I was thrilled to find out that Tarik has finally made his presence known on the web. I have been using him for over 5 years for residential AC repairs and installations. The quality of his work is impeccable. He pays great attention to details like how he routes wiring, duct, and pipping. He has installed 5 new units for me in addition to repairing many others. I challenge you to find a better AC contractor or better pricing than eCooling.

I echo everything the previous people have said about this company. They are very unreliable. They don't return your phone calls and then when they do they've got a bunch of excuses why they can't fix your problem .

Worst company EVER. They don't show up when they say , they don't call . Then when you call to find out what the hell they were doing they feed you some excuse like " it was too hot " or they don't even give you an excuse . They came to my house to do a job and didn't finish , took them 4 weeks to come back and finish and no call no showed twice . The third time they actually showed up they didn't have the part they needed . And again it was also " too hot ". When they finally showed up the half assed the job and left my duct work unfinished . Still currently waiting for them to finish and my AC BROKE THE NEXT DAY !!!! Don't know how they are a real company. They are a joke and a bunch of grown men in diapers .

The company was quick to respond to my needs. The owner/manager - gentleman who scheduled me was courteous and happy to schedule me as soon as possible.

My technicians, Adam and Preston were prompt, courteous and thorough. I highly recommend Arctic Air of NE Florida.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! My mother in law has been calling these people for 2 months trying to get them to fix the ac they promised to fix after it broke. They made appointments multiple times and straight did not show up multiple times. And the times they did come out they said it couldn't be fixed without certain parts that took "weeks" to get in. Each time they came out they made another excuse to not fix the ac. One of their excuses was "it's to hot to fix today" I kid you not. These guys are just some shulbs in a white van with a sticker on the side who have no idea what they are doing. I'm pretty sure they are just looking up YouTube tutorials as they work. Awful company. Awful employees.

They have to be the worst in the business. Our landlord had them come out to in put a new inside unit and new outside unit. They showed up at 7:30 at night and did not finish until after 11pm. They were supposed to run new copper lines which they never did. Then they told us they would be back the next day because they had to wire the thermostat and finish up the install. It took us 3 weeks of us and the landlord calling the company to get them to come back out. When they finally came back out to run the new wire for the thermostat they did something to the unit as it froze up that night. It took us calling the owner again (3 times) for them to send someone else out from their company. When they came back out they told us our unit was low on Freon. I wanted to know how it could be low when it is brand new and just installed 3 weeks prior. The technician said it happens sometimes which I call bull. I would never use this company if I had the choice. The only reason our landlord used them was because they were cheaper then anyone else. The saying you get what you pay for could never be more truer. Be careful with who you hire as not all companies are legit.

Ken has done lots of work for my nonprofit over the years and also for me personally.
Fast and reasonably priced. He's honest and gets the job done right.

Careless driving weaving in and out of lanes if a contractor is this careless on the road imagine how careless and wreck less he would be at your home. Contacted contractor and told him he was being wreck less on the road and he stated “ok thanks” then hung up on me. I would never contact a individual who didn’t have respect for others. Mr. Miller has been taking care of of heat pump systems needs for a long, long time. The man is humble, honest, does not try to skin anyone. His work is perfect and if he thinks you need only parts replaced he will not try to sell you a new system. We will pay him extra for travel if we ever relocate to next town.

Alfred is the best. My inlaws had hired him before for two other of their homes. He installed my AC unit fifteen years ago. I live in Saint Augustine and all we do is call him if we need him. He always knows. As a widow, he saves me so much money. This last time he didn't even charge me. God bless him.

Mr. Miller installed an A/C system at my house 3 years ago. There have been no problems until recently when the system suddenly stopped working. I contacted him on a Sunday and within 45 minutes he was at the house to diagnose the problem...after a thorough inspection of the entire system he finally discovered a short in the condensor wire and fixed the problem for a very reasonable price. I would definitely recommend Mr. Miller to anyone who needs a new A/C system or for work done on their current A/C system. I feel he is very diligent and honest with reasonable pricing.
