There is nothing positive to say....uncommunicative, continual delays, and bad customer service. The worst was dealing directly with the manager and his attitude. They didn't have a drain in the sink properly and ruined other items that were not flooded earlier...not even an apology or attempt to correct

This was an extremely stressful upsetting time and Stavon immediately relaxed the energy in the room, listened, empathized and reassured me every step of the emergency and mitigation process. What an AWESOME group of people! They worked swiftly, professionally, with no hassle or bother, as I work from home. They were friendly and had a truly good sense of humor. I've used Servo Pro & other carpet cleaners. Servo Pro has not disappointed me. They're prices are always what they quote No extra cost for this or that. I recommend them over Others that claim to give you a BETTER deal.

Gene and Jamie were the best in dealing with our situation. Gene was our go to man in the beginning, without his help in this process not sure where we would be today. Had a water line break underneath our condo. ServPro of Fernandina Beach/Yulee was impressive. Everyone was SUPER friendly and extremely professional. They were out to remediate the problem in no time at all, were back every single say to check on the status, and remove then removed the equipment. Due to their help, it didn't impact our rental bookings at all, and we couldn't be happier.

Unable to locate the water main shutoff for my home, I contacted ServePro to help me find it in case an emergency should arise. They were very responsive and offered to provide a whole house emergency plan complete with photographs. Their service was friendly and highly professional. They’d be the ones I’d call should an emergency occur.

We had a dead rodent issue in our boutique. The smell was overwhelming even after it was removed. It was so bad we were forced to close our doors for a few days. We called Servpro to get ideas for removing the odor. They were quick to respond with an ozone machine and explained how it could potentially remove the odor overnight. We turned the machine on at 2pm and came back at 10pm and the smell was gone. It was amazing how quickly it removes all remnants of the previous odor. We were able to open the doors the following day! We are so thankful for their help! We highly recommend this company. Their service is superior!!!!!

I would highly recommend Servpro of Fernandina Beach to any of my friends and family. Their team was friendly, consistent, accessible, and knowledgeable. They were able to repair my floor after severe water damage, but I have since had them out to clean my air ducts and carpets.

My husband and I had a terrible water leakage in our garage where water had sprayed all over the lower section of the walls around and behind our HVAC units and water heater. This led to a major black mold problem in this entire area. We hadn’t been able to see this because of having so many things stored in front of that entire area. Once I saw the wet wall in the laundry room we then found the disaster in the garage. Jeremy and Oney with SERVPRO of Fernandina Beach were the experts who did a remarkable job of “restoring it like it never even happened.” I highly recommend this business!

Showed up to this place lost as heck and they took me in and let me use their phone to call a ride. If I ever have restoration or cleaning needs, this Servpro will be absolutely top of mind. Everyone was so kind to me, they gave me snacks and water and even let me hang out with them while the ride came to get me.
