Varick did a great job replacing our 10 year old smoke detectors . He was professional and courteous. As a result, we signed up for an annual agreement for multiple services.

Nick is very efficient and did an excellent job replacing my water heater.. and I really appreciate it and because of that I rescheduled him for another project.. I like him and I trust him and he does a good job.. I like Elite because they back up their work also and I find that very important when you're having major things done in your home.

Had to get vanity sink capped. He explained it in a clear way that was understandable for me. Overall great tech and very professional! Will call again!

Elite Plumbing sent Technician Evan Johnson to provide me with an estimate for air vent cleaning. He gets 5 stars. Great service and very professional. He provided me with the estimate in short time. Kudos to Elite for providing great customer service.

The Technician, Alex, was prompt, professional and very knowledgeable.
The problem with the A/C unit required additional parts and multiple visits, but Alex was able to diagnose and troubleshoot this complex problem with skill. Alex kept both me and the Office informed about the situation. We are grateful for his expertise and great communication and above all his persistence in seeing this complicated issue through to resolution.

Called Elite to come out to my house for an estimate. They sent Will their technician and I couldn’t have been happier with his professionalism and courtesy. If you ever have an issue with any service elites provides call them and request Will! You’ll be very happy you did.

Nick did a great job repairing thre faucet to the hose outdoors. He was thorough, kind and explained what he needed to do. I very much appreciate his honesty and concern.

Alexander did a fantastic job! He was beyond knowledgable and willing to share what he knows. He did a very thorough job cleaning and inspecting my AC system.

UV install completed. Was scheduled with install in June 25 but not done. Also replaced circuit breaker which was underrated for the new system. Kicked off when we tried to turn on the heat in this burrrrr weather! All is well. Not sure about the cost for the breaker fix yet.

Joe was very professional and diligent at his work. Goes the extra step to make sure everything is done right, and that I was satisfied with the job. Represented Elite in the best light as a premier contractor.

James quickly diagnosed my electrical issues and took the time to explain everything in detail (and didn’t mind me asking a ton of questions). Wesley was just as helpful, giving me clear information about my town’s water system and how it reaches my home. He also provided great recommendations for filtration systems that actually make sense for my needs.

They both gave me multiple quotes with zero pressure to buy anything unnecessary, which I really appreciated. Because of their honesty and professionalism, I’ll definitely be using Elite Electric, Plumbing & Air for all my future home service needs!

We were very pleased with Elite, and Nick our service man who did the work. The only reason for 4 stars rather than 5 is the call was supposed to be between 8-12pm and Nick didn’t arrive until 1:30. Not his fault. Apparently, someone squeeEd two extra service calls into his schedule.
When here Nick was knowledgeable and did a great job communicating with us and our neighbor who was affected by our problem.
The problem was solved, and Nick left the work area clean and ready to go.
We have used Elite electric and now plumbing and if needed again, Elite will be called.

Evan came after 5pm because our AC wasn't working. He came in with a smile, checked everything and explained the problem and what he needed to fix it.
He wasn't rushing and answered all of my questions. Once again, I am satisfied with his service and the office service response to fix it sooner than later.

Evan came back today with Dennis to install my coil, a part ordered yesterday.
They were both very knowledgeable and professional in what they were doing and a pleasure to work with. They picked up everything and left the area clean. Extremely satisfied with today's service.

Very happy with the work that was done. Felt the pricing was a bit high. Wesley was professional and very easy to work with. We think this is a great company overall and have used them four times now

Richard was knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. He and Ray arrived early, stayed late, and worked constantly. They installed a new water heater, changed out emergency shutoff valves, installed a washing machine box, and installed a whole-house water filtration and conditioning system. It was a really big job, and they handled it very professionally. Thank you Richard and Ray!!

Excellent service. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Great acknowledgment. Good telling us what his plan and goal was in coming out . He worked in the dark with mosquitoes all around. He only had a good light. He worked diligently. Thanks for sending us such a great guy.

Broke a drain pipe in the bathroom wall. Elite was the only plumbing company to respond immediately. Ray came the next morning, assessed the problem ( he needed an unusual pipe ), and returned the next day with the proper materials. Repair was flawless- Ray was awesome- and bathroom is back up and running! Ray gets 5 stars- but my review is 4 stars as the price was very high.

Very responsive and professional! We contacted elite professional in the morning and the appointment was set up and job was completed before noon. They give you a 3 hour window but are able to give you a more precise time so you’re not waiting around. The technician they sent over, Ray, explained clearly what the issues were with our pipes. He gave me an estimate of the cost and was able to do the job same day. Very honest and transparent. No hidden fees or sneaky fine print font in contracts to sign—just direct, honest, reliable work which is hard to find these days. We will absolutely be using Elite for all our future plumbing and electrical needs moving forward.

Disappointed with the lack of respect of the ability to keep appointment times to maintenance for customers who pay for annual service. Made an appointment for 8-11am and technician showed up after 2pm with no updates from the company. Rescheduled because had plans. When the rescheduled appointments came the plumbing technician didn’t perform any time of maintenance asked what issues were. Actually had a new toilet installed that was running, he wouldn’t look at it at all did something quickly which cause it to run more frequently. When I called back customer service to let them know, they reached out to him to them to call me back to say he told me I needed a new toilet. The toilet is brand new! Disappointed in this tech Robert and how it was handled. Was put on the on call tech schedule because Robert refused to come back. I was the appointment would be between 3 PM and 5 PM. There have been no updates no phone calls and nobody has had any answers when I call. Poor customer service with complete disrespect for their time.

Garfield with electric was thorough in his maintenance and took his time to inspect everything and explained what he was doing I appreciate Garfield and his dedication

Wesley is super knowledgeable and friendly who knows the plumbing industry. He was able to diagnose the issue with my toilet in seconds that others couldn’t.

Trying to cancel the monthly membership is impossible I had written an email as per the cancellation policy and elite still continues to charge my credit card.

Since their employee Robert did such a poor job at performing a plumbing maintenance they put me on another plumbers schedule from 2-5 today. Here it is 8pm and no shoe, no updates a when I call customer service they really don’t seem to care because everyone else is more important then your time.

No respect for their customers or their time. Elite will not try to rectify disappointed customers

Joe and Steve did a fantastic job, went above and beyond to make sure everything was working properly, and were a pleasure to deal with. We appreciated their attention to detail and doing everything possible to maintain a safe and clean working environment. I would definitely recommend them!
