AIR HEAD AIR CONDITIONING AND APPLIANCES LLC came out to clean our air ducts and did a really great job. their vacuum equipment was strong enough to actually remove all the dust and build-up from inside the ducts. we needed a really deep cleaning because we were planning to get a duct coating installed later, and the crew made sure everything was spotless. when the next service came to check, they said the ducts were cleaned well and ready for the new coating. right after the cleaning, the air in the house smelled fresher, which was a big improvement. overall, i’m very happy with how everything turned out.

Sham work! Installed an AC unit with no pan on the floor. The unit malfunctions and the workers allow more water to fall on the floor.
They leave a job when it is not finished. Small children were in the house and they abandoned the job while the children were there to endure the heat. They have no conscience about people or work ethic.
Stay away from them! I am a retired Army Officer and would never allow my soldiers to deal with this!

Poor workmanship, ruined a replacement coil in the air handler. Despite complaints that the unit was not working they stated to the warranty company that it was working appropriately. Another company evaluated the unit and found that they permanently damaged the coil during installation.
