We are NY residents who own an ocean-front condo on Hutchinson Island. We are blessed to have numerous short and long term rentals back to back. We are also blessed to have Amanda from Albino Cleaning Services to clean make ready our condo when renters come and go. Her duties include cleaning, laundry, keeping mirrors and glass doors spotless, cleaning and maintaining our large patio and patio furniture, organizing kitchen cabinets and drawers after each renter. She even lubricates and cleans our sliding door tracks to ensure our doors glide smoothly for our guests. Amanda is dependable, reliable, trustworthy and works quickly and efficiently which is critical for same day tenant turns. We also depend on her to close our condo when it is vacant or during hurricane season, which entails bringing all the patio furniture indoors and buttoning up our storm shutters. Amanda has faithfully taken care of our condo for about 2 years and we couldn’t be happier.

Acabo de llamar a esta compañía de limpieza para volverme una posible clienta de ellos,lamentablemente su atención al cliente fue pésima y encima racista,la chica q me atendió me dijo q si no sabía yo en q pais estaba,solo porque le pregunté si no hablaba español,no es q yo no hable inglés es q para ciertas cosas prefiero usar mi idioma y estoy en mi derecho,I know this is united states,but I know too we are in Florida State,q pena q una compañía de latinos trabaje con personas tan racistas y q además de eso pierdan clientes por la falta de buena atención al cliente,falta de modales y educación,muchas bendiciones para su negocio q prospere siempre.
