I had Philip come and fix my a/c. He was fast and knew what he was doing. He answered any questions I had for him about the A/C system, parts, and let me know all of my options. Very much saved the day!

The only issue I had was with the scheduling team. I called on a Thursday and made my appointment but I found out the guy never put me on the schedules. I later got a call on Saturday from United and she told me I wasn’t on the books but the lady I spoke to on Saturday made sure she did her job correctly and sent me a confirmation for my appointment.

The repairman was very professional, polite, and explained clearly what was needed. He came to do a repair and he did just that. Answered questions (even the crazy ones). He was well spoken and we were just impressed with his work and his overall character. Would love to see more service technicians like him.

Great troubleshooting didn't take long to fix the problem.

United Air Temp was sent by my home warranty company. They scheduled service and actually was able to come earlier than expected. The technician was very professional and courteous. He examined my A/C and provided the diagnosis and the issue was resolved. I will use them again for any future services needed.

Phillip was extremely professional and very helpful. It was easy to schedule. I’m so thankful for the I went with this company!!! They have truly gotten us out of binds before. Wonderful company!! Extremely quick response time. They saved me from having to take my disabled son to the hospital as he starts having medical complications when he gets to hot. 🥵 I can’t say thank you enough.

Great service! First time use and everything was done right!

Worst customer service. United Air Temp doesn’t respect the time for the appointments they agreed with the customer. I had to cancel my day of work to wait for their technician, but he never showed up. The HVAC work is still pending. The receptionist didn’t provide any solutions, or an estimated time of arrival. They are clueless about customer service and worthless.

Absolutely terrible customer service. No urgency to help their customers and their manager must be the busiest person in the world, as they don't return calls and are always "busy". They do not address issues. They do not care about their customers and will do things when they feel like it. Do not use this company if you don't have to. Quick to be unhelpful.

Took five attempts to resolve my A/C unit problems. Only after I requested and involved a supervisor and senior technician did the problem get resolved. Still waiting on a resolution on my outside cut-off switch which was cracked and broken during original failure repair.

My AC went out Wednesday around 4pm and my home warranty company CHOICE set an appointment for Monday 😡, so at 10pm I requested an appointment with United Air Temp Jacksonville through their web site because they gave me an excellent service in 2020 through home warranty AHS; Thursday at 7am Tim call me and set up an “on call appointment” for the same morning, Ben and another technician were in my house at 11 am and repair my A/C
This young gentleman Ben and the other technician (sorry that I do not remember the name) were absolutely amazing, they were kind, sweet with me and my husband.
They were very efficient and quick, and they had the A/C up and running in no time, They took the time to explain to us what happened and gave us different options that they have available on the company for future services.
We were more than happy to pay them outside of my home warranty company for their service in order to have my A/C running immediately, after this bad experience we are seriously consider to change our home warranty company.

We highly recommend the work that they did as well as the fast respond from United Air Temp.

United Air was very professional, knowledgeable and fix the air conditioner in our home quickly and responded to each of our concerns. I highly recommend them and will continue to use them in the future.

On time professional respectful of property wore booties before entering home. Greatly appreciated how Phillip took the time to discuss issues, resolve and recommend surge protection of same AC item that failed they past 3yrs at same time. Will definitely use their services again!

So far, not a good experience so far. AC went out Thursday. Didn't show until Monday. Didn't call or text when on way. Had to order parts said could be a week or two. Issues with inside unit is what parts were ordered for. Does not know the issue with the out door unit. Have American Home Shield, so not sure if the poor service or lack there of is related to this product.

Even though the Technician was very young, he seems to be knowledgeable about HVAC systems and the inspection process went well..

This company was great in identifying the problem with my AC not cooling and getting it fixed in less than 24hrs. Tristan in particular was awesome, he was the technician assigned and was so polite, knowledgeable and very persistent. I've had issues with this unit cooling for the last 2 summers and he finally figured out the problem, I'm not sure if the issue was an obvious one or not all I know is that I've called several other companies and Tristan was able to figure it out within minutes. He is a great asset to this company for sure!
