I will definitely recommend this company to my friends! Was very pleased with the work I had done. They were able to schedule me in quickly & had everything on the truck to fix our problems fast. Our technician they sent was Jonathon, he was professional & worked quickly explaining everything he found and how he could fix it.

This business is an anomaly in west palm. The efficiency and professionalism given by Lane were unmatched and something I had never experienced by a local business in the area. I emailed Lane late Friday evening expressing issues I was having with my car's supercharger, and he promptly arrived Monday morning to resolve the problem quickly. This service was far better than the service provided by TESLA's dealership, which is why I felt compelled to write this review. I highly recommend R.A.J. Inc.

I recently had a track lighting fixture installed in my Master Bath since the old one had finally gave out. The tech they sent out who did the work did a great Job he even made sure to go over the same area on the ceiling where the old track was installed to cover up the ceiling holes. I highly recommend them if you need any electrical work done

I had a generator installed by a different company last year. This company did not have a license to sell my generator. Little did we know. It has not worked properly for a year. One phone call and our troubles were over I had a client that uses this company for years. The staff was awesome and were very helpful Answered all our question and made sure we understood. This is the company you want working at your home. We can finally relax and not worry about having a storm without a generator

New standby Generac 26KW was installed by RAJ in April. Installation was fine, but wifi service module is defective and needs replacement. RAJ will physically monitor until new part is received, which is quite a nice gesture.

Costco shoppers beware! If you're shopping for a Whole House Generator and your Costco referral is sent to RAJ Electric, try another source. It took 4 days to get someone from RAJ to call me once my inquiry was submitted to Costco. And the first thing out of RAJ's representative's mouth was, "you know it costs around $17,000 for a 17kw generator installed," as if to say, Can you afford this? I responded to her that I have been shopping around and my information was around $15,000 and that was for a 22kw, not a 17kw with 500lp propane tank. I asked if, once I get a firm quote can I call back to see if you could come close or match it, especially since I would receive a 10% Costco Gift Card of the purchase price. I was told yes. So when I did get a firm quote for $16,347 without the tank being filled I called back and was told that the Estimator was in this morning and she'll show him my quote. No call back that day and I left two messages to see if the quote was ready. The next morning I called and Jenna stated that she would check and let me know. That afternoon I finally got a call back and was told that the Estimator would NOT accept my quote and that I would have to be placed in line for the next appointment available in September. My quote had every spec needed including a sight plan, Generac 22kw generator as well as a 200 amp transfer switch along with the tank size, placement and even the number of feet needed for the pipe line to be laid. Everything needed to be submitted for permit(s). I told her that I was upset since I was promised I could get a quote based on my estimate and that I felt since I was talked down to, insulted by the first contact stating the cost could be $17,000 and could I afford it, again in so many words, and being put off for four days before I even got a call after submitting with Costco. I wanted to speak to the owner and was told they would leave a message for him. I also stated that I would wait a few days before writing a negative review as long as I had a call back from the owner, letting him know what transpired. Well here we are a week later, no call back. Now for the best news… my actual cost for a 22kw generator with 200 amp transfer switch along with a 500 LP propane underground tank installed with all permits, cost me $15,555. This company should not be a representative of Costco, they are not what Costco members are use to.

Semi-annual maintenance was just performed on my generator by RAJ service tech, Angel. He was excellent. As an RAJ customer, I strongly encourage RAJ Electric to retain his services and to consider rewarding him for his great work. Thanks.

They installed my replacement generator. They hooked up the power to the wrong parts of my house. Took them six months to come and supposedly fix it. Power went off recently , the power is still to the wrong parts of house. I have been calling for weeks. They say we will call you back today and they never do. They say the manager is out of the office. Worst service I have ever had

A few days ago I heard the owner, Robin Grenier, speak at an event about being a female owner of her company in Jupiter, R. A. J. Electric. Listening to her helped me understand that RAJ is much more than a well established and well organized business. I was impressed by the variety of electrical services from residential electric to vehicle charging and generators.
She uses a a unique methodology to run a first class company with personalized customer service.

When I think of RAJ’s involvement with the XCEL strategies program and their contribution to the lives of the young ones, I realize RAJ is a conscious entity that goes beyond offering first class electrical services.

RAJ is looking after the highest good of all. They hire apprentices from the local non-profit, Excel Strategies mentoring organization to help develop young electricians. Meeting a business owner who holds such high principles was an honor and a great experience.

We can't say enough about RAJ electric, particularly Gail who was so helpful. We were on a very tight timeline to have an electrical problem fixed before a sale closing date. We explained our situation to Gail who made every effort to help us solve our problem promptly. The electrician, Lane, was equally as proficient and professional. By the next day, issues were assessed, a permit was pulled, and Lane was back within 2 days to complete the work. Gail followed up by providing great oversight. She ensured an expeditious final inspection by the City which passed with flying colors. Both the customer service and Lane's work product were exemplary. It is obvious this company cares about delivering quality work to customers....something of a rare commodity these days. We highly recommend RAJ electric. 5 stars~!

Highly recommend RAJ Electric. We had Jonathan arrive this morning and he took care of some odds and ends electrical jobs that we driving us crazy. Lights are functioning well and fair pricing!

Today we had our generac install by RAJ Electric we had the pleasure of having Raul Santos and his crew do the job, wow what an amazing group of fellas. They were courteous,respectful and professional they did an awesome job, With the installation and did a clean job they picked up after themselves and left my place how they found it. I would recommend this group of fellas to anyone kudos to them..👍🏾

Daniel came out the other day to service the generator RAJ installed for us last year. Very nice, professional and answered some questions for me about servicing, etc. Good employees who know their stuff. Thumbs up!

RAJ did our generator installation. They were very professional during the whole process. We recently had our yearly service and Paul, the technician was thorough and very knowledgeable.

In February of 2023 we called RAJ regarding lights not working in our backyard and blinking lights in our home. We paid for an assessment of our electrical panel to determine if that was the cause of the blinking lights. We paid $266 in fees for the visit, but never received the assessment. We called twice and were promised the assessment would be coming soon but it never did.

Hurricanes always get me thinking about installing a generator and RAJ Electric has great options when it comes to this. Honest, knowledgeable, great service and ---surprise --- great pricing. When you are looking for reliable electrician for anything from installing a ceiling fan to rewiring for a kitchen remodel definitely call RAJ Electric.

Friendly electricians but after 2hrs couldn’t figure out my open neutral issue. They charged me $280 for the visit and told me they would have to come back with more equipment. I was supposed to get a call back, but weeks later never did, so I contacted a family friend who is a fantastic electrician. He came over and solved my issue within 30min and charged me nothing.

Update: I received a call back from RAJ and I quickly realized that my circumstance was a one off, and this place is run by good people. Times have been crazy lately and I really appreciated them reaching out to explain, apologize, and take care of my situation fairly. Thank you.

RAJ Electric came out and did some landscape lighting for us. I am extremely picky and they took GREAT care of my home, in regards to all of my request. I recommend them for landscape lighting, inside electric work, and generators. Their admin staff was very helpful in scheduling. Their technician was clean, friendly and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend this company for any electric needs. Support your local businesses!

I recently had substantial electrical work done at my home. When first I called I was greated with a friendly voice and NOT A voicemail!! I mentioned what I was calling for and, checking her appointment schedule she told me the date and time that an estimator would be at my home. He was prompt, courteous, informative and knowledgeable. He then said he would provide the details to the office and they would contact me shortly with the quote. I was impressed with the reasonable amount of of the quote and they also mentioned the time period I could have the work done. Certain parts had to be ordered, but I was amazed at how quickly I received the phone call stating that the installers would be there within a specified time period. Again, they were prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and professional. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is interested in electrical work, generators or the like. If you have this type of need, and want the best value for your dollars, call this company and you will be well satisfied!

I paid $6000 in advance to have a generator installed. After 4 months it was installed, but not operational. RAJ sent 3 separate techs out and they could still not seem to figure out what was wrong or when it would be operational.

I called Generac who said that I could get warranty service from any dealer so I called Como Oil and they agreed to come out and take a look in just a few days.

Here is what they found:
Bad Battery
Battery Charger not connected
Relay panel fuses blown
Generator not set up to run on LPG
Bad control panel

Como fixed everything and had the generator running in 30 minutes.

The only reason that I called RAJ in the first place was that their sticker was on my panel from a prior owner. Its not there anymore and I will/would never call them again.

RAJ is joke.
