I was in Ace looking for a faucet which they didn't have that much to choose from so they told me about Caudill Supply. Went inside and seen that they had everything from plumbing, hvac, electrical, appliances parts, window and door parts. Wish I would've known about Caudill a long time ago. Caudill Supply has been a life saver for me when I needed A/C supplies. When I went to their location I found out they have alot more than just HVAC supplies. There’s Electrical, Plumbing & HVAC all parts. In 2 months I’ve been their half a dozen times and I will keep going. Prices are great and staff are friendly and if they don’t have what you need in stock and it’s a stock item they’ll do what they can to get it here the next day.

I had Angler Heating and Air come out for a system replacement quote as part of a six company, three day period. After hearing my story, the appraiser (and the owner!) ask me if it was ok for one of his techs could come by. Said just didn't sound right.

I said sure since he said it would be a cursory check and not be charged. No, do not always expect that. LOL :) The tech came by after three companies gave me replacement quotes.

He fixed it in 15 minutes, for a very fair price, and saved me a lot of money. He then took pictures of my prime components and showed/told me how my system has good life in it.

I had a good chat with the owner when he was here. Been working on ACs for almost 50 years. His name is Sonny, and he is a good and honest guy. The Angler tech Chad is top notch.

Thank you Angler. No BS. Up front and honest. You may not like what is wrong with your system, but you will know its the truth. :)

We have purchased 4 units from this company over the years for 4 different residences. We have had no problem with this company, they have been wonderful.

I CALLED IN THE AFTERNOON AROUND 4PM ON A FRIDAY AND HAD A TECHNICIAN AT MY HOUSE THE NEXT MORNING AT 830AM. THE TECH WAS ABOUT 10 MINUTES EARLY. NORMALLY I DONT THINK THEY MAKE SERVICE CALLS THAT FAR AWAY BECUASE I LIVE IN MIDDLEBURG, BUT HE FOUND THE ISSUE QUICKLY AND HAD ME GOING IN ABOUT 30 MINUTES. HE DID HOWEVER PERFORM OTHER TEST/CHECKS TO ENSURE THERE WASNT ADDITIONAL CONCERNS THAT MAY HAVE LEAD TO THE FAILED CAPACITOR.

You’ll see these guys driving down butler going 60 in the fast lane because whoever is driving is texting all the way from 95 to Kernan

Good people who you can trust to do the job right. They’ve done a whole lot of work for us and I’m grateful to Sonny and his Crew.

One word: PATHETIC!!!! I have called to set up an appointment to fix my air conditioning for WEEKS and these incompetent morons always have some excuse as to why they couldn't come out or why they failed to call me back. Save yourself the headache and DO NOT contact these people.
