Justin G, Jason H, William H, and Alyssa C were amazing. They were professional, polite, and made us feel so much better during a very stressful flooding in our home. They did a great job drying out our home and they kept us informed daily of what was going on. I hope we never need their services again, but if we do, they are the first people we will call.

I cannot say enough about this company and the staff they employee. I really didn’t know that companies like this still exist in this line of work that have such high standards and professionalism. We had a bad leak in our new home that I have been trying to get fixed for over a year. After 4 roof repairs the and having to deal with 3 different contractors, a roofer, drywall company ,and a painter on several different occasions my builder finally sent Servpro out. They came out to my home and removed all of our belongings from the room and neatly arranged them into another room. I was unable to be there when they arrived so I left a key for them. When we came home that evening we could not believe how neatly they arranged our clothes on rolling racks and displayed our shoes and even separated my wife’s clothes from mine. They removed the shelves from the walls and the ceiling that was damaged. They cleaned everything in the room and made sure there was no mold anywhere.When everything was repaired by the roofer they conducted a water test and then they replaced the drywall and did all of the mud work. They also repainted everything and did the knockdown on the ceiling. They came out every day until the job was complete. I was never home when they came out and they treated my home with respect making sure not to leave any mess behind each day. They made the process so easy and comfortable for us. I highly recommend Servpro for any water damage needs and any other services they provide. Thank you to all of the staff, you all are Awesome!

Our company was at a homeowners job and hit a pipe in the attic that caused water to come down from the attic and so I called Servpro. They were so quick to get their guys out to look at the job. From the moment I called to their arrival only took about an hour. not only did they have one service truck show up but they had three service trucks show up. They got our homeowner cleaned up and taken care within 24 hrs. They were fast, efficient and very friendly to deal with from the ladies in the office to the tech's answering my questions.

We had an overnight roof leak at our facility that flooded our shipping/receiving area and an office. Called Servpro and got Justin, Makayla, Christon, and another team member to come out that morning about an hour after the call to remove the water and dry out the office carpet. They were quick, efficient, and thorough. Good job by a good team. I’m very satisfied with the service provided and would recommend this team for anyone needing fast clean up.

I had a water supply line burst going to the toilet and came home to a good part of my home flooded at 9pm at night. Servpro came out right away and was there till midnight doing what they could. Between the amazing manager, Pamela, to the awesome on site worker, Lauren, I couldn’t say higher things about this company. I had a $3,000 cap on my insurance and Servpro made sure they didn’t break that ceiling. Would highly recommend using this company and will definitely use them in the future if an accident arises again!

When a valve became disconnected in one of our bathrooms, the results were gallons of water gushing from within the wall and saturating several rooms. We called Servpro and told them our predicament. The team was dispatched within a few hours and began cleanup, setting up fans and dehumidifiers throughout. They were very professional and courteous, making sure we understood the process and expected outcomes. We aren't quite finished yet - one more day of drying out - but we are confident in recommending this team to anyone else faced with an unwelcome/unexpected leak!

I called my insurance company Friday at 5 pm because of a leak I found in the master bathroom shower and noticed some damage. ServePro called and was able to come 8 am the next morning. They came in and pulled out the wall and put the fans in the dry out the area. I then needed a quote for a shower remodel to fix the tile. I was pleased to find out that ServePro does remodeling projects as well. The fans were in the bathroom for the 72 hour dry time . They promised to be out Monday at 9 am and they were. right on time. The contractors were able to make it by 1pm for estimates. Looking forward to seeing the end result of the project. Very satisfied with the professionalism and the efficiency that I have seen so far!

After spending many days at my home completing service for water damage, the technicians did not provide the best possible customer service as quoted on their flyer. They new that this would be an insurance claim and completed services that insurance would not cover and the expenses would have to be covered by the homeowner even though we asked numerous times to only perform services that would be covered. They also destroyed our kitchen island. It can not be repaired. Their flyer also states that they are dedicated to restoring your property to “Like it never happened”, don’t believe them. When asked to come out and give us a quote to restore, they never returned. They only sent notice that the insurance company didn’t cover their cost and we must submit payment ASAP. I will never use or refer SERVPRO of Fernandina/Jacksonville NE.

Besides from them doing the job of drying out our home, the care Alyssa and Ally showed for our special needs daughter touched our hearts. The ladies also did an amazing job finding all the water damage and setting up the equipment for speedy dry up. I would use this company again based upon the professionalism and genuine care of these two young ladies. Thank you Alyssa and Ally.

When I walked into my brand new preschool the day after Hurricane Debby, I was devastated. But, Servpro arrived within an hour and not only were they friendly, they explained everything in great detail and had my two classrooms completely dry, clean, and ready to go for school the following Monday! Servpro was a great company to work with from beginning to end! We had a water leak from an upstairs toilet that poured into 3 surrounding rooms and through the downstairs office. Their team was prompt, professional and kept us in the loop through the entire process. I hope we don't have to deal with another water loss but if we do I will definitely be working with them again!

Rachael, Lauren, and Magdalene have been fantastic, respectful, and thorough. The house looks wonderful. My husband thought I cleaned it, ha ha ha. ServPro is a great company if you need restoration services. My rep was absolutely professional and kept me informed on the process of drying my home. He also helped me with speaking to my insurance company. They are a one stop shop as the remove water damage and can restore your home. They are great if you need emergency services, they had a team at my home the same day I called. Tge only issue is they are pricey, but you get what you pay for. Maybe ask for an estimate before getting services 😅. However, I still highly recommend them. They are experts at what they do!

This man was a god send. After a flooding incident he came in and had us back to a normal in what seemed like no time. Professional, courteous, and sprinkled with a bit of humor. Definitely made the perfect choice in him.

Kevin and his team were amazing. They didn’t waste any time coming out to inspect the loss, reassuring me the through the entire process what ought to be done to minimize any more damage to my home. They had great mannerisms and took the time to actually explain what all needed to be done and what the equipment actually does and that’s rare so I truly appreciated that. They worked fast, and efficiently and also cleaned up everything once finished, so I wasn’t left with a big mess.
