Robert was here for routine maintenance of our unit. I appreciates how kind, thorough, and professional he was. He let me know when he was here, explained his process, let me know when he was done, and he offered great maintenance tips to keep our system running as efficiently as possible. He was also very nice and tolerant to my sweet paw kids (Goldens). Thank you!

We just moved to this area a month ago. Discovered water leaking out of the bottom of our furnace at 10pm. Called Huggins H&A...received an immediate response. Provided costing options for immediate or next day service. Went with next day. Company texted first thing next morning with details on service call. Robert (technician) arrived promptly and was fantastic...explained the problem, advised us how to prevent it (clogged drain line) from happening again, and then got us back up and running. We are not used to such great customer service. Huggins has my HIGHEST recommendation...and they earned my business. Thanks!

Biggest Thank You ever to Huggins Heating & Air for coming out and fixing our air conditioner on a short notice and in the pouring down rain!! Our A/C quit on us this afternoon, we called them and they said they could definitely come out today and that they did! If I could give 10 stars I most definitely would,. I posted about Huggins last Friday, but wow, Not only did Bryce come out last Friday and they got poured on, but let me tell you something else…Bryce came out not just once on Saturday, but Three times to get us up and running, Then we knew it was time to get a new system, our old one lasted for 12 1/2 years.

They gave us a quote real quick, Fast forward to today, they showed up around 9:00 this morning and now we have ice cold A/C!

They got my house staying cool, on 90°+ days. Customer service is good also. everyone you talk to has HVAC knowledge got my system diagnosed and my faulty blower unit replaced within 24hrs of showing up after the first call.

When our air conditioner kicked the bucket during a minor power outage, We called Huggins heating and air! Every time we’ve called (even after hours) they’ve always been able to accommodate us and fix the problem to getting us back to cooler air. We’ve called Huggins Hearing and Air in the past. So when we were having issues with our heat, we knew who to call. Not only were they able to squeeze us in, but Chris our technician showed up an hour early! Chris was able to replace our blower motor and fixed our duct when he noticed that it had became unhooked from our unit…to which we had no idea that had happened. I don’t remember my techs name but in my defense I got less than 5 hours of sleep last night and I’m doing good if I remember my kids names. But I will say this. This is the second time I have used this company and this is the second time I’ve been left absolutely happy with their service. My tech keep getting better and better each time they come out! Very professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and goes above and beyond their job title!

Family owned business that treats the customer like family. Garrett and Buck were very transparent about everything, they worked efficiently, and took great care of my grandparents. We will ALWAYS call them for future air conditioning needs.

I cannot thank Huggins enough for replacing our air. The unit was installed a day before scheduled and everyone we’ve spoken with was very professional and so helpful! If you choose them to replace your AC I promise you will not be disappointed!

I highly recommend Huggins Heating & Air. The ac mechanic tech Chris was incredible. He spent time patiently helping us to keep the system running until he could get there to diagnose the issue. After his diagnosis, he was back in a timely manner to install and new fan and get us back to operational condition.

Would have been same day (on the plan) but the storm knocked our power when he showed yesterday. Chad made us his first call today. Chad was great. He was on time. Quickly determined the issue and repaired. We assume this part is a good value. A fuse box and cost a little over 200 (with the discount on the maintenance program).

Huggins was the best! So quick to answer the call after running into disappointment with another company. We are new to the area wish we knew of them first! We came home on a holiday weekend with super hot temps to find one of our units had failed. Huggins answered us right away and Quickly had our new AC unit ready to be installed. Great communication the technicians were very friendly, answered all our questions and were beyond helpful. We will be using them for our maintenance and duct cleaning in the future. Highly recommend them for your needs!

Again: Fantastic response! As always a courteous, friendly and professional repair tech (Robert Westmoreland) who had to come out twice. Multiple overlapping issues and everything was coordinated, diagnosed, and resolved at a fair cost to us (our labor warranty is out, but labor was all we had to pay). I highly recommend Huggins, they have always been great to us, from install to needed repairs.

The responsiveness was great! Buck was in constant communication with me. CJ and Dylan were awesome and professional. They both provided me with imperative information that was needed regarding my unit and home. They also cleaned up after themselves!! I would highly recommend their services.
