They were very professional. Neat . Clean.
Able to work in a tight space in a small bedroom. To manipulate the furniture. To treat the area that needed to be addressed.

I was pleases the timely manor, and the way they completed the job.

I would recommend them, and the price was within reason.

The inspector Bob was able to give information on whether or not to file a claim and what was covered. It was really helpful.

I used Servpro of Jacksonville NW due to my washer overflowing and flooding my laundry room and adjoining hallway. The flooding ruined my LVP flooring. We were blessed to deal with Alyssa who was at our house within an hour of our insurance company contacting them about our issue. She was a calming factor for us during a time when we were still in shock. I couldn’t ask for a better advocate on our behalf especially when it came to dealing with our washer repairman. She knew just what to do while it was hard for us to even think. The Servpro crew came in and got things moving in the right direction so quickly. Their follow-through and follow-up made us feel very valued by them. In a crisis, you learn who you can count on and this company earned my complete trust. I pray I don’t ever have to call them again, but if anything catastrophic were to happen, they would be the only call I will make. I am grateful.

This is the second time within a month that I have written a review of this company. I have NEVER done that before, but I could not let this go without sharing this. After the Servpro team had already completed their part of my emergency repair project, and owed me no further attention whatsoever, I ran into an unexpected issue as I was putting things back in place. I really didn’t know who I should call, but I knew if I just called Alyssa, she could at least point me in the right direction. I knew I could trust her guidance. This company had every right to hear my issue and send me somewhere else, but instead, they actually came to my house the very same day I called them. I was not expecting that and I was blown away. Alyssa and Ella came to my house, and again, made us feel like “we got you”. They didn’t just resolve my issue, they went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and completely back to functioning like we were before our emergency damage. They would not leave until they fixed and tested issues that were totally my responsibility, issues that I was having difficulty with. I cannot begin to tell you the blessing that these two are to me and my wife. I was at a road block and they handled it like it was the best part of their day. They are such positive, happy people and a joy to be around. Even my over protective dog felt at ease, which says a lot. I am truly thankful for a company like this that allows and supports game changers like Alyssa and Ella to truly care about their customers way beyond the services they are called to provide. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart!

Beware of the destruction they do to your home and furniture! I have contact several people at the office and no one has come up with a resolution to replacing my closet doors that they damaged and said that they were already damaged, they said they put in a claim for my desk that had water damage and I never heard anything back, they damaged a table when they brought it back, and the damaged the frames on the inside of my closets when they did their demo. Still waiting for a resolution

Pete at SERVOPRO is amazing! The team here is honest, hardworking, attentive, and great at communicating. While shopping around and getting quotes to remove and replace a damaged bathroom ceiling, SERVPRO was the only company that really assessed the damage and what’s causing the damage. In the past, I’ve had maintenance people make me feel uncomfortable in my home when I’m by myself so professionalism is very important to me. I've had to use RegencyDRT twice the gentlemen who came out Kyle and Demere have always been professional and very prompt. They would ask if and when I was available for for checking humidity reading for my room. They made scheduling and contact with them easy. They were very respectful of my property as well. I would use them again

It isn't often these days to get the quality of service I received. In particular, Kyle Barrett, the professional who came to my home, took the time to explain everything, including what needed to be done and the results that I would get. He was detailed and kind and checked almost every day to see how the drying was going and if certain fans needed to be moved. I would highly recommend this company!

This is a two part review. Stay away from any restoration side of this company.
Our Child's bathroom, and an adjoining closet flooded in February due to busted pipes in our interior walls. This company was recommended to us by our Home Insurance. *First contact was EXCELLENT. The Receptionist had flawless customer service, and the people who preformed our water/Mold mitigation services were prompt, polite, and amazing to work with! The rest of our renovation was placed with a project manager, Mr. Haynes for **2-4 weeks out.** We agreed, because again, the first experience was perfect.
Since being placed with Mr. Haynes, our project has been put off, and put off. For FIVE months. Something that he has continued to insist is a *small 1-3 day project.* Mr. Haynes was over 20 minutes late for his first inspection months ago, and the problems have not stopped. We paid our deductible back in 03/2022. Then the company vanished. For weeks. He then called with excuses. More vanishing. Then on June 11 2022, he finally showed back up with new contractors. Saying that he couldn't help the delay, that he was only here on Saturday because we have a Disabled Veteran in the home. Etc. We explain that July is an extremely busy month for us. He then says jokingly that there is no way this project will be started that late. Just received another phone call of excuses, saying he *might* be able to start next Wednesday or Thursday, June 29-30. With our Youngest Child's Birthday being next week, we email back to explain that now our availability will be the week of July 5th. IMMEDIATELY responds with a *Vacation response email.* Looks like they took our deposit, and ran. We are also providing many of the materials used, and Mr. Haynes had yet to give us an updated quote. We also got an invoice for the entire amount 4 weeks ago. Mr. Haynes responded with *it's easy to push the wrong button.* Again. Five months of excuses as to why our project has yet to be completed.

We unfortunately had a tree hit our house during a pop up storm and my son's room sustained water damage. The company was out asap and set up everything needed to dry out the room and carpets. Kyle and Jordan were professional, knowledgeable, friendly and always on time. Three days in a row they were here, including the weekend. They were very efficient. They walked us through the process and eased our anxiety a bit. Thanks, guys!

I had a hot water tank burst. Regency came immediately. I had a few inches of water in my home. Gaetano showed up and had things under control within few hours, he was professional, knowledgeable, acted fast, caring about my home, and absolutely knew what he was doing. He saved my condo. I would highly recommend Regency with their team of professionals and Gaetano is a huge asset to this company, worked so hard to save the contents. I owe him a huge thank you!!

Whew where do I start. The experience i had with Emillie, Demeres and the contractors that they hired were all awesome. Emillie took her time with me during the whole process explaining everything along the way. She put herself in my shoes and I didn't feel pressured. I really appreciate them all. female tech and she ignored me and left the broken fan behind. Later, the company took off one day of charge for the broken fan instead of all the days. Worse, I asked them to come back out to retest for moisture because of the broken fan and they said they would charge me! So I have no way of knowing if there is moisture/mold because of the broken fan. The female tech had an attitude and if she didn't care about leaving a broken fan then she didn't care about the quality of her work. This company is not customer service friendly nor are they competant, or maybe they would have better service to a man. I would definitely go with another company.

We had a leak in the bathroom that effected the hallway wooden floor and baseboards. They came out quickly to survey the damage and gave us a plan to dry things out and fix the damage. They placed several blowers that ran for days and came to check on them daily. They are very professional and responsive. Everything is back to normal now. We could not be happier.

I saw evidence of water intrusion in my attic and upper windows, and contact this ServPro team for assistance. Ben responded promptly and brought his team to examine the issue and resolve it. And on a weekend! Great service, great people.
