This is a very large compound with many buildings. The GPS will lead you to the main office. If you do not know where you need to be I would suggest following the GPS to the main office and asking for further instructions.

W.W. Gay replaced the drain pan at my one bedroom condominium in Jacksonville, FL. I assumed that the company was fair and reputable, but my invoice arrived after the job, in the amount of $2,022.00. Yes, over two thousand dollars to replace a drain pan. When I complained about the cost, after several calls and emails, they dropped the price by $200.00 if I paid within 10 days. I paid, but the price is way, way above the national average cost to replace a drain pan, which ranges from $250 to $575.

The management company had them come and rebuild the tank of a toilet at an office building I own. They charged 470 dollars to rebuild the guts of a toilet. They are more than double what the price should of been and they take advantage of people. I would never use them again!

This is the absolute worst company ever. They never fix things correctly or in any sort of a timely manner. Avoid them at all cost. They do not care one bit about their customers. I would give zero stars if it was an option.

Extremely aggressive driver, truck number 7620 in Georgia on I95 southbound. Driving at very high, unsafe speeds, then cutting drivers off and “brake-checking”, swerving lane to lane to prevent lawful passing, then abruptly crossing over 3 lanes at once to exit the highway. Disregarding safety of other motorists on highway and created very hazardous and dangerous driving conditions.
