My experience was excellent from start to finish.Luis and Andy were suburb, so kind and courteous to me .Luis was professional and made sure my new unit was working to perfection before he left . Elite is new to me but a forever from now on . I must mention Daryl too , he never pressured me and also put me at ease . He was wonderful too . A big thank you to Elite !

Excellent Svc Ryan gave me estimates on both repair and replace Hot water tank. Andy Warner changed out water tank. One day and it was done. Best thing Elite didn’t try to sell to me first. I had a choice replacement or repair. Excellent service all around !! Priceless!!

Extremely satisfied with Elite A/C. I needed a water heater replaced, and the company took care of the job expeditiously. Andy was very knowledgeable, courteous, and went above and beyond to get a new water heater installed. I highly recommend this company.

Nico did a fantastic job in diagnosing and fixing the issue we had with our HVAC system. The process was easy and affordable and Nico was a true professional. He answered any questions that we had and we'll absolutely be using Elite for future issues/maintenance.

Additionally, we had our ducts/vents cleaned by Victor. As with Nico, he was prompt, professional, and the service was affordable. Can't recommend them enough.

In need of a new AC, I researched many of the enormous number of companies out there & focused on Elite AC after interviewing several contractors. I'm now scheduled for installation & will let you know how it goes. However, based on the excellent experience I had with sales rep, Richard D., I'm confident the job will be done to my high standards. But a word or two about Richard. I was impressed with his knowledge & experience. When he's not selling AC units, he's servicing them. I thought my extensive research taught me a lot, he taught me more. More importantly, he helped me to decide on the best quality unit for my home at a price substantially below what I expected to pay & well below prices from other AC companies. Thank you, Richard for going above & beyond the call of duty for the skeptical & difficult customer I am.

Andres Chavez performed a service call pertaining to the heating mode of our newly installed system. He did a continuity check of the system and found that the wiring was installed incorrectly. His display of professionalism and knowledge was outstanding. His patience in assisting me with the app setup was greatly appreciated. He’s truly an important resource to this company. They were knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient, and they made sure everything was working properly before leaving. The systems are performing well, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. Victor was outstanding. He performed the diamond duct cleaning which I would recommend to anyone. The amount of dust removed from my ducts almost filled the vacuum bag! He was very polite and professional. He cleaned up all the debris from the cleaning. He provided recommendations to help maintain my ducts and to help keep my HVAC system clean. Thanks Victor!!!!

Victor Encarnacion was prompt, knowledgeable and friendly. He performed a diamond rotobrush cleaning and inspected our A/C unit. He also took pictures of what he did and what he saw while examining our unit, which was very helpful. I will recommend Elite AC LLC to others.

They were able to get a sales tech out very quickly (next day) and had a nice tracking website for once the tech was on the way (as opposed to “on the way” but still take over an hour to get there). Seth Crook was my tech and he seemed knowledgeable and was very polite. Helped me out and gave me a good honest opinion. Will be having my actual work done with them, so workmanship is TBD.

Very professional and pleased with the sales and installation process. Eddwing, Derrick, and Jock arrived on time and went straight to work on installing my new Daikin Fit unit. They put down protective coverings through out my home and cleaned up after the install. They were very respectful of my time and answered all of my questions. I would definitely recommend them!

Eddwing, Derrick, Tucker are very professional. They provided high standard team work with quality result. Very good interpersonal skills. Very happy to have these three supermen come to rescue.

My blower and disconnect had to be replaced. From the time of the first service call about 2-3 days ago. The parts were ordered and installed quickly. The installation service was about 2hours or so. It feel confident that we made the right decision and our AC unit is completely functional again with years of usage.

Henry came out to repair an electrical outlet and a switch. He gave us an estimate, quickly evaluated and fixed the problems, and gave a clear explanation of what he had done afterwards. He was knowledgeable and thorough, and we were very satisfied with the service

Adam was great! I was given an appt window from 12pm to 4pm and he was here right at 12 (rarely happens with any other service provider company)! He identified the problem, explained the repairs and pricing, and fixed it all in one visit. Couldn’t be happier with Fenwick HVAC!

I I called them today because the garage was all wet right in front of the HVAC system which was the same issue. We had a month ago so they looked at everything and they said it wasn’t leaking, but there was a lot of water right in front of the unit and 2 feet away there’s a refrigerator which they said was not getting cold but everything in there was cold especially the freezer the dog food in and frozen stuff was like a brick in there so it’s definitely working so they said there was nothing they could do anyway I said OK can we clean up the water in front of the unit and they said no need to because it’s not leaking. I said well if we mop it up, we’ll definitely know if there gets any more water down on the garage floor. They said that you didn’t have a map, but I had a one of those fancy swiffer mops that you pump it and it flings the water and it works great. Ordinarily I wouldn’t have any problem cleaning it up myself, but I just had major major back surgery five days ago and they cut me left side. They cut me right side they cut me in the middle and these are all 6 inch incisions. They put in a titanium cage with eight nuts and bolts and also a two level fusion so I again said you know if we mop that will be able to tell if there’s any more water it comes down there because there was like a
200 pound metal storage unit in a cardboard box there is no way I can even attempt to move something like that. I’m under strict doctors orders no banding no lifting no twisting but he didn’t seem to care. I mean I look like Frankenstein so they just left and didn’t even attempt to move that box and use the map. I had to get my 14 year-old daughter to do it I mean, if I would’ve attempted it I probably would’ve messed up my back and I’m really trying my hardest to not mess up this latest surgery anyway I just thought that was pretty sad that they wouldn’t do that for me. I mean, I’ve a good customer. I bought two maybe three units. I’m a Long standing customer and I wonder strict doctors order is not the lift more than 5 pounds. So needless to say I was pretty disappointed in their customer care. I don’t know if I’ll continue to use them course. I’m probably gonna be dead in a few years anyway so I just thought I’d voice my feelings because I was in the customer care business for over 40 years and we would never treat someone like that.

Ben was amazing! Very informative and patient. He answered all of my questions and was very efficient and detailed in his work. He’s done work on our air conditioning units in the past and it’s great to know this company retains quality employees.
