James was our technician today. He performed routine maintenance on our Hvac system. He also installed a surge protector which we did not have. We have a maintenance contract with Dana's which provides for two maintenance visits per year and a 10% discount on parts and labor. James is a very pleasant human being. He performed the work quickly and efficiently. The bill for the two parts we needed was what we expected so all was good.

Villa diagnosed a motor replacement, coil cleaning and UV lightbulb replacement. He determined the motor was still under warranty. He was professional and went out of his way to obtain the parts and complete the repairs in the same day. Thank you!

I arrived home last night to a non-working unit and 79’. They fit me in today for an emergency repair and now it’s cool and comfy. The tech was especially friendly and patient. Have used Dana’s for several years and 100% recommend!

A/c tech, Villa, arrived on time after giving us a heads up call. He was thorough, polite and completed our a/c checkup in a timely manner. Everything looked good to him and we're glad to have Dana's air conditioning to install and maintain our a/c system. It's been an overall satisfactory experience.

I called Dana's for service, haven't needed them for over 2 years, and they had a technician at our house within 3 hours. Andrea, who runs the office, is very polite and professional. Villa, the technician, identified the problem and ordered parts promptly. He, too, is very polite and professional. First thing the next morning, Villa arrived with the parts and our system was up and running within an hour. As in the past, Dana's has provided prompt professional service for new installations and repairs with a smile. Thank you very much for keeping our family cool.

Had James come over and service both AC units we have. He was incredible! Explain to us everything prior to doing any work. Price was outstanding. I have officially switched companies over to Dana's air conditioning. They are the best!

James completed a repair to an exterior line of our AC unit and an upgrade to another unit to extend the usage and service. He is meticulous with his work and communication and I am very grateful that he has been able to service our home the past few years.

From the moment I called to schedule, the customer service was outstanding—polite, efficient, and they easily accommodated my preferred time slot.
The technician, Villa,
arrived promptly and was incredibly professional and knowledgeable. He took the time to thoroughly inspect the entire system, clean all the necessary components, and clearly explain what he was doing and the overall health of my unit.
Since the service, my AC has been running quieter and is cooling the house more efficiently than before. I feel confident heading into the Winter knowing my system is in top shape.

Danny with Complete Comfort listened carefully at arrival. His diagnosis of our system was detailed and he explained thoroughly his findings and presented a couple solutions. The best choice was a system replacement and is scheduled for completion in one day this week. The installation crew arrived as promised by the office and worked every hour of a long day to finish our replacement system. Dennis made every effort to make our installation high quality. We are now enjoying a trouble-free Air-Conditioner. Complete Comfort continues to be very responsive, honest, and very fair. Thank you!

I'm thrilled to have found an AC company I can trust. My original unit was 10+ years old and had a known leak. I called for a free estimate on a new unit. Mike Wright came out on time and was super knowledgeable and helpful. He answered all my questions and didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need, which is much appreciated. He honestly recommended the best option for me and reviewed the cost and financing options. I decided to replace my unit and scheduled the install for the next week. The 2 installers arrived on time and were very pleasant to work with. A new inside and outside unit was done in about 5 hours. I feel confident in the recommendation by Mike and look forward to cooler days ahead with Complete Comfort Air.
