I have always liked working with Cool Connections. Our family has used them several times and refer our friends to them for sales as well as service. They are professional from the office answering the phones to sales and service. I have always dealt with Sherry and other girls in the front and she has always been helpful and has taken care of any concerns. The service technician today was very professional and called me with an arrival time.

Chris came out and was completely fantastic! He was professional, honest and helpful. We actually enjoyed our experience. This company was timely and extremely knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend them.

Super Awesome Experience from the 1st call for diagnosis to the repair. Our tech (Deshadd.. I believe? Sorry) Was extremely polite and knowledgeable. He diagnosed and repaired our unit without hesitation and he was very respectful and friendly. Give this man a raise or at least a bonus! Thanks to Cool Connections our Trane unit is satisfied!😊

We were told to give these folks a call by a friend of ours and we are so happy we did. Called at 7 am, our friendly and knowledgeable tech, Dan, was at the house a few hours later, and AC was back up and running cool before 5 pm! All in one day! That is unheard of with these FL July temps and how busy these folks can get. We are so grateful!

This is a top notch service this Gary provides. He is very knowledgeable and was able to fix my AC in no time. He actually saved me money and time by knowing what to look for without having to take the cover off the unit and making up something that needed to be replaced like an the other company I used to use that always seemed to find something wrong that cost me at least a thousand each time. I was so happy that Gary was able to find the source of the problem within minutes and that he was so honest. He is now on my speed dial if I ever have any more problems. I high recommend this outfit!

I am an extremely satisfied customer of Cool Connections. They have performed annual inspections of my two HVAC units for many years, correcting any small issues on the spot. Recently, during the first week of April, one of my units was not functioning properly. The CC technician came promptly to evaluate the unit and decided that even though 12 years old, it could possibly be repaired. After considerable work, he found that there were copper pipe brazed and mechanical connections that needed repair (requiring the entire line set to be removed at considerable expense). He recommended a unit replacement which I completely agreed with. Within a few days the team of Dan and Cody came with my new unit, all associated parts, and the expert ability to remove the old unit and air handler and install the new one. The accomplished this same day. The only "glitch" was that the new unit was slightly larger than the old, and the hallway door where the air handler was located would no longer open/close properly. Dan told me that Chris would take care of that. In less than a week Chris did come and recommended options for repair and we chose the one we both liked. He returned on the promised scheduled date and did an outstanding job fixing the problem. And, at no additional charge to me. I am a Cool Connections customer for life.

The gentleman that you sent to our house was knowledgeable about our equipment, educated us about changes and made a few tweaks to the system that should really help us. A great check up to our systems.

Chris carefully selected the unit that would best meet our needs. Having recent breathing issues, he identified various problem areas within the house and our existing unit and was so thoughtful in discussing the new unit and other equipment that would best meet not only our household needs but our health needs as well. We're so happy with our new unit and with Cool Connections. I highly recommend them.

Dilshod, the technician, and Cool Connections were great. They had a cancellation the day we had issues, so they were here pretty quickly. We were given a couple of options for repairs, we chose the permanent, more expensive option. The price was still pretty good. I’ll call them again and ask for him.

This company was great. We called them after our air conditioner died. Spent a night with the house 88 degrees. Our normal AC company said it couldn't come for 2 days. Our son recommended we call Cool Connections. They were out within 2 hours and it only took about 20 minutes to find the problem and replace the capacitor. House was cool within an hour! Highly recommend Cool Connections.

These folks installed my new system in 2020 with the best price. Have used them for my annual check ups Show up on time within the window. All Service Techs have been great. When calling the office you get someone that is friendly and will call back if any changes in appointment the day before. Good people here.

So the in-laws a/c went out on 6/5/2024. They called the home warranty place. They sent Beaches Heating & Air out there. Those are the scammers. Never checked freon level or anything. So they were in a hotel for 2 days system started cooling again. On 6/12/2024 the system took a dump again. I called Chris and he scheduled an appointment the very next day. He came out and checked the unit. He offered superb customer service by putting bandaid work on it til today 6/17/2024. Today Dan came out and installed a new unit and they went above and beyond the customer service spectrum. I know for a fact if there is a bad review on here it’s probably cause they didn’t get there way. Chris and Dan y’all have won our families service. Thank you for making a complicated situation very relaxing. I will definitely be referring more and more people.

They came at their scheduled time and were very efficient at cleaning and checking the whole system. They also were able to answer all of my questions. They were very friendly and polite. I recommend Cool Connections for all your AC and Heating needs.
