J&W was able to provide service the same day that I called. The service tech, Cameron, was responsive and professional, explaining my situation very clearly. The tank replacement was done quickly and looks great. Very pleased!

Matthew was our rep. and he is wonderful. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND him at J&W Heating and Air + Plumbing. We have had this company out many times and every time they have been excellent. There prices are very reasonable for the work they do. Please don't hesitate when you need your A/C, Heating system, or have Plumbing needs. You will never be disappointed.

Today I had some duct work cleaning done. Thomas and his colleague came at a decent time and were very professional, patient and respectful. They explained the whole process in detail and answered all my questions. The job was completed within roughly 2 hours and I was very satisfied with the outcome. The two cleaned up nicely after themselves, leaving the house the way they found it. The price was reasonable as well, probably a little cheaper than what I was quoted from the other places in the same industry. The $75 discount was a nice touch.

Antonio and Sasha were amazing! They were prompt, polite and helped me understand how my HVAC system works in depth. I could not recommend them more to anyone I know! Thank you guys!

Raul arrived and went right to work swapping out the air handler blower motor- he had the old unit out and the new motor installed within minutes. He knew exactly what he was doing - obviously a very well trained tech. He was very courteous and friendly to speak with - give him 5 stars!

Everyone from the 1st phone call through to the new hot water heater installation were helpful, personable, knowledgeable, and instructive. Zach kept me "in the loop", showing me everything he was doing. He made it so easy to understand. He was efficient and got the whole job done in less than 3 hours. Thank you.

Great service, they have always been quick to respond and fix issues with my A/C. The real value is see from them is their ability to teach people about their unit and how refrigeration works. As someone who likes to know about how everything I use works, I greatly appreciate it.

Loss of heating on Thanksgiving - I placed a call first thing Friday a.m. to J&W - spoke with a very nice young lady and she scheduled a service tech (Tyler) and he was out within 2 hours. Tyler did a quick and professional troubleshooting diagnosis. Within a few minutes he determined the issue and then a quick and detailed repair quote. They should have the part(s) by Monday and hopefully the install as well. Thank you Tyler- J&W.

Had service tech Trae Come out today. He did an amazing job very thorough explained everything he was doing. Gave me some good pointers!!

Thomas was professional, knowledgeable, and arrived on time. He explained everything clearly and made sure the job was done right before leaving. I really appreciate the quality of work and would definitely recommend them to others.

Although interaction with tech was pleasant, the quote provided for the service needed was more than double what we were quoted by another company. The other company did confirm the diagnosis was mostly accurate but our parts were under warranty so we were going to be charged just labor. Labor costs were very unreasonable as proven by the second opinion we received. For these reasons we would definitely recommend shopping around before committing to this company.

Cameron was very helpful, professional, and friendly. He provided multiple options to repair my outside water spicket and was efficient in doing so. I am very happy with the resolution and service I received!

Cyprine did an excellent job. From the install to showing me how to use the new thermostat, change the filter, and care for the unit. Very professional. Could not of asked for a better experience.
Also have to give a shout out to Bert Sadler. He is 100 percent the reason why I chose J&W over the other 4 companies I received quotes from. He was very knowledgeable and professional, but also down to earth and not pushy. He carefully explained each option, the differences in how each unit works, and his recommendations. Bert worked with me to get the best unit not only for my house but also my budget.

Ryan provided excellent service for our 1st maintenance for our York system. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He had to replace and repair some warranty parts at no cost to us. This was our 6 month service which the company scheduled with us and completed today satisfactorily.

Pablo (A/C Technician) performed an outstanding job! Pablo pulled/cleaned the blower wheel fins, internal and external coils, replaced UV lightbulb and went above and beyond by cleaning microbial growth/dust off wiring & replacing filter. I have been impressed thus far with service from J&W the reason for bumping up to the Platinum from the Silver service. Richard also was very helpful in both scheduling and pricing assistance.

My AC went out and I called J&W as a new customer. They gave me a great first time customer discount and Jon Vaught was my tech. He was extremely professional and kind and was able to diagnose the issue right away. The entire team here are fast-acting and extremely helpful. Bert Sadler is currently on the way and, I’m sure, will be just as helpful!

Bert Sadler is amazing! Worked out a special deal with me to get the best product/warranty for my needs. I told him my budget and he made sure to get as close to it as he could. Super informative and helpful. Sits down with you to explain the “why” behind your purchase, which is so important, especially when purchasing something so important.

Wally is great. He was constantly in communication about the project, making sure we remained on the same page regarding rerouting the entire duct system and adding duct to install a new vent location in our living room. Very professional yet personable and easy to communicate with. The technicians (Jordan) that did the install of our entirely new system did great work, very efficient and did a final walk through with me when the job was completed.

Highly recommend this company for any HVAC needs.

I had a routine service performed on my A/C unit on Monday the 24th. The Service Technician was Chris and he performed a terrific job. He was very professional, extremely polite, and informative. This is a person you can tell that knows his job well and enjoys his profession. I will be asking for him by name in our next check up.
