Waychoff's technician Christian was very knowledgeable, experienced, professional and communicative. He diagnosed the problem quickly, explained the options in a way that was clear and understandable, and replaced the failed or failing components in very little time. He was also a very pleasant person who represented the company in an exceptional way.

Kevin H. came out to service our AC unit as part of our annual plan. He was extremely polite, professional and explained everything to us, with pictures. If the rest of their team is anything like Kevin, I highly recommend giving them a call right away!

Waycoff's really out did theirselves OMG their two technicians were just AWESOME!. So precise in their work and did an excellent job. I have never known two nicer technicians. Also their Waycoff's salesman David was straightforward and explained just how every thing would go and it did , may I add that David was VERY patient. I'm a Waycoff's fan forever 😊.

Nice install. All went well. This was my 3rd estimate and even though it was not the lowest I went with them. The warranty and quality install was worth it. Some installers just wanted to remove the old unit and replace it with a new one without any new electrical or return ducting. My old unit was 28 years old. Still working. The install quality is the key to a long lasting unit. If you get an estimate and they don't give it to you on the spot I would shy away. The others emailed it to me hours later. When Elio left I looked it over and decided to go with them. Before and after pictures below.

Experience was great! Very professional, easy to talk to, repaired everything that was requested. Also, they answered all my questions. Would definitely recommend them. The technicians were on time and called to let me know prior to visit that they were on the way. Would hire them again.

Jesus was great. He was on time and we have two renters and he made them feel very secure. We don’t live in town so he took photos and walked us through everything and got it fixed quickly. We use fenwick for everything we have had them for electric plumbing and now HVAC. Wonderful experience!

Mr. Davis was great! He was very thorough and accommodating. A situation arose where we had to leave before he was finished and he took down information, put us back up and running And he made another appointment with us to come back.

I was happy with Waykhoff service up to now.
First of all, their AC maintenance price almost doubled from April to December 2025, and they did not bother to say anything when I took the appointment.
Then, their technician did not bother to send his AC report and invoice.
I'm not sure I'll be willing to work with them again.

Recommend Waychoff's Air! From the initial presentation to the final installation! All questions answered and amazing discounts. It took approximately 6 hours for them to build and install. Everything went well! Super excited 😄 see the pics!

True to their advertising of low cost maintenance. Although there was some cleaning involved in the A/C system, no additional charge incurred. The technician was very cordial and included some good-to-know education about our A/C system. Great initial impression!

The service was great. Communication about when the technician would show up was good. Allen was friendly, answered questions, and provided explanations to how my system was working. I feel confident that my HVAC system is well maintained.

Nightmare of a journey I have had with my 12k investment. Sales team was very friendly and attentive and the staff was very nice however, they have been back almost 10 times to complete a job that should have been completed in one day. My unit was installed in September, since then, the fan broke, inspection failed due to incorrect wiring ,damaged walls and several repeated visits to attempt to fix the same issue.

My HVAC was 18 yrs old and the heater stopped during a cold period in FL. I called two companies and Waychoff's was the most detailed and best price. Secondly, Zakeem's installation team, was on time, professional and very thorough. Highly recommend them for HVAC replacement.

Called in the morning because my handler was not blowing air. Jesus was able to come out within a couple of hours, identify the problem, obtain the necessary parts, and complete the project within 5 hours of my initial call. He explained everything and was very thorough. He even provided a website where I can get the filters for my system significantly cheaper than I found on Amazon.

I verified before they sent out a technician that the diagnostic fee would be $89. After troubleshooting the system, I was told the repair would cost $650 for labor. Considering the repair took only about 30 minutes, I declined the service and thanked them for the troubleshooting.
I then contacted another local HVAC company, which completed the repair for less than half the cost.
Afterward, they billed me $200 for the diagnostic fee—more than twice the amount I was originally quoted. They also called the following day stating that I needed to pay the fee before they would pick up the part to fix my AC unit, despite the fact that I had already informed them I no longer required their services.
I did not pay the $200 charge. However, they somehow obtained my wife’s contact information and called her at work in an attempt to collect payment.
When I called again to dispute the charge, I was told that the diagnostic fee was $89. I asked why I was being charged $200 and requested to speak with a manager. I was told that no manager was available and that someone from accounting would contact me later.

I had a great experience with this AC company! The team was extremely friendly, respectful, and well-presented from start to finish. They arrived on time, did a thorough inspection, and made sure everything was clean before they left. Their professionalism really stood out, and it’s clear they take pride in their work. I highly recommend them for anyone looking for reliable and courteous service!

Benjamin came and repaired one of my A/C unit. He was very polite and explained to me what I needed to have it done. Benjamin was pleasant to work with. My A/C was still under warranty and I didn’t have to pay anything. Thank you for your service.
