Waychoff replaced my unit in 2020 and it has routinely had issues since the 2yr warranty period ended. I called them about a year ago and was strong armed into getting a 2 service package that expired shortly after even though I only needed the one visit. Now it’s randomly shutting down more frequently and is looking like a wiring issue, possibly in the panel. Will never use Waychoff again. They were bought out years ago and can no longer be trusted for quality work or fair pricing.

Lukasz and his co worker (didn't get the other gentleman name) did great work installing a new system for us. Very professional and clean. Elios the sales rep helped get us a great deal and answered all of our question through the whole process. Waychoffs have been profession and helpful the whole process. Thank you.

Benjamin was fantastic and they were able to come the same day. Mind you, it’s Sunday morning and the night before the AC was blowing hot not cold air. It was a seamless process with high quality service.

Larry was a great help with not only the scheduled maintenance but tips on how to keep up with our unit long term. Friendly, quick, and very clear in explaining the services rendered. Waychoff's have a good worker with him.

Eddie our technician was quick and knowledgeable about our system. He walked us through the problem and how he corrected it. He also brought up that our system was due for periodic maintenance and the advantages of that service for the longevity of our system. His professional service ensured our business for many years to come.

Just had our new Daikin Fit system installed by Eddwing & Derrick & could not have asked for a better install crew! They were professional, diligent & knowledgeable about the system. The technician, Jomar Melendez, inspected, tuned, and cleaned two heat pumps, and he did an outstanding job—far exceeding my expectations. Scheduling the appointment was easy, and the communication throughout was excellent. I would be happy to recommend their services.

Fenwick is beyond exceptional. During a maintenance check several issues were found that could have had devastating impact. This was during the exceptionally cold spell. The next day a brand new state of the art heating system was installed. (went to get my nails done and have a pedicure, didn’t have to deal with the COLD house at all, thank you husband and Fenwick) Came home and they were already gone. Great job guys! Thank you Fenwick for your quick response and for your knowledgeable techs.

Fenwick is who who have used for the past 5 years. We even purchased our a/c unit through them. They are always great and can be reached anytime for your needs. The technicians are always on time and friendly.

Overall, the best rating would be customer service. Austin B. is not but a true professional. He very courteous, kind, patient, very knowledgeable in his work. He mentioned about plumbing and electrical services they offer. I was aware of those services, because I will need them in the future. We are always looking forward in seeing him coming to the home knowing we are in great hands of quality and professional work. Thank you Austin. After talking to couple other companies, in April of 2024 we choose Waychoff's to completely replace our old A/C system, and it was a GREAT DECISION!

Received updates on the techs arrival time through out the day.Tech arrived in the expected time frame and introduced him. Took great care of our property and explained every step that was taken to diagnose our issue and explained the steps taken to repair our system. Did not try to up sell anything on any service and took the time check all our filter and advise on what needed to be replaced. I was very satisfied with every aspect of our experience.

I called for HVAC service at 8:00AM band the service technician arrived 3 hours later. The technician diagnosed the system and outlined the needed repairs and the cost.

We decided it was necessary to replace the 11 year old system. We immediately scheduled a service advisor to explain the possible replacement options and the cost of each.

The install was scheduled for the next day.

Everyone we dealt with were knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient.

I replaced A/C unit with the one recommended by Justin, good analysis and very patient walk-thru with pros/cons of each choices, knowledgeable and professional, and even help set up the installation on Saturday. Shamar, Hob and Zakeem are the technicians working on the installation. get everything they could finished in one day, and even lend me a hand to fix some other issue in the house. good experience in my multiple years of experience with Waychoff's. Technician Jomar came to do the 6-month maintenance on my home air conditioner today. I confess I'm very detail-oriented and check the work before, during, and after completion. This technician works with great care, precision, patience, and politeness. He knows how to deal well with customers, even picky ones like me; he answers questions and clarifies any doubts. Requested maintenance to resolve an issue where our AC was no longer blowing cool air. Christian Sharp was the technician they sent out who explained with clear detail what was going wrong with the unit. We ultimately decided we were better off getting a new unit all together. We immediately scheduled an appointment with services. Tony Kurtis was the service representative that came who laid out all our options with vast amounts of information. We planned on getting more quotes from different companies, but Tony's presentation with different pricing options allowed us to make a firm and easy decision to book with them. We scheduled a next day appointment. The install team, Eddwing Duran, Jared Tittle, and Derrick Mckenzie were professional, efficient, and answered any and all questions we had. Even to the point where during the walk through of what and how the install was going to take place they didn't state a task Tony had mentioned during the service appointment. When I brought it to there attention without hesitation they went ahead and added it to the overall installation. I am impressed with the how everything turned out, the way Christian took time out to explain what was wrong and what it would take to fix it, how comfortable and easy it was to talk to Tony about all our different options, and of course how the installation team Eddwing, Jared, and Derrick left with no mess and a finished AC unit installation where anyone can tell that no shortcuts were taken.
