I understand that remodeling is necessary for Shands Hospital and there is not a good time to do the remodeling because it's open 24 hours a day. However, as a multi-billion dollar company there has to be a better solutionfor your workers to clean their boots than the workers stomping their feet with heavy steel toed boots on duct tape that is taped to the floor numerous times a day with multiple employees doing it all day long since there are elderly patients with congestive heart failure trying to rest and get the much needed treatment they need and to be constantly woke up. The employees would not like it if it was their elderly parent or grandparent. Do better W.W. Gay!!!!!!!!!!

I see their work trucks every morning speeding and switching lanes on interstate dangerously. I’d snatch those company trucks quick if I was the boss. They just drive to the office anyway. Stop letting them take them home. Truck 7616 is one of them.

Truck 7335 tailgated me down i10 in Jacksonville while I’m in the slow lane doing the speed limit. Had to merge in front of him in Baldwin and he sped up and got on my bumper and almost rear ended me.

Drivers aren't required to follow traffic laws. When you call and report them to the office receptionist has attitude and doesn't care. Next time I'll call non emergency line and report the driver.
Be careful when you see their vehicles when you are on the road.

Our AC went down early Tuesday morning and my AC man was down South on a job and I saw that My friend had used Huggins and gave them a Great rating, so I called them at 8:30 am and they were at my door about 4:30 and made the repair quick. I recommend Them. Thanks to Huggins Heat and Air.

Called Huggins on Monday of this week, and the person who answered the phone told me they couldn't get to my home till Thursday, (TODAY). This morning I called to see about an ETA and the same person answered the phone and told me that he wasn't sure that they hadn't built the schedule yet and the owner wasn't in yet, at around 9 am this morning. At around 12:30, the same guy calls me back and tells me that the owner doesn't want to come out, because it would be a waste of time and it's hot outside and the temp in the house is going to be 6 to 8 degrees or more higher than the thermostat is set at!! I mean WHAT!! When I told him this has never been an issue and that it was unprofessional that they were telling me this, he said hang on, let me talk to the owner again. He then gets back on the phone and say, is it ok if we come out tomorrow? UNBELIEVABLE

First off, if that was the case, why didn't you tell me that on Monday when I called you? What kind of successful business tells its customers that they don't want there business? If you don't want to work then don't answer your phone!

Very Unprofessional and as a note, I called another company, they came out today, (SAME DAY) checked and I needed 3 lbs of R410A, Found a small leak in my system and repaired it, but even bigger than that, I am now going to purchase a new unit from the company that came out today, and because of their professionalism, they will be doing all the AC work for my company, which has offices all over Jacksonville!!

These guys have a fabulous response time! Called late at night and the crew came first thing the next morning!! Dylan and Londo were both courteous and professional! They found the issue quickly and repaired it just as fast.

Hired these guys to put me in a couple units they were Goodman units from what I understand not a real good name brand. Within the last year the fan motor has went out four times every time you call them they are 2 weeks out before they can get to you. It's freezing cold and my heat went out again same exact problem as the last four times the fan will not blow. They refused to come out before 2 weeks even though it's freezing cold with kids in the house so I had to call another company that came out the same exact day. And Huggins refused to pay for the service call. The technician that came out so the fan was installed improperly and that's why it kept burning up. Would not recommend this company.

These guys were amazing. My ductwork was under my home with very little crawl space and muddy. One company already refused to do the job because of it being wet. These guys persevered and I am forever grateful to them. They are professional, punctual, and very meticulous about making sure everything is done perfectly. Thank you so much !!

This company is great. Everyone is so polite and friendly. They are prompt, professional and made sure I was satisfied with my service. They explained everything so I knew what was going on and why it needed to be repaired. I highly recommend them.

The tech was very diligent and thorough. We've had issues with our system, freezing up multiple times, spent thousands even with a warranty. Robert worked thru the issues, helped resolve problems, and found a critical problem that will hopefully resolve things. No one has worked as hard as he did to find and resolve the problem. A/C unit (purchased thru Huggins) less than 2 yrs old, fan motor goes bad/no longer working. Under 10 yr warranty, only parts, not labor?? Do not agree that I had to pay Huggins labor rate for them to file warranty, pick-up new motor and send back broken motor. Also, believe the one hour labor diagnostic (10 minutes) should have been included with the final labor cost. The warranty company should cover the diagnostic and the cost to get the replacement part. Less than ONE HOUR of total labor, $600. A lot of $$$$$, gone forever...

Just had Robert W. come replace the blower motor for the unit at the shop. He Got it done quick but efficient and a very friendly guy who didn’t mind explaining what he was doing and what I was being charged for. If I have any more AC issues, I’ll be requesting him as the Tech again.
