Positive experience with everyone at Whitleys from the initial quote to the office to the owner and the installation team. Reasonable pricing too! They sent two trucks to install two systems and were done within a day including clean up and removal of all packaging and the old units. Check them out - you won’t be sorry!

We have used Whitleys Heating and Air for a long time and always get excellent service. The show up on time and preform the work quickly and professionally. When more extensive work need to be done, they always give you alternatives to meet your budget.

Professional, clean and precise work from the technician. Polite and helpful customer service. My only complaint is that on the bill I was charged for $41 for a 3A fuse but considering that comes with experience, testing and 30 day warranty that’s alright with me.

Our very old system finally died recently and after calling the “locally-owned” HVAC companies I’ve known for over 24 years in Jax only to receive quotes that I knew from my knowledge of the trades in general that were easily $3,000 more than is average nowadays, I fortunately found Whitleys. And from the first call to them speaking with both Kim & Debbie in the office, to quickly meeting with their longtime HVAC veteran, Richard, later that day as we had been without air for four days, to the quality install soon thereafter with Walter & crew, and afterwards speaking with the owner, Raymond, who called to ensure that me & my family were happy with the install & new system overall, all I can say is do yourself a favor and call them first, or last, yet definitely CALL them as I do not think you will be disappointed! PS: The “locally-owned” companies I called are now “once locally-owned” companies as they were recently bought out by the different hedge funds that are buying local GC’s in FL and hence driving up prices, which explains why their quotes were easily $3,000 more as I mentioned…

They charge you $129 just for coming to look at your AC. They provided me with a quote to fix the issue (way overpriced). I still said fine, get it fixed, just remove the service call charge from the invoice. They refused. That's unheard of. There are hundreds of contractors in the area who provide free estimates and only charge you for fixing the problem. Take your business elsewhere. Don't waste your money.

Extremely professional and knowledgeable staff, respected the property and my animals. Honest companies are hard to find and this is one of them. Whole home duct/ vent replacement with cleaning package, $1000 less than all other competitors bids. Don't spend weeks waiting to compile bids just go with Whitley's. (Homework complete)

I signed up for the twice a year maintenance plan and this was my first service. The tech checked everything and cleaned out the drain pan and fixed the main air duct that was separating from the ceiling (due to sloppy install by the builder). It’s a great deal and I now have peace of mind that the unit has been thoroughly checked by a professional.

Every person I’ve worked with has been incredibly professional while still creating a genuine, family-like experience. I couldn’t be happier with the service and will absolutely be calling on them again in the future.

Let’s be honest — no one is excited about replacing an entire AC unit — but when the process is seamless and handled with care, you somehow still end the day smiling!

About a year ago, another HVAC company (that the previous homeowners had a service contract with) sent out a friendly, apparently knowlegeable tech who determined that we should replace one of our A/C units, and perhaps both, as the price was better for both. They then sent out a very friendly salesperson, who presented the options. I was a bit skeptical as it's a big expense, and mentioned that while having lunch with a friend & business client of mine. He immediately told me that I had to see Whitleys, and that he'd had nothing but great experiences with them (for both his business & his home). They're local and honest, he said. So, before I gave the other company he go-ahead, I called Whitleys and asked if someone could come out on short notice to give a 2nd opinion. With a full, busy schedule they sent out one of their veteran techs, Richard, along with another young fellow. They changed our A/C world completely, with their honest appraisal that we did not need another unit. They even showed me some things the other company hadn't pointed out that would have made the unit they were trying to sell us, difficult to install. And they didn't charge me for the visit!! We were extremely relieved and couldn't have been happier to not have that big $$ outlay. I promptly cancelled my contract (politely) with the other company and signed on for one with Whitley's. Since then Jake has been out to our house for two service calls and is exceptionally helpful, professional, and friendly, including to our rambuctious little dog also, who ended up befriending him. He also gave me some troubleshooting advice. So, my advice to anyone considering changing HVAC companies (or starting out with a new one) is this: Run... don't walk... to Whitley's! I'm pleased to leave this review and spread the word.

I had my air conditioning unit and dryer vent serviced at this appointment. The tech was on time and communicated his processes very thoroughly. I understood exactly what he was doing and why he did it. I would definitely use United Air Temp again for these services.

United Air Temp had great customer service and were very professional especially the technician. The technician was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me as what was the issues and what must be done to repair system. I consider the technician a trustworthy person as everything went as planned with part ordering, receipt, and repair. The repair took a little longer than I wanted since the weather was hot but I understand that UAT are at the mercy of the supply system when ordering parts and awaiting arrival. I would utilize them again if needed. Great service!

They came out and to fix the heat pump. They were not receptive when I asked questions. The techs took as confrontational. The repair was not done correctly. But after I tried to understand what they were saying, they left the job incomplete and forced me to create a second opinion with a different company and declined to return.

Great work very professional and they go over and beyond to make sure that you're taken care of.
