Bradley was here on time as expected to do a warranty repair on our AC. Very polite and knowledgeable, and completed the job promptly. I have used SK Denny for over a decade as they installed and maintained our two AC units. I have been consistently impressed with Denny's technicians over the years, and Bradley just reinforced that.

Efficient Service! A service call was set up on a national holiday for first thing the next morning. Bradley arrived on time, quickly cleaned heating system and had heat working shortly thereafter. They sent invoice with pictures within an hour of the service call. Really impressed with efficiency and customer service. Would definitely recommend.

Matt communicated with me that he was available earlier and it worked better for my schedule. I appreciated him calling me and checking. He offered suggestions on how I could do maintenance on my system. He had to order a sensor but ensured me that I could use my system. Great job Matt!

Mike was excellent. We have had humidity issues in house. Mike listened to everything we said identified a definite clog and cleared it. He was here for doing twice a year maintenance on the ac unit. Someone is supposed to call me today from the company to discuss humidity issue further. Again, Mike clearly is a great addition to your company imo.

First time using this company for my AC service maintenance. Initially spoke with Missy who scheduled the appointment, she was very helpful and understanding. The service technician Luc was a very nice and respectful youngman. Went over the pictures of my AC unit and future recommendations. Thanks to Missy's helpful customer service, Luc replaced my old UVC light kit with a new one I purchased. I purchased their annual service plan. I hope that the company continues to provide good customer service and that their techs are always diligent with the service and helpful. Thank You!

D’Andre serviced our A/C units he was on time. Most of all we received a report of what was done on each unit after the service. I have never received a detailed report such as the one I received from D’Andre after our scheduled maintenance service. I highly recommend purchasing a maintenance package because knowing the health of your A/C units in Florida is top priority and homeowners must stay informed. Great work! Glad I found this company, honest and trustworthy.

I’ve never written a non 5 star review but Where do I start….

Had a minor issue (eev valve) that I knew about but wanted to see if they can diagnose and fix. I am very busy so always happy to give someone else business if they can help take something off my to do list.

First tech, Louis, bumbled around my house looking at my condensate line, spilt water Down my kids wall, didn’t clean it up, and tried to tell me my system was broken and passed me off to a sales guy. Louis had a real issue listening to me and diagnosing the issue.

Next guy they sent out, Sacha, was a nicer gentlemen but told me I had a Freon leak. But in the process of looking at my system? managed to break my cassette cover, but didn’t tell me. I noticed a few days later when I got back in town.

Overall just extremely frustrating how clumsy this company was. $115 spent for a broken cover and an aggressive sales pitch. I managed to find the time and fixed it myself.

I haven’t had time to call their office, but will try to see if they can fix their mistakes.

I had a great experience working with Stephen K. Denny AC. From start to finish, the process felt professional and transparent.

Jason, the sales representative, was extremely thorough, personable, and knowledgeable. I was very hesitant about selecting a contract, but he never came across as pushy. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable and confident in my decision. It’s hard when making an expensive investment but Jason answered all questions and give me a good piece of mind with my decision.

The installation team, Wilson and Josh, were outstanding. They were knowledgeable, professional, and hardworking. They walked me through the full scope of work, answered every question I had, and delivered high-quality workmanship. They made sure I understood everything before leaving and took pride in doing the job right.

Overall, I’m very satisfied with the entire experience and would recommend Stephen K. Denny AC to anyone looking for honest service and quality installation.

Great people ...great service! My dad found Miklos many years ago and we’ve been customers ever since. The maintenance contract has worked out well for through the years. In Florida, A/C can be extremely important…Miklos has ‘saved the day’ for us more than a few times ….arriving at the house quickly, getting the system up and running again.

Miklos Air has been looking after my Condo Air System for 33 years… Firsy for my Mother and Father and now me and my Family.. The Tech showed up today on time and determined my Motors Computer went bad… so I’m glad I bought the 10 year Warranty again! It’s a first class operation!

I have used Miklos Air for years. They installed my Trane central A/C unit, and I still use Miklos Air for my semi-annual inspection. I am very satisfied with the people that have assisted me with service calls, managing my maintenance agreement, etc. I recommend this company.

One of the best things about Miklos is their care after the sale. They offer reasonably priced service contracts and they really do the service. Their preventative maintenance identifies issues that prevent cascading malfunctions and the horror of having no A/C in August or September here in Florida. This is another reason I highly recommend Miklos Air. You will not be disappointed.
