Again Dan has saved my life!!! The other technician went straight to getting a whole new unit as if that was the cheaper option. No sir. No one can afford that nowadays. But I called and asked them to send Dan out again because he has helped so much in the past, the dispatcher was amazing and so sweet and didn't bat an eye or argue to resend out Dan for a second opinion.

Yuriy provided exceptional service in the inspection and diagnosis of our AC system. Although we were initially uncertain about the underlying issue, he conducted a thorough and methodical assessment, taking the time to clearly explain each step of the process. He reviewed all maintenance checks in detail and presented our options in an informative and professional manner.
At no point did we feel pressured to purchase a maintenance plan or proceed with immediate repairs; however, we greatly appreciated that he had a well-prepared plan. We chose to move forward with a maintenance plan to help preserve the system’s lifespan and optimal function. His patience, courtesy, and attentiveness were evident throughout the visit.
Overall, Yuriy delivered outstanding service, and we value the follow-up appointment he scheduled to ensure our system remains properly maintained.

Zack was great! Zack worked on the install of my outside new central heat & ac unit. Professional, very courteous & very conscious of his workmanship. Ian was great and knowledgeable. Was able to make a same day appointment where everything paperwork wise was done at my house. And next day full HVAC installation. Robin and his crew showed up first thing for the install. Very professional, and very polite. About half way through the install he made sure to give me an update. When the crew was finished with the job, Robin made sure I was good with everything and even took time to walk us through using our new thermostat. Excellent job!

Great gentleman who came to my house, dusted off his feet, introduced himself and his assistant. Asked me what I was needing and then proceeded with his inspection. I was communicated with and shown evidence of all that was required at my home. He wasn't rushed, condescending or overwhelming. He was thorough and concise with evidenced experienced. These guys are fabulous. We started with an a/c unit and have used them now for plumbing. Fantastic service and servicemen. They stay in constant contact with you and send pictures of the service technicians prior to your service. All of their service has been top notch. Kudos to Yuri and Jeremiah!

I purchased my unit from J&W in 2020 and got the platinum service package which more than paid for itself in the first 3 years. They come out and service and are very thorough. Erik did my service recently and went above and beyond to make sure the unit was in the best shape for the summer. Highly recommend.

J&W Heating is amazing. My heater went out on a Friday. I called J&W and they had someone out to my house in less than two hours. He found the problem, ordered the part and on the following Tuesday my heater was repaired. Everyone from the office staff to the techs that came out are very friendly. I do not work for them or do I know anyone that works there. I am just truly impressed with this company!

J&W came out today for HVAC maintenance. Brandon was my tech for today. He was very efficient and made sure everything was up to date and working. J&W has excellent customer service and they are very easy to work with.

Logan provided excellent service. He was professional, punctual, knowledgeable and explained everything clearly.
Thang was professional and courteous. He arrived earlier than expected and was very respectful of my home. He provided updates and the work needed was completed with care. Excellent service. Thank you!!

Kim did a wonderful job fixing our gas heat!! He was very helpful, professional, and gave great input. He was able to diagnose the issue and fix it in the same day. We will contact J&W for any future issues we have, and we hope we can have Kim come out again! Thank you, Kim!

After a slight delay do to a personnel shortage the repair was completed later in the afternoon. Zach and his helper did a great job. Finished repair and cleaned up the area. Very happy.

From the initial consultation to the final installation, the team was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. They arrived on time, took great care to protect my home, and worked diligently to ensure everything was installed correctly.

J&W heating and Air representative (Bert Sadler) was absolutely incredible. He explained everything in great detail and help me to make the best choice for me and my family.

We had an entire HVAC and duct replacement done. I contacted 6 companies to provide estimates and insight on the project. Mason, was professional and knowledgeable. Some estimates from other companies were over $41k, with the average around $20k. He was able to provide a system in our price range (extremely reasonable and competitive with another company), with warranty for labor and parts that we could not pass up. Cyprine and his teammate (didn't catch his name) were a dream team when it came to the installation. Knowledgeable, professional, quick and efficient work. They completed everything in a single day. The house feels great and we could immediately feel the difference in temperature dispersed in the home and humidity control we were missing. Very thankful to have them to do business with.

Couldn’t have had a better experience. I’ve dealt with some issues in my upstairs plumbing due to faulty design, occasionally causing my main sewer line to back up into my upstairs shower, tub, and toilet ultimately leading to water leaking into the kitchen below. Matthew was quick and informative, he didn’t waste any time getting down to business and providing me options that were affordable and reasonably priced. I have been priced gouched by other companies in the past for the same exact service, I’m talking $300-$400 more. Would recommend this company to anyone and will be using them moving forward

Robert, was a very pleasant young man, who was prompt and who took his time trying to figure out why my AC unit wouldn't cool. He also was helpful with helping my neighbor get me back in my home, after I locked myself out. Lol
When I had to speak with the service manager name Emma, she was also very pleasant and kind and wanted to make sure that I was taken care of and that my unit was back running properly. I would recommend J&W to others. Oh I forgot, I did recommend them to my mom.

If you are shopping around for air conditioning work you already know how it goes. When it comes to spending money and especially when it comes to a lot of money, I can be a pain to deal with. Especially when quotes went from 12k-30k. I am going to ask a million questions. Mason was great to deal with. He even sat with me and went over some of the other estimates i had gotten. Lucky he did because he pointed out things i did not notice. My unit and duct work was 25 years old. Almost every other company was going to reuse my existing copper and drain line. And what they would tell you what it came with they didnt mention that was only with the most expensive unit and not the less expensive ones. J&W was no bait and switch. What they told me is what was on the paperwork. J&W would replace everything brand new. Most other companies warranty was also only for a year. Now lets talk about money. Were J&W the cheapest? No. Were they the highest? No. But my grandfather always said that the cheap sometimes comes out more expensive. But after rigorous and tense negotiations (where both sides cried and laughed) that lasted until the wee hours of the morning all sides settled on what everyone thought was fair. =P (note: negotiations were neither tense nor rigorous)What really sold me on J&W was their customer service. I can not tell you how many places never returned phone calls or never replied to emails. J&W would answer any question, call me back, text me back, etc. I had my duct work replaced, new insulation and my whole unit replaced. And you know it's a good sign when the inspector comes out and says have you seen the work they did? They did a great job. Every person they had come out were professional and a pleasure to deal with. And even though Mason was great, the real hero's that put up with my calls and questions were: Sage, Lacey, and Katie. They are the reason i ended up going with J&W. Not once did i feel pressured and they don't blow your phone up trying to get you to make a decision right now. Lacey, Sage, and Katie should print this out and put it on their desk so their boss can be reminded everyday what an asset they are to this company. Would not hesitate one second to do business with them again. And let me say Mason was great again just so he doesn't feel like the ladies got more kudos. (he is sensitive ya know =P) But Katie, Sage, and Lacey are still the best!
