We needed an emergency repair that turned into a full system replacement. Our sales contact, Aaron was honest about the extent of the problems and all of the available options. Our installers Stepan L. and Slova(sp) N. did an amazing job getting the install done. We've used Avalon for over 14 years and can't see any time where we would not. Can't thank everyone at Avalon enough, you do quality work every time.

I’ve used Avalon for 3 new AC units across various properties, as well as regular maintenance. Everyone has always been kind, courteous and thorough. On multiple occasions city inspectors have mentioned the quality and attention to detail on the installation. The price on each unit was well below other competitors for the same unit. In particular, Vitali in service, and Aaron in sales were wonderful to work with and I have highly recommended them to friends and family.

We were very pleased with the service of our unit. Tech arrived on time and worked a solid two hours doing their maintenance to get us ready for winter! Tech was very polite and answered our questions. They gave us reminders so we wouldn't miss our appointment and I really appreciated that too. I highly recommend this company for all your AC needs! Although it was a busy day, cold and I had no heat I was able to get help the same day. The technician was professional and helpful. He explained what was going on and let me know about some other repairs I would need to do. I was impressed by his attitude because it was cold, wet and dark when he finished.

Cool connections overall was a fantastic experience from the office staff Mrs sherry to the field techs they where amazing my unit malfunctioned I called multiple companies and cool connection was the only one to answer and get a tech out to me that day!! After diagnosing the problem they had to order a part but got me up and running while we waited on the part and then once the part arrived quickly had in installed my experience was awesome all of my ac needs will go through them for the rest of my life the office staff was such a pleasure to deal with and made everything from schedule to payment smooth and painless and my tech Dan was stellar he explained everything and was overall just a great amazing kind individual I would trust these folks for anything they are a great company

Cool Connections came through again today. Somehow they were able to send a technician today, and I know they were swamped. Sherry is always so nice and tries to help me every time I call. Chris was the technician, and he got my system going again. Thank you Sherry and Chris, I finally have an A/C that runs again!

The representative of cool connection was very knowledgeable about what he was doing he explained everything that I needed to know about cleaned everything he made sure I knew how to do things and I'm very overall extremely happy with the service. Dan was our tech. I had never met him before yesterday, but he went above and beyond for our family. I felt like he was blessing from God. In today's times we know how stressful money things can be, and an unexpected a/c issue that involved our compressor was not a fun issue to come across in our family of 5. Dan worked so hard and did what he could to help us out. He didn't have to. He was so kind and thoughtful as well as diligent. I’ve peered into this gray metal box next to my house. Inside is a fan blade, a fan motor, a compressor, and a few other non-descript items. Mostly, it’s empty space, but the replacement cost is extraordinary.
Cool Connections has managed the maintenance and repair of said metal box for literally years.

And BTW; office mgr Sherry doesn’t turn wrenches, but without her, wrenches don’t turn.

I have to update my stellar review because everything went south 2 days later. CHRIS Dimaggio was the tech who came by on Monday to take a look at my AC unit. He diagnosed the problem as a condensation build that he used a nitrogen gun to clear. He was here 20 minutes tops and stated that was the only problem. Everything worked fine until last night. It was doing the exact same thing that Chris supposedly fixed. I saw a buildup of water in the pipe. We reached out to Cool Connections to have a tech come out today and they texted me they would send someone out between 1 and 3 this afternoon. The secretary called us and canceled today's appointment out of the blue, telling us Monday of next week was the earliest they could come by. She lied and said that Chris had mentioned to us that the freon may be low and would need to be checked. That conversation never occurred. The lady we talked to was very rude and basically told us if you don't like the fact that we can't come out for a week, then you can call someone else. Don't want to wait 4 days without AC so we have SNYDER coming out. Do not by any means reach out to this company for AC assistance because they don't put their customers first.

We received excellent service from Chris. He was very informative about how each system worked to fix our ac properly. He was so friendly nice and cool about everything and didn’t try to scam us like other businesses out there. My family is very happy with this company customer service, we will be telling our friends and family about them. Again thank you Chris!

My air conditioner and air handler were installed in one day! Everything was done in quick and timely manner. The owner and his technicians couldn’t have been more informative and polite. I highly recommend Cool Connections to anyone looking to replace their air conditioner.
