The technician, LJ, did a very thorough check and he took additional time to check issues raised by the customer. He was extremely professional and courteous. It will be very beneficial for LJ to get the best truck and equipment to better serve his customers and NEFLH&AC.

Northeast Fla was very kind but they were not on time and no one notified that they would be an hour late awaiting estimate

The technician was great, however, office staff failed to relay the fact that I called to have UV bulb & air purifier bulbs replaced while have a seasonal tune up…so that didn’t get done, and now I wait again for them to come back out. Innocent mistake, but irritating.

Same thing happened again a few months later for a separate service need. Technicians are good, but whoever is running the business needs help.

Very telling that i need to call them to remind them I’m trying to give them my money.

When a different company said they would order a part and after 3 days it still had not arrived, I switched & called NE FL Heating & Air. Fay found the part locally in less than 10 min and arranged for the install. Resourceful, fast, courteous, professional, and on time. My go-to for all future needs! Highly recommend.

Dave, my technician was great as always. He has serviced my AC many times. Always texts to let me know when he’s on his way. He explains the problem in a way I understand and gives me the options to repair. I generally get a service visit within 1 or 2 days of me calling the office. All staff are super friendly and helpful. I trust what they tell me and they always do quality work.

Daniel was excellent in the job he completed for me today. He was professional, knowledgeable & courteous, and he got my air conditioning unit fixed & running good in the time allotted. I was very impressed with his work ethic and the job that he did.

The folks from NE FL Heating & Air are fantastic. They show up on time. They are extremely polite. They are knowledgeable and make recommendations with cost and convenience in mind.
They have installed all of my units and continue to provide excellent service.

Service tech was fine .. Disappointed that I spent over $500 plus in 30 year old air handler. I would have rather used it towards a new unit. Stated this before the service was performed .

Daniel Crawford was the best, great job, we went with the 1 year service plan, huge plus.

Called early this morning, JP returned called within minutes and was at my home within the hour. He was nice and personable and fixed the issue. Once again they did excellent work. Very highly recommended company for the service I needed.
