Jasmine showed up ready to work. She was thorough, kept me in the loop about everything she was doing. And made me feel at peace that she was going to make sure everything was clean, dry, and treated so we would have no further issues. She was friendly and professional and I would request her again if I ever had another issue like this!

Had some warranty work done and it’s still under go, however Stavon and David did an amazing job! Never met any technician with the drive both of them have. I look forward to reaching out to Microtech for my personal needs and would love for this dynamic duo to do some amazing work!

Today had home inspected for moisture in wall . The inspector was Jasmine and was very impressed with how thorough she did the inspection! The water hose to my ice maker flooded my house in May. A neighbor gave me Mico Tech's #. Said she had a similar situation and they provided great service. Well she was right! Mason and his team were Incredible!! Everything was dried out in a weekend! Mason came by every day, answered his phone personally every time I called! Very rarely does a company provide caring, personal, high quality service like MicroTech did for me...great job!!! Thank you!!

Jasmin showed up with a great attitude, even though it was the middle of the night and stayed until the wee hours of the morning to clean up a leak in my brand new home. She gave me clear instructions on how to let the equipment run to complete the drying out process. Her smile was infectious and made me feel better during such trying circumstances. She returned when she said she would to professionally tidy up and remove the equipment. A total 5 stars to her and MicroTech!

Thanks to Brian at Micro Tech for helping me getting my camper dried out on short notice after some serious issues with leaks. I've known Brian for years and he is one of the most positive and supportive people I know and he stepped up for me when I was distressed over this and put me at ease. I also appreciate his wealth of knowledge regarding my house and questions I have from time to time and I know he will always steer me in the right direction and help me make educated choices. Very pleased with this company. After submitting our claim to the insurance company on line,we immediately received a response from Restoration Rangers. They were prompt, professional and courteous and completed the job in a timely manner.

I had category 3 water back up because of a broken pipe in my new house and it subsequently flooded my first floor. After contacting these professionals requesting emergency services, I was quickly graced with Jasmine's presence and expertise. She called ahead, arrived in a timely manner, and got straight to work. She was here for approximately 6 hours and diligently and tirelessly worked the entire time. She was courteous, knowledgeable, and skilled in this line of work. Without her help, we would have had much bigger issues. She thoroughly cleaned everything, removed baseboards, and set up drying equipment (which is currently running now!). I highly recommend this company! The front office staff and Jasmine are excellent!

These guys were contracted by my insurance company to do demolishion on my home after hurricane Michael. They were super honest and straight forward. No issues with workers trashing or stealing my stuff (which is a big concern in a situation like Michael). They were also timely considering the circumstances. I was most impressed with a guy named Mason. He was super helpful and very informative. He gave me some very useful advice when it was time for me to find a new contractor to take over the rebuild of my home.

A water intrusion issue in my home required immediate action to prevent further damage. Restoration Rangers responded within 10 minutes to begin work. The technicians John, Chris and Sean worked diligently to prevent further damage. They were all courteous, prompt and professional. The project manager, Greg, was knowledgeable and expert in this field. Highly recommended.

Robbie was efficient, professional and approachable. He was always on time, every morning, and excellent communicator when he was on the road or on his way.

I am a real estate in Northeast Florida, I called Restoration Rangers for a mold remediation job on a home I was selling. The came out, read the lab report, took care of the problem in a timely manner at a fair price. There was a slight hiccup with the home inspector, Greg responded immediately, taking time out of his busy to show the inspector he was incorrect with his assessment. We were able to close on time, making all parties very happy. I will be using Restoration Ranger again and will refer them to both my colleagues and clients in need of any mold, smoke or smelly issues they may have. Top notch service all around.
