Restoration Rangers and their employes were great to work with! They performed work on two commercial losses I had in Jacksonville without a step. Reliable & Honest, hard workers who got the job done! Kept me informed troughout the entire process as well as worked with my clients. I would higly recommend them to anyone that is in need.

I called Restoration Rangers on a Friday afternoon and Greg came to my home on Monday to inspect some concerns I had with water intrusion around some windows in my 120 year old home. He explained our findings thoroughly and was extremely helpful in implementing a plan to address my concerns. I highly recommend Greg and Restoration Rangers !

My insurance company directed me here. They came out promptly to make their estimates and assured us that there was no need to have any one else work on our kitchen island. After insurance approved, they never reached back out for scheduling. After several attempts to have tangible dates and with us needing our kitchen, we moved forward with flooring from another group. They notified us they’ll no longer be working with us because they can make more money else where. Completely driven by profit and $$. Unreliable. Don’t waste your time. Now we’re left starting over repairing our kitchen.

We had a giant tree fall on our house and after talking to home insurance they were sent out and arrived within 30mins. They assessed the situation and picked up the tools they needed and got to work. They have been great to talk to and communicate with. Not all heroes wear capes

Restoration Rangers was a life saver! We work up to a plumbing backup in our crawl space on a Saturday morning. They were at our home within 2 hours and came back on Sunday to complete the cleanup. Noah and Jonathan made quick work of the clean up and were highly professional.

Once again I had a night time emergency (why does it always happen at night?) and reached out to the Restoration Rangers Team, Noah, Jared, Greg and Landon, for help. Water was dripping from the upstairs bathroom through the dining room ceiling. The Team worked together to get someone out quickly to assess the problem and set up the drying equipment fast to minimize damage. When one technician got stuck in traffic they immediately sent another tech out so there was no delay in service. Thanks to their rapid response they saved us from further water damage. They are extremely responsive, reassuring, and professional. I recommend them highly.

My home was damaged by hurricane Ian. The crew MicroTech sent out : Noah, Stavon, Mike, Bree & Nate were extremely courteous and professional. They carefully moved our furniture, surgically removed damaged ceiling drywall, and cleaned up inside our house at the end of each day. They arrived promptly each day and stayed with our project until completion, despite many other on-going projects. I highly recommend this excellent crew.

Restoration Rangers is the real DEAL! We discovered what appeared to be mold or mildew in our basement, and within 24 hours of calling they came out to quote remediation. Noah was great and helped with all our quoting and scheduling questions. The team that came out was prompt, courteous, and professional. The problem turned out not to be nearly as bad as we thought and thus they came in under budget which we were ecstatic about. I would highly recommend them, and hope never to need their services again but if we do they will be the ones we call.

Restoration Rangers was recommended after a leak and Noah was excellent and professional throughout the process. The crew that came to remove a fallen tree in my yard were very professional and did a great job. I would definitely recommend to family and friends or use them again myself in the future.

We had water in our house from a pipe burst. Our residential dehumidifiers and fans were not doing enough. Restorations rangers responded quickly with industrial dehumidifiers and a dozen fans! They were finished in a couple days and the drywall is dry. They saved my largest asset from mold.

I discovered a long-term leak due to a design flaw on my chimney and side wall of my home. The leak caused water damage in my daughters closet and needed immediate attention. Restoration Rangers were very thorough and professional throughout the process. The crew did quality work replacing the impacted siding, roof, rotted wood, drywall and built a cricket to allow drainage away from the previously impacted area. Clean up job was also superb.
