Alpine Air is by far the best Air Conditioning company in the North Florida area. Time and again we refer them. So many people are getting ripped off by other companies. This weekend we noticed our elderly neighbor having air conditioning trouble. Several contractors were coming over. My husband went over (she is a wonderful neighbor) and referred Alpine Air. Other companies were sticking it to her. Alpine Air saved her over get this $5,000! We have used them for over 14 years. I've been using Alpine Air since I bought my home in 2010. They are awesome. They always go the extra mile to make sure they give you exceptional service. The biggest difference is the very personal service you get when you call them to set an appointment and they ask great questions and give you great insight into what might be happening to prepare you for the appointment. Their pricing is extremely fair and I always feel like I get a great price for a great product when I use them. I would recommend them to everybody.

We first used Alpine last summer when my son came home from knee surgery and the AC was out. Critical that he not be hot with incisions and bandages and the issues of germs and healing and I called Alpine from their ratings on google. What a breath of fresh air it was to talk to a small business owner that runs their business caring about their clients. As a new client they rushed out there I believe the next day and took care of the issue. Fast forward to the last couple weeks and I as the owner of the property do not live in the area an am battling Stage 3 Cancer. The AC is out and I again need them to handle for my son while communicating with me between my treatment days. The weather has been horrific and had to reschedule a few times (on our end) and they still treated us like family and got the issue resolved quickly at appt and very reasonably priced. I wish they were in Palm Beach too and I would be using them here for sure. If you are tired of the huge companies treating you like a number with no continuity of staff please check out Alpine. Honesty, integrity and the personal touch is the best when it comes to your vital services.

Absolutely fantastic company to work with. Sondra was incredibly pleasant to speak to, had AJ out in RECORD time, and it was all an incredibly reasonable price! I can't recommend them enough!

To clarify: I snipped the thermostat wire that connects to my unit, and Sondra was able to diagnose it over the phone, assuring me it was probably a quick and relatively cheap fix. Absolutely wonderful service all around.
