I have used Flex Southern on several occasions during completing projects and renovations. Kevin is professional, courteous, and completes the job exactly as stated during the consultation. HIGHLY recommend!

I had a terrible experience with this water restoration company. From the start, they were dishonest and unprofessional. They concealed the estimate price for work as much as possible. After completing the job, they showed zero patience in waiting for insurance to process payment—even though they were fully aware Florida was in a state of emergency and delays were expected. There is not even one insurance company that will pay immediately after the claim was done. They need to investigate into it. I have been through this last year.

Instead of understanding the situation and that it didn’t even pass 2 months, they threatened and started to place a lien on my house, even when payment arrangement could have been made. To make matters worse, they doubled the price from their original estimate. They also lied about fixing my uninsured studio, just so they could leave their team and tools in my home while I wasn’t there.

This company may sound sweet and accommodating at first, but it’s all a ploy. Once the job is done, the start blowing up your phone speaking unprofessionally, they’ll hit you with unexpected costs and legal threats, regardless of your intention to pay. I cannot recommend their services—be very cautious if you choose to work with them.

Kevin has provided his services for two of my residential properties. One of which was a huge job that he tackled with the utmost professionalism. In a timely manner, Kevin made sure to inform me of everything going on and was patient while providing answers to all questions I threw at him. I recommend Flex Southern LLC to any property owner due to the evident passion he has in ensuring the job gets done flawlessly.

I messaged their team really late on a Friday night and they responded promptly and were able to get my project taken care of the very next day! They were right on time, extremely kind, and thorough in their work. My carpets look so much better that I’m willing to hold off on replacing my flooring altogether for awhile. 😅 and All of my organization needs were completed beyond my expectations!
The relief that their hard work in completing my projects has provided is worth the price and then some. Really great people and even better work. 10/10 would recommend.

I am completely satisfied with all the care that we’ve received from Flex Southern. They provided mold remediation and installed a vapor barrier for us, but Kevin and Mike went above and beyond their scope of work to help my husband and I when we really needed it. I wanted to go local - searching for assistance to move some furniture. I found Flex Southern. Kevin is awesome, he and Robert came out asap and moved some very heavy furniture, a bedframe, and even helped set it up! They moved several other items for me. They were very polite, respectful and on time. The rates are very reasonable! They can do many jobs, big and small- Not just moving furniture! Try them out you will not regret it! You will want to keep them in your contacts for sure!

I am so happy I found this company on thumbtask! I need my couch cushions cleaned for the first time since I had gotten them, and they look almost brand new!! They did an amazing job getting the majority of the stains out (a few old old stains refused to leave) and I couldn’t be happier! I needed it done quickly and in not even 24hrs it was complete!

I had the pleasure of working with Mike, who reached out to me minutes after putting in my upholstery quote. He was flexible and able to understand what I needed done. We moved into our house in Ocala yesterday and the previous owners left it very dirty (dusty fixtures, stained walls and floorboards , Christmas decorations still up, and there was a slight odor). We have our 5 month old with us and needed this house to be deep cleaned for her safety and our peace of mind. FlexSouthern was the first business to respond and they did so in a timely manner by phone call and messaging. Kevin and Michael were able to come same-day, and they stayed well into the night to get the job done. My husband and I are so grateful that it wasn’t a rushed job and are pleased with the results. We will be using their services again to help maintain our household cleanliness going forward! It’s good to know that they also specialize in water damage repair. We discovered our AC drain over flowed in the attic but by the time we found it mold had already formed and began to spread. My first call was SERVPRO! They responded quickly and took care of everything for us. They provided valuable knowledge regarding the remediation process and insurance claims process which put our worries to rest. The cost was even less than their estimate!! They have my loyalty if we ever have any more mold, water, or fire damage!!
