I thought cold air wasn't coming out of some of the vents. Turned out the vents that the contractors installed were stationary and pointed upward along the ceiling, so I couldn't feel any air and the room was hot.

I called Blue Air to get a second opinion on my system. The techs showed up and checked the system and found a leak in the coil. This was what the first company said as well, but the difference was the pricing discrepancies. Blue Air was honest and straight forward with a repair cost as well as a replacement cost as the system is over 10 years old. We went with the replacement and the install went great! Adem and his techs were professional and courteous and cleaned up like it was before. The last company I was loyal for over 10 years, now I have a new company we can trust! I can honestly recommend Blue Air for your A/C HVAC needs.

I don't know where to start, but after noticing condensation dripping and leaking from under my A/C filter from my air handler unit, I decided to make some phone calls. I called Adem at Blue Air HVAC because of recommendations from my neighborhood and his company has a same day turnaround. We spent a few minutes on the phone discussing and troubleshooting the issue. After trying to unclog the drain line with my shop vac, the leak still persist when the AC unit was on. Two technicians from Blue Air HVAC arrived my house a little after 8:30pm. They inspected the drain line in my closet and had to modify the line by installing a T-handle fitting and adjusted the slope downwards of the PVC plumbing that the installer poorly did when I got my house built in 2021, and they checked to see if my refrigerant was low. The guys did an AMAZING job. Sure enough my refrigerant was low so they added Freon to the appropriate level and THAT fixed my drip issues even though it was almost bedtime. Oh, and my puppy loves them. Thank you Adem and his wonderful team at Blue Air HVAC. I will be using you guys for my preventative maintenance.

I contacted Blue Air HVAC – Adem Birdal – and he came on Monday at 10:00AM. He performed a thorough trouble shooting process to determine the problem (bad blower module). He was able to pick up the replacement part, install it, and ran test to ensure good working order. His labor cost is very reasonable. Adem is a concerned and experienced professional who is dedicated to his work and ensures the customer’s issues are resolved.

All members of the Blue Air team were great, highly professional, prompt, and courteous. I found them to be fairly priced and their workmanship was great. They treated me like family. I would highly recommend using them if you have any issues with your a/c.

Adem and his crew were honest and awesome. Our 9 year old evaporator coil was destroyed by a former owner that had severely damaged the fins on the coil- causing the system to freeze and flood the HVAC closet frequently. Adem and his team did not try to over sell us or try to make us replace the outside components as well. They were very honest and recommended just replacing the inside air handler system at a fair price. Since the installation, the unit is running better than it ever did and is much more efficient. The crew cleaned up thoroughly when they had completed the work We highly recommend Blue Air HVAC as a trusted service and repair HVAC provider!

When my AC unit stopped running mid-July last year, I called the warranty company that installed it and they tried to sell us a new outside unit because the faulty electrical board was supposedly back ordered and would take a couple of months to get. I called other companies and they recommended the wait too.
But when I talked to Blue Air, Adem was quick to help. He brought us a mobile AC unit the same day and installed it in our bedroom so we could be more comfortable until he figures out how to get the replacement electrical board. He called around till he got us the board from a dealer outside Jacksonville with a rushed service. We got the board within a week and he installed it the same day. I can not thank them enough. Other companies told us there was nothing they can do but Blue Air were proactive and helped us out without hesitation.

My Heater went out in the middle of a very cold night — not exactly ideal timing. Mahmut and Ahmet came out, found the leak in my evaporator coil, and walked me through my options without any of the scare tactics you usually get from HVAC companies. No pressure to replace the whole system, no inflated quotes, just straight talk and by far the best pricing I have encountered when seeking a second and third opinion.

They had the new coil same day and the whole job came at a very good price . These two know what they’re doing, they respect your time, and double checked everything in the entire central air unit. Thank you all and also Adem for being amazing, honest, and kind during the whole time.
