They come out for routine maintenance and recently we had a tech at our house one hour after our after hours call for an issue with our air conditioner. The very beginning when we started shopping around Miklos Air was the most responding, respectable, open about prices and timeliness!!! As most of term, our Airconditioning began to brake in the middle of the most hot days outside, and many companies were overwhelmed and stopped responding. Miklos Air was totally different!
They came and did repairs very quickly and didn’t break our budget! Great feedback and special thank you to our technician, I believe his name is Brian. I attached the picture with his name on our invoice in case I’m mistaken. I’d like to THANK HIM personally!

I called Miklos air to get an estimate to replace my 2 and 1/2 ton AC , they sent someone out Friday Sept 29. I did not receive the estimate and I knew it was a holiday weekend, so I waited till Tuesday to call them back. They assured me I would receive the estimate by Tuesday 5:00 p.m. and no later than Wednesday morning. I made sure that my email and phone number was correct with them and received no estimate. I called them back on Friday and asked what was going on and they assured me that they had sent the estimate and that they would resend it again right away.Again I made sure my email was correct and verified. This call took place Friday at 8:10 am. It is now 2:00 p.m. on Friday and I have still not received my estimate? The other two companies I called came to the house and gave me my estimate within 2 hours...so I have chosen to go with the other company. So much for me trying to use a company that had great reviews when I can't even get an estimate.

The technician came and gave me a second opinion on some problems I’ve been having. I found it to be very knowledgeable, polite, and understanding of the situation. I would definitely use them again.

Service man was very friendly and explained everything he was doing . He gave me an adaptor to use onthe drain pike as it is set up as a horizontal this little adaptor has a 45 degree end so that you can add fluid to keep the drain from clogging and not make a mess. He even coiled the hose and returned it to the shed. Service above and beyond.

Same day service, got my a/c up and running quickly. Very nice techs. Highly recommend.

Amanda did a terrific job, always prompt, very thorough and neat. I love when she services my home. Thanks for having great techs. I’ve really liked all the past techs as well, but there is something about her that’s special.

Lesson learned: when the AC shuts off because the float has lifted, it’s a float switch trip or condensate overflow shut-off. The float switch detects excess water and turns the system off to prevent flooding. Being new to Florida, I really appreciated David — the technician was excellent and even came to our home on a Sunday morning. Good stuff!

I’m so glad someone in my neighborhood recommended Miklos Air. I was very frustrated with another company that was constantly hard selling me on upgrades and was hesitant to try a new one. Excellent service. Brian was great. Friendly and knowledgeable. I switched from Alford Air Condition because the 2 ladies in their front office were always so nasty. I was with Alford for 2 years & will never go back. Zero customer service and when you call them they act like you're bothering and annoying them. My neighbor in Tequesta, Fl. recommended Miklos and she was right, I just signed up for their maintenance plan. Nice job Miklos 👏 👍

This company is still fantastic as always the technician spent over two hours up in my attic which amounts to a crawlspace. Never once complained company is fantastic. They back their work up, and their employees are extremely friendly and courteous.

Good things often come in double D’s… and Dustin and Donald that just serviced my home’s HVAC from Miklos are no exception! Same day service to get us ready for summer and these gents were informative, attentive and clean. My family now highly recommends Miklos.

I had an emergency at my house a few weeks back with my meter box. One leg from FPL came loose and was arcing out in my box due to a broken clamp. It smelled like burnt wire. I called FPL and they ended up doing a partial disconnect leaving me with only one leg. This was useless to me because I am on a well and needed 220 to run my pump. They told me I needed an electrician to replace the meter box.

So I started calling around. No one wanted to do the work at all until I called Elite Electric. Danny C of Elite showed up the next morning and gave me a fair price to replace the Meter Box and handle all the permitting and coordination with FPL and the County inspector.

He came back next day and did most of the work, but FPL didn't show up all day so he could not complete the job. He could have completed same day if FPL would have shown up to completely disconnect the power to make it safe to install the new meter box. FPL came later in the day at night and did the full disconnect. Danny returned to complete the work the following day and meet with the County inspector. FPL then came out later that day and reconnected full power and I was back on.

Danny also made sure to patch the area around the box with fresh stucco and also tightened my connections in my electrical panel.

Before all this happened I was having random light flickers, but now I have consistent power with no issues.

One more note the administrative/dispatch staff at Elite get 5 stars for communication. They called me to follow up and inform me what was going on throughout the entire process.

Call Elite Electric first if you have any electrical issues in your home or business and ask for Danny C, so you don't waste time. They show up, do a great job, and charge a fair price.

Luis inspected the entire ac system changing out the filter. His feedback reflected a detailed knowledge of his trade. Much appreciated

I love music, therefore as I was listening, the Cars sang, "You're Just What I Needed"! Vince was very prompt, communication was excellent, showed me what he was going to do and everything I needed to know about my new garbage disposal. Wesley was a gentleman and a professional so no complaints there. The price he quoted us seems a bit high.
