Daniel just left our home and did an amazing job. He got our AC repaired and blowing cold in no time at all. Great same day service.

Got these guys to come up to fix an AC system that wasn't blowing cold air. They came out on time and did the work but they charged me 650 to change a capacitor. A capacitor costs 20 dollars. I wouldn't be that upset if it worked. 2 weeks later the unit stopped working again. These people are crooks. Called them and they didn't offer to fix their mistake. They said they can send some one out on Monday. Well it's Friday now.

UPDATE
I found out my motor is burnt out. I guess their hacky way of fixing the capacitor burnt my motor out. The motor costs 800 dollars! Do not let these people touch your system.

They came out and fixed the motor which is cool but this is how they did it. It doesn't look very professional.

Have used this company for quite a few years and have always been pleased with the service . A few times a tech named Jeff has came out and did the work and he is awesome . Very friendly and gets right to the problem and fixes it . Definitely an asset to the company .

The guys were very friendly and professional. They listened to my questions and gave me straight forward answers. So far so good! The guy’s did a great job and I now have air in rooms that didn’t for a long time. Just had to get the right guy’s to come and do the job. Really stand by their work where others don’t. Very pleased!

100 degree day and air conditioner stopped working at 4pm. Called Northeast Florida Heating & Air. They had a couple other calls ahead of me but promised they would be here tonight. Daniel arrived and had my air conditioner fixed and running in record time. He was very knowledgeable and polite. Northeast Florida Heating and Air provide excellent service.

Our AC unit went down at 5pm on Christmas, and Northeast Heating & Air had a technician out by 9am on the 26th. They had us back up and running within a couple of hours. The work was quick, clean, and efficient. I’ve been using Northeast Heating & Air for years and they continue to deliver great service. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, responsive HVAC service.

Their prompt responsiveness to repair calls are an asset for anyone who opt-in for their maintenance plan services. I greatly appreciate that their staff always make the time to explain me in simple terms what was done during each of their service visits.

Kevin was very polite and dedicated. Trane supplied an epoxy coated coil to eliminate Sweaty/Dirty Sock Syndrome. The tech recovered all refrigerant in system so none was needed to add after the work.

Daniel was professional, knowledgeable, and thorough in his work here today. He made the repair and advise on our AC system. We appreciate his courtesy and efficiency.

The two gentleman who did the service were quick, accurate in their diagnosis and really appreciated. They saved me money on their own companies estimate of the total cost…which by the way was 1,250 dollars more at the competition! I am a happy customer!

The tech, Kevin, couldn’t have been better.
He arrived during the designated time, and was professional, courteous, and efficient. He also was knowledgeable and patient, answering all of my questions.
He didn’t leave a mess.
The home we purchased had an
A/C upgrade, an air purifier; but it didn’t work. Our senior community takes care of repairs, service, and replacement of our A/C system. However, since the air purifier was an added upgrade, it wasn’t covered. We had a similar air purifier at our previous home, and wanted one here, especially since we have pets.
We were prepared to spend hundreds if dollars to replace the air purifier unit; but Kevin was able get it working great; perform maintenance, and save us a lot of money. We only paid the minimum service fee, less than $100!
Our senior living community uses Northeast Florida A/C; and I see why. I couldn’t have been more pleased; I highly recommend Northeast Florida A/C, and Kevin. 👍🏼😊

Northeast Florida Heating and Air is by far the best HVAC company in Jacksonville. We’ve been using them for over 20 years for personal and rental properties and they are very dependable, fast response and affordable for repair and replacement of all our HVAC needs.
