They did not show up for the first appointment. We called, and they rescheduled for the following week and didn’t show up for that appointment either. They had apparently serviced our HVAC in the past prior to our owning the home because their business sticker was on the unit. Unfortunately, they’re not dependable now.

The most un ethical behavior that i have ever experienced. he did not allow me to even get to my backyard or upstairs to see if he is done or what is going on he was supposed to be there at 3 or 4 pm but he showed up at 7:30 without even notifying me and finished the job at 11:30 he made me to hate myself why i called someone who is not acting normal. cannot explain in details on how he treated us but absolutely not a normal person. he would tell you didn’t i tell you don’t come back....

please don’t take a chance ... you will remember me

We called to get a new AC unit put in due to remodeling a home. First appointment was schedule and the new unit was dropped off but tech never showed up to install it. Had to call out of work the following day only for them to show up after 5pm when they should have arrived in the morning. Installation was still not completed so another morning timeframe was scheduled for the next day. Upon arrival tech still didn’t show up on time and assumed they were not scheduled to come out. Was told they would be on their way and still has not arrive to finish the installation of a new A/C. Definitely unprofessional, unreliable, & not dependable at all. It’s going on day 3 of this and its causing us to lose money from having to call out of work and time with our family.

Wow!! How do I describe a Company now a days when all of them are out to make a buck and screw you?!

Well NOT this Company!
I called John with a problem and he told me a simple fix over the phone and then text me his mobile if I had any other questions and within 3 minutes of hanging up with John my Daughters a/c was working again.

Could have simply come out and charged me $100-$150 for a 2 minute fix!

Wonderful Company!!
Would recommend them over and over!!

Have installed and maintained our ac/heat since we bought our home in 91. Had a fan go down, replacement timely and profesional. Great people to depende on.

I was in a pinch the day before Thanksgiving and no one would help me. No one until i called Alpine Air that is. They were extremely nice, very helpful, and extremely convenient. I won't go to anyone else ever again!
