Ben was my technician today. He was very polite and professional with a great demeanor and a can do attitude. Despite some inclement weather conditions, he patiently and thoroughly diagnosed the issue inside and out before he began the repair. I was thoroughly pleased with the service I received today and as always from United Air Temp!

Philip is an awesome technician. Very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. Came in a timely manner to fix the capacitor problem immediately. Highly recommend

UAT came out the same day and immediately diagnosed my issue and got my system up and running again within an hour! They are always friendly and professional as well as very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. I will only use them for my HVAC needs!

We're so glad we found Guardian Heating and Air! We had not had luck with different A/C companies and seemed to be going through them with one issue after another. We had a unit that we knew had a freon leak but it was in a bonus room we didn't use much and didn't need it during the winter but as temperatures started to get warmer, we knew we had to address it. Our parts were still covered under the manufacturer's warranty for another year.

The first company we called out to do an assessment spent 2 hours at our house. The technician was super nice but told me he couldn't find a leak in either the inside or outside unit, so he said our leak was in the wall. I was incredulous. He explained they would have to run a new copper line and could do it on the outside of the house (I thought that would look bad) or we could get a contractor to open up the wall for us and they they could run a line in the wall. The technician also suggested that I should replace my unit since it was 9 years old and the adding of freon a couple times was bad for it and it would soon die. The cost? About $10k, not including the added cost of finding someone to open up and then repair and paint our drywall.

I decided to get second opinion and found Guardian thru a referral from our daughter who had used them. Adeltram came out to our house. I was a little skeptical because he looked young and the other technician from the last company said he had 18 years experience. Adeltram went straight to work. Not only did he find the leak in the inside unit but also showed me where it was. He was great! We were quoted $1500 to do the repair, which also included 9 pounds of freon (not included in the parts warranty).

We were so happy that we signed up for a maintenance plan with them. We highly recommend this company!

Alex took the time to explain all our options. He respected our home not slamming doors ect. He was very honest and clear in his explanations of our issues. I highly recommend this company!

11/18 Chris came to install the new thermostat. Very friendly and great at explaining the new thermostat features and functionality. This company has gone above and beyond my expectations. Thank you again for the amazing work!

08/29 Leo came out diagnosed the issue and the repair was completed the same week. The company is honest and upfront, highly recommend this amazing company to anyone!!

Alex was very helpful over the phone , He sent a technician out the first thing Monday morning! The Technician Ernie was very efficient at identifying the problem and repairing it. Ernie was very Professional and cleaned up behind his self a really nice guy. I will be using Guardian HVAC with all my future ac needs

As a landlord and property owner, i prize quality work, fair prices, and honesty when work and repairs inevitably need to be done. Finding someone that's truly honest and honorable like Alex is at Guardian, heating air was an unexpected happy surprise. We had a pretty decent sized job. I trusted the company because it was a referral from a friend. Alex handled the initial estimate. Ernie was the technician that came out. He stayed at it all day, got the job done, showed me a few things, and even walked my wife through the thermostats. Very pleased.

The service tech was great today. Explained everything he was doing for the maintenance the came with the ac I purchased. Very polite. Also it started to POUR down rain when he was about to vacuum out the line. I told him I could do it when it wasn’t raining. He told me he wanted to do it do I said ok. He had an umbrella for the vacuum & him. One of his umbrellas actually blew away it was storming so bad. I was very impressed. I do want to sign up for the maintenance package & usually I don’t do that. Thanks y’all. & I found the umbrella way in the back yard lol.

If I could give them more than a 5 star I would. I'm new to Jacksonville from Georgia and the day I moved into my home the AC was not working. I knew no one and could only rely on Google. The company "Leakity Split" came out and tried to replace my whole duct system for at least 10k AND sell me on a new HVAC for 12k. They tried to use my situation as a way to rip me off. After paying for a minimal overpriced cleaning I was referred to Guardian. They are as transparent as it gets. He ran a full diagnostic of our HVAC and summarized what he found and educated me (as best he could) on what I need to do or not do. They are not out for your money, they truly care about the customer and will not perform unnecessary work for financial gain. They are also very well priced and privately owned. When we need our system replaced, we will call Guardian. STAY AWAY FROM LEAKITY SPLIT!!!!

Ernie and Joe did a great job at a great price replacing my compressor on 7 year old system. I was not able to be home during the repair and were very courteous and informative to my mother who was visiting. Not to mention, they took time to get to know the dog. They were by far less expensive than four other quotes that I had received for just labor as my part was under warranty, They also had discovered and replaced for free my capacitor, that was not found To be faulty in the diagnosis from another company. I highly recommend Guardian , for accommodating the large repair around my schedule, Customer service and definitely price.

Ernie is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. He took his time to diagnose the issue and came up with a plan to get my AC up and running in a timely manner. Great service! Would definitely recommend.

We had to get the ducts cleaned in our house and Alex was very helpful. Called him to schedule and he had people at the house first thing the next morning. All the ducts look great and are very clean. Highly recommend Guardian HVAC for any of your AC needs

My initial phone call with owner Alex at Guardian was pleasant. He told me they were not able to book that day, but was able to schedule me the following day. They were able to schedule my repair 2 days later when I was available.

My technician Adeltram provided excellent service. He was professional and very knowledgeable. Adeltram explained the entire process to me from beginning to end. That young man is great at what he does.
