Five stars with temperatures rising my system was acting up. I called this supply house on a Saturday and they had exactly what I needed in stock and available. The staff at this location were friendly and made me feel at home this will be my go to for all my HVAC needs thanks for all the help.

The address listed took me to a residential neighborhood. There was no answer on the phone line depot calling 9 times. I dont even know if this is a real buisness.

Willie called me back within few minutes of me looking for a quote. Said I needed freon ( which I was sure it was). He came when he said he would, few hours later. Diagnosed problem, freon, and gave me advice on the future of my decade+ AC unit. Did NOT try and sell me anything and was super friendly. Would definitely recommend his service!

Our A/C went out on a very hot, humid day. After a call to Air-Masters, a technician showed up, trouble shot the issue, and fixed it in a timely manner! From the initial call, to the highly professional technician, to easy to work with billing, the team from Air-Masters were saviors and we could not recommend them more!

Hired Masters Air Duct as per an ad for AC ducts and dryer vent for 149.00. Added an additional 30.00 for an additional ac unit. Eli and his associate were prompt and arrived on time.. This was just a ploy to get in my home and try to up sell me. After 15- 20 minutes nd a review of my unit and never leaving the dining room, the quote went to 765.00. So when I rejected it and agreed to just the air intake, they couldn't get out of my home quick enough and they left quite the mess. To make this even worse, they failed to provide the services that were advertised. I didn't get the following: organic deodorizer, vents cleaned and vacuumed, air flow check, camera inspection or attic insulation check. They packed up to leave and I asked about the other unit upstairs. He went upstairs, said there was mold and that since the unit was so new, there wasn't a need for the cleaning. AC ducts are 20+ years old??? Its really poor business the way I was treated. I would never , ever recommend this company. Ethical profit is good but greed is bad.

I highly recommend Air-Masters for residential AC repair/installation. Our 12 year compressor was leaking and needed to be replaced and Kyle from Air-Masters did not try selling me more than what we needed. The compressor unit he recommended came was very affordable with a 10-year warranty. The installation was very professional and we've had no issues for the past two months with the new unit.

This company is a GODSEND!!! From Angela taking my first call to Kyle to Joe to Eric, everyone seems to care about your cooling needs. They really understand what it is like to NOT have cool air. I was treated with so much care that I felt that I mattered to them ...as though I was important. This was just on the phone. When the first technician, Joe, came the DAY BEFORE A NATIONAL HOLIDAY to fix the unit, he checked everything thoroughly and fixed the leaking handler. It was like Niagara Falls (exaggeration) in my house. He gave me three tips to prevent the leaking and I felt taken care of. I even got a follow up call from the technician a few days later.
I understand Air Masters is no longer accepting residential customers which is unfortunate as I believe they are an HONEST company. I recommend this company because they value work integrity, people (customers and employees) and they are honest.
