We are very happy with the COOL CONNECTIONS FAMILY. We hope to have a long and happy relationship going ontr 5 now. . I have had five different companies try and tell me different problems charging me hundreds of dollars and the last company saying I needed a whole new system. I have a newer home and had to buy extra fans and heaters to compensate. I was referred to Cool Connections from the manufacturer Trane and Dan was sent, and not only was it clear he was a true professional but explained why my AC failed in a domino effect fashion. I truly wished I would’ve called them first and the pricing was more than fair. Their goal is your referral, and experience Is shown in their work. I can’t say enough! I have heat again! 😁

We had to have them come out twice within a three day span. The first technician did not find the leak for our unit, but was told by the second technician that this is a normal thing that happens for this brand in this unit. They then had to replace and fix the leak. And fill our AC back up with refrigerant which is over $100 per pound. Was told that we would be refunded for the first technician and that we would only be charged for the second technicians, labor, and none of the refrigerant. I had to call twice to get an answer because we never got a refund and now was told that because the second technician did not charges for the refrigerant that they will not be refunding us. The second technician also made a comment about how they are not crooks and are focused on their customers.

Not exactly sure how to respond to the owner who just called me today twice when Finn a span of 10 minutes and only left a message saying they received a call and calling him back.

To also clarify, the second technician had told me he put 15 pounds of refrigerant into our unit versus the 6 Pounds that you are stating. He told us he was helping us out because it was “ Going to be so much more expensive”. So once again, your company is not here for the customer. You’re trying to paint a very different picture of what actually happened. You cannot put up a response the day before you actually call me at 4 o’clock in the afternoon while I’m still at work. Because I also had to take an entire day off of work for your technician to come to my home when he said he would be there between nine and 11 and did not show up until after 11 o’clock.

Cool Connections Installed my Trane unit almost 10 years ago. Great install.I called and they came out and serviced my unit. Great Customer service start to finish would highly recommend this Company.

Cool connections has had to come twice. First, identifying the issue which was bigger than expected. Second visit, to provide the service. There will be a third because my home keeps throwing curve balls (truly!). Anthony has been the one who came each time. He shows that he actually cares which means so much. Rather than doing a quick fix, he is honest about what’s going on and the best route to go. As well with doing what he can in the mean time while I get other stuff in my attic worked on. My heat was broken and my home was 46 degrees. I needed other services other than just my AC, in order for my AC to function LONG TERM. He got it fixed up for the mean time so during the next few days Im not freezing. My attic was very dusty, dirty, lots of debris fell when opening it and he cleaned it all up as well, even when I said don’t worry about it! He still did. I’m grateful for such a comfortable easy process, living alone and not being an expert in these things can make stuff intimidating. By far my best experience with any contractor/maintenance/anything.

Had issues with our AC and called Cool Connections to come check it out. The man that came out was very professional and friendly. He quickly identified the issue, gave us some helpful maintenance tips, and was on his way. No problems since! Thank you, Cool Connections!!

On time and good value. Guys worked really hard and never stopped. They were able to repair the system at a fraction of what a new one would have cost. I thought I was going to have to replace the system and was prepared for the cost and told them so. The guys inspected the system and found some minor repairs needed. Honest quality repairs.

I didn't like that I got a text saying one guy was coming and when I answered the door he said his name was somebody else and then the other guy that was supposed to be there came around the corner I had two people doing my AC work also I didn't like how they tried to sell me a new AC unit when mine is only 7 years old it's not working well but they're not fixing it they just want me to buy a bigger unit, also I didn't care for one of the guys to put his dirty hands on my wall. And another thing I did not receive a maintenance what they performed in my email like I thought they were supposed to give me

Just had a service call performed by Dave and Jacob and it was great !in this day and age it is a rarity to find a company with integrity so I am unfortunately always leery about companies and the service they provide ,but my mind was changed both Dave and Jacob showed up on time and acted in a very professional manner and actually were very comfortable in the way they greeted me and interacted with me so it cut down on the awkwardness, and I enjoyed that I was kept informed throughout the whole process and it was explained to me in layman's terms not industry talk! I am highly satisfied with the service and the quality of the 2 employees Dave and Jacob, I highly recommend this company and for sure those 2 individuals.I also will end by saying that they have a customer for life that is for sure and I will tell anyone that will listen what a great job they did!

WOW! Northeast is Amazing! They are very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. The prices are reasonable and the best for your buck.
I had 3 different companies come out and northeast was the only one that found the problem and was able to fix it and kept it in my price range. I will definitely only be using them from now on.

The first impression is the person answering phones. It was a good impression. The woman was clear, polite and knowledgeable. Fortunately they had an open time slot the same day. The technician was polite, clear and shared information on the AC unit as I asked , having no prior experience myself. Fortunately again, the part needed was in the van, he installed it and was on the road in 45 minutes. The price seemed reasonable to me as well. I will definitely use them again.

I am less than a week out of major surgery so it took me a long time to get to the door. Instead of just leaving, TJ called my phone and let me know he was at my house. He was very polite and understanding.

I have consistently been pleased and impressed with the customer service I receive. Communication regarding bi-annual visits, service agreement renewal, service visits have been timely and exemplary. Service folks have always been courteous and professional, arriving as stated, and work completed quickly. Updates about work performed are always provided. I’ve used NE FL H&A for years and highly recommend them for their extraordinary service.

It took a few visits, but our AC is working again. The lady from the office called after the work was completed to make sure it was working. Thank you all for coming out and finally getting it fixed.

I picked NE based on reviews and their years in business. Hunter was prompt and professional, and handled the issue quickly. The diagnostic cost was waived as a repair was made and the final cost out was great. Great company as far as I am concerned. Highly recommend.

We called for service on our A/C unit and Daniel Crawford did an awesome job! He was thorough and knowledgeable. We are very pleased with his work.
