I chose Air McCall to replace my 15 year old current AC system, which they installed. During the installation yesterday, June 21, 2021, it was discovered that the ductwork, which is the original and 43 years old, was deteriorating. The tape on all the ductwork was loose. The installers, Steve and Joe, were amazing, as they made lemonade out of lemons!! We will replace the original ductwork in late fall or early winter due to the summer heat. I can proudly say, my husband and I slept well last night!!!

We had Air McCall come out and check our old A/C when it stopped working. We were informed what we already pretty much knew. After 27 years it had finally "gave up the ghost" and was beyond serviceable repair. They talked with us and explained what options they could offer us for on a new Carrier A/C unit and air handler that would meet our need. The individual who talked with us was very knowledge and was able to answer all the questions we asked and was very patient and not at all "pushy". Two days later, 3 service guys showed up on time and in half a day they had replaced our old A/C and air handler and thermostat. We are very satisficed with our new units and are enjoying not only the A/C but also our first JEA bill was considerably lower than what we had been paying. After the installation, we did have several things that came up and they took care of everything that were our concerns. We would defiantly recommend Air McCall to anyone who has a need for A/C service or work done. Thank you again Air McCall for the work and quality, fast service you gave to us.

After reading reviews from different companies. I decided to call Air McCall, Toby(sales consultant) came to residence within 2 hours for in home consultation. He was very knowledgeable about the products and did a complete review of the AC system layout and the ductwork in the attic. Instead of trying to sell me a quick system we discussed what my expectations were for a new system. I told him I wanted a high efficient unit and could save money on monthly electric bill and also I didnt want it to breakdown and need repairs as often. So I decided to go with Carrier Perfomance series unit(16 SEER unit with 2 stage compressor). The next day Steve and Mike came to install my new system, they started around 9am and finished about 730pm. Their professionalism and quality of the craftsmanship and pride of not doing just a good job....they did an OUTSTANDING job was beyond my expectations. They went above and beyond and installed new ductwork from the system through the ceiling to the return vent and on the supply side to the first junction box this wasnt discussed originally in the price, but something they said needed to be done to ensure the highest efficiency of the new AC sysytem. I wasnt charged anymore for the extra ductwork, the original price is what I paid! After everything was done and AC system was running, Toby called me and asked how everything went and any concerns I had. I told him thanks for the follow up call and I was more than pleased with the overall experience and quality of Air McCall and again Mike and Steve were amazing. Your first call should be Air McCall!!!!

If you don't choose Air McCall you are missing out!!!! For someone who has worked in the customer service, industry for 10 years, that is always my top priority when choosing a major investment like AC installation. I worked with Rob who is just hands down a friendly, down-to-earth person! He was able to give me a highly affordable quote quickly (trust me I compared SEVERAL companies). He also was easy to contact with any questions before I decided. THEN on the day of installation came, the men installing our new device came exactly on time! For a working mom with 2 young children, being on time is super important when I have a very tight schedule. The technicians were very polite and even put up with my overly inquisitive 4 year old asking them questions :). After the installation, they showed us everything and offered to come back if there was ANY problem.
I currently have a duct issue which could be due to old ducts, a leak, or a rodent chewing through them. I called Rob back immediately and he has already stated he is on it and sending people to find out the issue! I will update my review once I see how they follow up on this. For now I am very impressed and highly recommend them for any Ac need!

We were very pleased with a complete new system install by Air McCall. We had them replace the outside unit and the inside air handler over the weekend and have zero complaints. We obtained six estimates before deciding on a company and could not be more happy with the price and their work. The installers were professional and very efficient as a team. They did a better than expected job cleaning up as well. The install, I was told beforehand, would be a "full day" but I think they were only at our house for five hours. Installers Travis and Eric knocked it out of the park and I enjoyed working with Toby for the estimate and sales process.

Great experience so far. Had to replace 15 yr old R22 Carrier heat pump with new. Was nervous about new lines going up the back of the house looking weird. They installed a cover over the lines to make it look like a gutter (see picture). How cool! Installers were very polite and professional. Definitely would recommend using Air McCall.

Follow up phone calls from Air McCall made sure our every concern and or question was taken care of, or answered promptly. My motto is “Early is on time, and On time is late!” and so it is with their installation team. Came slightly earlier than the expected time, ready to get the job done.
Professional, Craftsmanship, Courteous, Knowledgeable, are but a few words that come to mind… and just all around good guy’s if you ask me. Once installed and tested, I was given a tour, and assisted in setting up the Smart Thermostat app option I chose on my phone. Then when I was completely satisfied, they tidied up, and were off. If not tor the shining new inside & outside unit, you’d never know they were here. Well done AirMcall and your A-Team installation crew!

Thank goodness for companies like Whitley. Honest and not looking to fleece customers. I will only use this company going forward for HVAC concerns. I had a wonderful experience with them, they're super nice, showed up on time, didn't try to sell me services/repairs I didn't need. What a refreshing difference.

More than happy or satisfied. They provide services second to none. Our AC unit had some unique challenges, but they kept coming back till the matter was completely resolved. Could not imagine a better company to use.

It’s never fun to have to call someone after hours to come fix your air conditioner, especially when you have disabled children. It’s happened enough to know that I’m usually gonna get ripped off a lot of the times ( I mean everyone hates it when the Flux Capacitor goes out on your AC ) OR That whoever shows up has an attitude of some sort… in this case, however, it was different. Jake showed up promptly like he said he would and even from the phone call earlier to let him know what was wrong. He was very kind, empathetic and professional. The work was completed Quickly, he explained everything that was wrong, what he was doing, and what I could expect. It was a pleasure having him in my house I would absolutely recommend 1000%.

So far so good! Made an AM appointment and Richard was here bright & early on Wednesday Morning..will Follow up when the work is completed..parts needs to be ordered…
UPDATE, everything was fixed, however we did have a billing issue.. Raymond called us to resolve it, to our satisfaction thankfully..
