Hired Air McCall for whole house duct cleaning service. They cleaned and sanitized all ducts and cleaned out the dryer vent as well. We’ve been debating doing this for a while and we’re glad we did. I appreciate Rob’s help getting us setup for the work on a quick schedule and at a reasonable price. Allen did a great job, taking great care to make sure the job was done right.

Just had a new 5 ton system installed. Air McCall was great to work with from initial visit through installation. Rob explained system options and helped us select the right system along with duct modifications to improve air flow in our home. The crew (Josh, Dustin, and Walt) that did the install were great and did a quality job, start to finish. They noticed damage to the new condenser out of the box and had a new one brought in the same day to finish the install. Looking forward to continuing with Air McCall for service on the new system.

These guys were very professional and they did immaculate work when they installed my new Carrier system indoors and outdoors. The cost was very competitive so it was the delivery in the sale that led me back to their quote. I felt they were sincere and honest with me on everything.
My new system is as quiet as a mouse just like the young man stated it would. I spend a lot of time on my patio so that makes it more relaxing.

Called AirMcCall for a condensation line clog. After pouring a chemical solution down the condensation line and suctioning out the chemical, algae, mold & sludge the contents were then disposed of into my lawn in my yard. What you see in the picture is the damage it caused. A thick sludge that stinks like manure and killed all the grass in a four foot radius. Can’t find an email for AirMcall on their site to provide this information so here we are. Lawns are not the place to dispose of this.

Love Air Mcall but I want to compliment them on the vans. The vans are the first impression. The design is very professional. I.e. clean cut, easy to see
and quick to read and always clean.
I know it doesn't sound like much but is another example of their professionalism.

We were in the market for a new A/C system. I had about 9 different companies come out and provide quotes for the exact same service/equipment. Air McCall was the best priced, most responsive and top rated. They worked with me as we were having other work done and they not only aligned schedules but made sure none of the other work impacted the new system. On the day of install, they sent 3 installers that were able to get the job done quickly and with quality. They even rerouted my drain to a more appropriate location and ensured the A/C lines from the unit were protected and well hidden.

I couldn't be more pleased with the team, the company and the overall experience. I even would text the sales rep after the sale with any questions and he would respond promptly and get me to the appropriate person when necessary. I definitely recommend them for you A/C work. Thank you!

When I decided it was time to replace my AC system, I did my research on AC companies and AC brands. I found that Air McCall was the company with the best reviews on Next Door. I was really impressed by that. I still got a few quotes from other companies, but I really liked meeting Rob. He explained my best options for me and sent me the 2 best Carrier systems for my home. He responded to my questions in a timely manner when I called him about different features. He also told me what the big differences in the different brands that I was looking at. It ended up being an easy decision for me to choose Air McCall because I not only trusted what Rob told me, I was so impressed by how many great reviews Air McCall had. Everything Rob said about their customer service was true. The men that came to my home to install the system were professional, polite and thorough in doing a good job. They patiently explained everything that was important about my system and how to maintain it. They left my home as clean as when they got there and put everything they moved, back to where they were. I am very happy with Air McCall and will be recommending them to my friends and family. I have been working with Air McCall for 10 yrs and they never disappoint. I had 2 new units installed and they are all still in excellent working condition so it was a no brainer for me to choose them to install a 3rd unit for me. As usual, they were prompt, very thorough and neat. Their pricing is very competitive. They also do an excellent job servicing my units every 6 months to ensure they remain in exceptional working condition. I highly recommend Air McCall for all your AC needs. Air McCall helped me and my family out of a jam. Our system went out unexpectedly. We've got a family member with serious health issues that become complicated without reliable temperature control. Within 72 hours, our house was again a healthy place. Thanks to you guys and moving the installation schedule around to accommodate the needs of a very Ill boy.

I purchased two brand new Rheem units for my residence on March 18, 2019 from Air McCall. On July 29, 2021 McCall's dispatched a technician to troubleshoot the 2 ton unit (2 years 4 months later) model number: RP1524BJ1NA serial number: W471830226. It was not cooling. Technician advised the reversing valve in condensing unit had failed due to a crack in a factory weld and all refrigerant leaked out. Advised total cost to repair approximately $2400. Tech advised 2 year service warranty had expired on the unit and refrigerant loss even due to a factory defect resulting in such loss was not covered by the 10 year Rheem warranty. Spoke with sales rep at McCalls and determined it would actually cost almost the same to have the entire condensing unit replaced; except the make and model of my condensing unit was on backorder from the factory with no estimate of when they will be available again. Rheem customer service was dispassionate about my concerns and offered no assistance at all. Ended up purchasing a discounted brand new Carrier HVAC system from McCalls. We will see how it goes. To be clear, I have always found the folks and service providers at McCalls to be friendly, courteous, professional and quick to respond to my concerns albeit they are not cheap. I highly recommend them and will continue to use their services. That said, am not however happy with a Rheem product they recommended and sold to me, and suggest consumers be cautious should a similar recommendation be made to you. Homeowners and businesses need to understand that even with a 10 year factory warranty, labor cost outside the service warranty window, which is often only 2 years to repair even a covered part, and refrigerant loss cost which is not covered under warranty, can be so cost prohibitive that the warranty is really not worth the paper it is written on. Yup, love McCalls, but will never again purchase another product manufactured by Rheem regardless of who recommends it.

Toby, Darius, and Kenzie were excellent communicators and listened to my unique requests to utilize the HVAC handler space more efficiently when replacing an older water-to-air system. The devised and implemented solutions that not only made the space more usable but they did it with a quality build and customization of the new duct board. This was basically a new build install in a 1966 MCM. They also took care to do the install with precision as to not damage or affect anything else in the home. Highly recommend this team!

same as some of the other reviews. My unit is less than 3 years old and stopped blowing cold air. Had them come out to find out I lost all my freon due to a "nut" not being tightened all the way. They wanted to charge me $1000's to refill. Called a smaller local company that showed me the loose connection and filled freon for 1/4 of the price. BEWARE of warranty

Upgraded my AC system thru Air McCall. The technicians, Andrew and David did a superb job. Their attention to detail, workmanship and quality shows during and after installations. Very professional and took their time to ensure job is done right the first time. 5 star for the duo.

We had a representative come over and he inspected our attic space and said we could have a two zone system.
After agreeing on the unit specifications and installation date, things moved briskly. They arrived 9 am and had everything finished by 5 including new ductwork, diverter, new conducts, new air handler and compressor. So gentle too as they rescued a lizard and handed the cute reptile to me.
The crew was a joy to watch. Great camaraderie, sense of humor and respect for each other.
They cleaned up flawlessly.
I'm deaf so I asked my lovely wife and she said it is so much quieter ( ramps up and down from 20% to 100%)

We needed a new A/C unit. We had used them in the past for some maintenance and were very happy with the technician and the service so decided to get a quote from them. Their quote was a few hundred dollars below another firm we have done business with in the past. They were able to schedule quickly and at a convenient time for us. The installers were very professional. They completed the work according to the time estimate. The work was as expected and they did a great job cleaning up. Definitely recommend.

We needed to replace our 20 year old Carrier heat pump. Received 3 estimates from local companies, Air McCall had 2 lowest price but the best warranty of all. Toby Rich the Sales Representative was very knowledgeable and helpful. Chris and Michael did an excellent job with the installation and were very clean and professional. It is surprisingly difficult to narrow down the huge number of choices for A/C installers. What I was looking for was a combination of great reviews (Number and quality) a positive feeling from the employees that I interacted with, brands offered, and price. That is a daunting task, but given that the #1 cause of equipment failure seems to be the install, this process is hugely important. Once I narrowed it down to 4 providers, I got the one that I thought I wanted to do business with out for a service visit on the old unit. This would be a small sample of how they act as a company. What I found was shocking in today's world!

My service visit was scheduled with Ryan. He is a rock star! He showed on time, was presentable, able to communicate, knowledgeable, professional, clean....I could keep going. Ryan is a huge asset for Air McCall. I can't understate how uncommon this level of professionalism is in this day and age. great job Ryan!

Now we move on to the Sales part. I had a lot of questions, many genuine, and some designed to see the response. Rob took the time to help me navigate the equipment choices, and find the best value. He went over and above working with me to make sure i was comfortable with the decision. Great Job!

So now the installation...Great care was taken to install the equipment properly. The condenser had a dent, so they got a new unit out. Do it right! The builder A/C unit was a disaster. Air McCall spent considerable time and effort to correct the original installation issues. The finished product is night and day from the original. This was a very professional installation.

What about price? The price that I paid was not the primary issue. I got the best value. There was an option with a different provider that was almost $2000 less, but Rob helped me understand the true differences between the options in a way that was more informative than self- serving. In the end, I got a fair price on a great Carrier unit.

Conclusion: I have already recommended Air McCall to the neighbors. I look forward to a great relationship with Air McCall. This is a company that takes great pains to be a good business partner. Great job guys!

Outstanding service with exceptional technicians! The technician was knowledgeable and courteous! Diagnose the problem within 10 minutes of arriving! The only problem came with questioning the service to fix a capacitor in the air handling unit! They tried to invoice my family for a repair in replacing motor assist for $214.00 which means replacing a $10.00 capacitor.

We have to question their $ 200.00 labor service charge for a 10-minute fix. Be cautious with this company and ask the right questions! I purchased a capacitor for $9.99 from amazon and with my technical abilities, I will be able to save my family $200.00.

Had to pay a $99.00 diagnostic service request which is also kind of high but at least my heater is working! Please ask the right questions!

I had an old unit from 2003 with R22 that literally exploded all the fluid everywhere, not to mention the corroded wires (thanks to the salt water). Needless to say, an entirely new unit was in order. Toby was professional, friendly, and eager to make sure I had exactly what I needed and wanted. I had MANY questions which he answered with ease. Not only were they able to get it done for me the next day (where others had given me a 2-week timeframe), but they did it at a lower price than the others. Darius arrived on time the day of the replacement and explained everything he was going to be doing. When he finished, he reviewed everything again to make sure I didn’t have any new questions. Of course I thought of some things a couple days later and they were very helpful in answering my questions.
