do NOT use this company. no good. I paid service call fee cash, asked for receipt, guy said text me email address, I did, still week goes by, no receipt. ripp off, without putting Freon, told me it would cost me lots of money to REPLACE WHOLE THING, everything needs to be replace, stay away. my A/C unit needed only FREON, not needed to replace it. Ariel was telling me my whole unit was bad, needed to be replaced. I asked to add Freon in it, it worked fine. if your home warranty recommends you this company, Below... say: NO, ask for another company. google search rating first. save your money.

Came home to a 90 degree house at 6 at night and thought I would be in for a terrible night, after calling multiple companies Below Zero answered and said they would have a tech out right away. Ariel was here by 7, had diagnosed, fixed the problem, and was gone by 730, and at a fair price. Will absolutely use again!

I had major trouble with my ac in July! Over the course of several weeks 2 other ac businesses looked at the unit but were unable to diagnose the problems. Below Zero was contacted, they diagnosed the problems and did the repairs. I was finally able to be comfortable in my home again!!!! The owner and his staff were friendly, polite, and on time for the appointments. I had a different small issue arise last night and they were out this morning to take care if it.
I highly recommend Below Zero for your HVAC problems. I will be using them for my annual maintenance checks too.

I called one day and repairs were made the next day. their response was quick and accurate, very economical in price and this is the only company I will use in Jacksonville. They are very professional and I have used them more then five times and I was always satisfied with the services they have done to repair work and new installation, for multiple properties and they are also very friendly.

When the unexpected happens, having someone dependable to call on is key! This past weekend, my AC went out. I put in a service call and had an appointment for Monday afternoon. Prior to arriving, the service technician called to let me know he was on the way. When the doorbell rang, I opened the door to a smiling face, which was calming. Within a few short moments, the issue was diagnosed. The technician explained the issue and let me know what needed to be done. In what seemed like no time, I felt the cool air. Normalcy restored!

Adonys and his guys came to my rescue after another service left me and my home warranty waiting for a response for almost a month. Adonys came early the day he was scheduled, did not leave until he had sent the diagnostic and evidence. Called me back as soon as the warranty had made a decision. His guys came promptly the next day, they installed everything nicely , they were cautious with social distancing and were so nice! I would recommend their service to anyone in the Jacksonville area!! So happy right now!

I bought a house and it had a old 14 seers A/C unit, It stop working. Ariel came and offered me a brand New 21 seers unit for a very good deal. They came did everything fast and professionally done. It’s been 6 months now and I had no problems. Thank you Below Zero for the work done in my house!

Ariel is extremely responsive and a pleasure to work with. You can feel comfortable that they are honest and will do the job right. They just replaced my whole A/C unit inside and out and everything is working great. Very clean and respectful!

These are great people. I will not use anyone else. They were here and efficient honest did the job professionally gave us options and offered advice and help. They did not leave the property until the system was doing what it was supposed to be doing and checking out everything before leaving. I have the worst luck with people working for me but these people I have had no issues and the service was unbelievable.

After initially learning from the owner, Ariel, that my home warranty company incorrectly assigned him to our A/C claim, he was very courteous and professional as he declined to service the claim. After thinking about our conversation and my review of him on our home warranty company's website. Ariel on his own contacted me and said that he would come to our home the next day. True to his word he arrived on time at 0900 and immediately went to work. With his professional skill and experience he immediately saw the problem and resolved it in less than 30 minutes. We are very grateful to Ariel and Below Zero Heating and Air service for going the extra mile and fixing our A/C. I would highly recommend Ariel and his company to anyone who needs professional, courteous and timely service.

Excellent company. My 18 year old unit was not cooling , .....contacted Below Zero , Ariel quickly gave me a very good and competitive estimate of the cost to replace the outside unit (4 tons) and air handler .The crew , headed by Jesse was excellent , cordial and accommodated me on every little detail. I was provided with an excellent and long warranty .
I have the best opinion of Below Zero , a superb company !

The old unit in the house I had just bought went out last summer. I called Below Zero and Ariel was out the next day with a very competitive price to replace the inside and outside units and had it all hooked up and working great that afternoon. A year later (today) a faulty wire caused the unit to stop working. I called Ariel the president directly this morning and he was out in just a few hrs and with in ten min of arriving at my house had the unit running properly again. No charge for the parts and very minimal charge for his time on a Sunday. Very happy customer!

I Called below zero heating and air about my a/c problems. Same day they already scheduled and check my ac unit. Got it fix in less than an hour. I would recommend it to each and everyone. Techs are knowledgeable about it. Thank you so much!

I had 2 old ac units costing me a ton of money on the utility bill that had leaks and froze up constantly so my friend referred me to Ariel at Below Zero to get a quote to replace both units. He came out the next day after a holiday gave me a great quote and had his guys here 2 days later to do the install. They started at 9:30am and out by 2pm, made sure I was satisfied, cleaned up after themselves and made sure the systems worked properly, they did a great job and the price can’t be beat! They hauled off the old units so I didn’t have to deal with that either! Ariel came by the next day to check everything out and make sure I was happy with the service. Excellent customer service, excellent prices! I highly recommend for all your heating and cooling needs in Jax.

I've used them twice now and it has been great each time! They are usually available to come quickly and they complete the job immediately. No "diagnosing and coming back with the tools" like some other businesses have done to me. Their prices are extremely reasonable. Highly recommend!!
