I called Stephen K. DENNY after 7:45 on a Monday night. They had their technician, Justin to my home in 30 minutes. He was polite professional and very knowledgeable. He had my issue diagnosed and fixed within an hour. I was so impressed with Justin I immediately purchased a maintenance contract with them I highly recommend Stephen K Denny .

Justin, the AC service representative was thorough, courteous and very knowledgeable at troubleshooting my issue. Justin took his time to ensure that his conclusions were accurate. Locating leak(s) throughout an ac system is extremely difficult.

Justin was very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. A suggestion would be asking the age of the unit and which coolant it takes to avoid wasting time and money. Since your company does not service units using R-22 and a coolant replacement option that works with older systems is not offered, a suggestion would be to reduce the service fee if the technician is unable to address a coolant issue under those conditions. Also applying the service fee to a future repair or replacement would be helpful to get more business. Other than that, great service from Justin.

Stephen K. Denny was great to deal with. First was Dylan who did the estimate. He walked me through pictures and videos he took of my system, showing me the issues and explaining what they would do. He then did multiple iterations of the estimate as we worked through the install. Finally, he worked on Sunday to coordinate my install. Anthony showed up on time on Monday and did a great job. He showed me a couple of issues with the original install that he corrected. He then explained the new system and did the initial programming of the thermostat. When he was done, the place was immaculate. I couldn't have been happier with the work or the price.

We had Stephen K Denny come install some units last summer and then this summer one of those said units had both of the fail safes fail. We had a flood from our attic down into our upstairs. We called, they came out and replaced the fail safes and told us they would cover the repairs and have their “guys” come and do the drywall.. it’s been over a month and after multiple attempts at contacting the service manager Tim and the service coordinator Joe, we are no further today than we were 6 weeks ago. It’s the constant run around. We ended up calling the drywall company directly and the owner there told us they have never even made contact. It’s ridiculous. When they were getting paid for the original install they played great, when their faulty product fails and destroys your home it’ll be crickets. Do yourself a favor and find another company.

My AC was not working. I called my regular AC company that conducts my 6 month maintenance. They gave me a next day spot. with a specific time and then they switched the time on me on 3 different occasions, but never called me. I only found out about the moving appt. when I called them to get a status. I got fed up canceled the moving appt. and then I called Stephen K. Denny. Laura, the rep gave me a 1 hr. window for someone to call me back and lo and behold Justin did call me. He stated that he can be there in 5 mins. and he was. He introduced himself and then started to work. In less than 1hr. He was done. I now have a working AC. Great service, great follow up. I need to call them to get a maintenance plan in place. Highly recommend Stephen K. Denny.
