I called Florida Home when I needed a replacement for my 21yr old ac system and Rick showed up after the other 2 companies left. He was professional, friendly and most importantly knowledgeable. He explained which size and system was most appropriate for my home, gave me options, and a fair price, all without high pressure sales tactics. Rick even called me back after he left to let me know my system was on its last leg and he had an appointment cancellation for the following morning, if I decided to go with Florida Home. He was right, my system completely died about an hour after finalizing the sale on the phone. The next morning, the installers came (I didn’t get their names but I’ll call the the dynamic duo), they were on time, friendly and efficient, they even vacuumed my floor when they were finished. By the time they left I had cold air blowing and my thermostat linked to my Google Home smart system. Rick even contacted me after installation to make sure I was happy. I couldn’t have had a better experience. Thanks guys!

Mr. Tristan was on time, respectable, patient, and answered all questions and concerns regarding my AC unit. Mr. Tristan understood what he was doing and provided excellent customer service. Service person was very fast and difficult to communicate with. He was more interested in selling me two add-ons. He did explain why the outside unit had the loud banging noise when it shut off. He showed me that the fan should be kept on automatic. I was concerned that the cold air had a very damp feeling in the house. I would like the fella from Palm Coast who sold me the maintenance package to service the unit in the future.

I bought a brand new unit 16 months ago. The current issue is that the blower motor went out already and it needed to be replaced.
The price that was quoted to me to replace a warrantied part was $1200. The parts is supposedly $900.
A one man job that takes no more than 2 hours has a labor cost of $1200. Rediculous!
To initially dispute the cost of labor. It took me three days and 6 phone calls to be able to talk to someone. Every agent that answered the only telephone numbers I had or that was given to me could only push the complaint and dispute up. They would not give me a direct number to a manager. It was not until the 3rd day that someone gave me a number to try that I got a hold of a manager.
The price of labor is rediculous and not getting a call back from anyone for three days is unsatisfactory.
I do not consider this to be exceptional customer service as Florida Home air conditioning claims in there phone call holds or initial sales.
This whole ordeal has been nothing but stressful and aggravating.
Heat is back on. Waiting for the next part to fail being I have no confidence in what I purchased 16 months ago.

Had a horrible experience had them out to repair my mom hvac that is working but making a loud noise. The technician suggested she replace it for a shocking price of over $19,000.00. This included a new water heater he suggested she needed do to the age of her working water heater! When I asked about the cost breakdown he said the water heater was only $1000.00 and the rest was the cost of the hvac unit. I ask my mom to refuse the estimate knowing it was grossly over priced. The following day there wholesale guy (Randy nice guy) called me and wanted to work on the quote to get some better pricing. I spoke with him several times to negotiate what she wanted and a price that was reasonable and asked him if they still wanted to do the water heater for $1000.00 to include it. So he came back with a good price of $9000.00 to do the entire job so I agreed scheduled it to be done the following day got on a call with there verification department to confirm the work and price and call me mom to let her know how to pay either credit card or cashier check. Couple of hours later I get a call back from the same wholesale guy I've be talking to several times to make the deal and he tells me that the deal is off unless I agreed to an additional $1500.00 for the water heater. He said he got approval from the manger for the pricing and when the service manager(Luke) saw the agreement he told him no and to call off the deal or charge the additional money. So here we are on a Friday coming up on some of the coldest weather this year and my mom was supposed to get it replaced today. This is just such bad business on this company's part.

Service was quick, technician was great. Every detail was explained. I think the $250 dollars a pound for Freon was a little over priced. They did waive the $119 service fee which helped but I think $350 would be more reasonable for a Freon charge not $519. Overall my house is cool again and it was all complete from service call to finish in approximately three hours

Ian was my technician and he was amazing. He explained everything to me. He gave me choices, prices, , he was very organized and he got the job done very quickly. I called at nine in the morning and he showed up about 10 AM and he had to drive an hour - so that was fast service! I highly recommend them. And the cost was Very reasonable.

‼️‼️‼️EXTREMELY unhappy with our service. Our technician Gerald was not very friendly and did not seem like he wanted to do his job much at all. The wrong part was ordered at the official visit ( unsure who's fault this was to be honest ) and we were promised that this would be rushed and we would be notified as soon as the part was in ASAP as we have 2 young children and our AC at this point had been out for 4 days awaiting the part and as you know in Florida, the temperatures are starting to rise quickly. We waited and waited on a call, and we finally called the company on Thursday, 6 days later to find out the part had been there and they quickly tried fixing it by setting up a next day appointment between 10-2. Well I was lucky to be working from home that day, and I received a call at 12:30 letting me know the technician Gerald G which is the same technician we have had on all 3 occasions was on his way. At about 3:15pm I called the office outraged. It was 82° in my house and he was still not here. According to the dispatcher he had reportedly already been here. He showed up after 4 I received no call back from the company and the entire time he had an attitude. Even saying things when I asked questions like "I don't know I wasn't looking." NOW 2 DAYS after the repair, my AC is not working AGAIN. This was not a cheap service and we assumed because their prices are higher that their customer service and quality of service would be better and we were wrong. Please just take this as a warning.

My tech was very polite, friendly and helpful...and on time😊 He suggested a leaf filter to put over my fan, removed the fan and motor, and climbed down in there to remove all the leaves🤗 then put it all back, and installed one- very tightly! It cost $130 and he didn't charge for the installation!! I've been very pleased with all the techs as they really want to help me, and are kind about my picture taking. And because he was coming, I trimmed all these palm fronds away from my unit! So a win-win all around!🤩

Rasheed came in and cleaned up the mess from THREE previous companies that didn’t get it fixed. We’ve not had A/C for 3 weeks because we were told we needed to wait on a part. Rasheed fixed it in no time. Expert. Professional. Excellent guy.

INTEGRITY. That is the only word to describe John Michael and his crew. They installed an AC unit for us a couple of years ago. I’m not going to lie, we’ve had nothing but problems with this unit. Let me emphasize it was the unit. This was the manufacturer’s faulty product. Of course, the manufacturer is gonna make them go through all kinds of hoops before they finally acknowledge that they have created a lemon and that it needs to be replaced. However, AC Panda was with us every step of the way. If we called them, they were here the next day, trying to remedy the problem. Finally, when the manufacturer did own up to its own lemon, this crew came out the very next day. They spent 12 hours at our house, way into the night, installing a brand new unit.
In my opinion, they are the epitome of integrity. They went way beyond the call of duty. They stood behind their name and their reputation to make it right with the customer. John Michael is the owner. Rashid is a person that we have dealt with the most and was always in our corner and here to help. I’m sorry I don’t know first name on everyone involved, but they were all incredible. We are very grateful for them. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Mike and Scott were True professionals, very knowledgeable and friendly. The owner John Michael proves to be honest and a class act. Plus mikes a Philly eagles fan so he gets five stars already. OK, it was kind of expensive but it was worth it. There’s an old saying that says you get what you pay for.
I am truly happy with my experience with the panda family. And a special shout out to Miss Brandy I believe she’s office administration, great communication and outstanding customer service!
